Lil Kim looks terrible. She really needs to be embellished. I like that Kim on "I got a Crush on You" video. No she looks like a monster. Looks like Trina is the baddest bit%h when it comes to the hoes in the industry. you know it's so sad, i used to be a huge lil kim fan. i heard that the surgery started when puffy said that he wanted the women he worked with to look a "certain" way. i guess lil kim got insecure and got plastic surgery, but once you start you can't stop, at least she couldn't. she can never look normal again. there are very few surgeons out there that know how to work with a african american noses. she must be broke as hell these days. so sad

I always thought Lil Kim was so confident who knew she had real issues with how she looked. Otherwise why would she have butchered herself up like this? It's a shame because once you get bad plastic surgery there is no repairing it unless you get more bad plastic surgery. Now she is not even marketable in movies or tv . Kim stated on a talk show some years back that she had difficulty with her race and that many of her cosmetic changes were generated by her desire to look more like the white standard, because she felt insecure and had poor self esteem. Now, looking at the dents in her nose, it looks like a scar left from nose rings, and not plastic surgery, although she's had nose surgery in the past, but I'm appalled by how she has chopped herself up to death, first looking like Miss Piggy and then Ivana Trump and now just a hot mess. She was a beautiful sista before all of this hacking and now she just looks cartoonish. Vivica, is looking like Mr. Ed and Kim is just chopping her face to nothingness. When will people accept themselves as they are. Father, help your children. The people perish for lack of vision.

Lil Kim looks like the clone of Micheal Jackson. Lil Kim was cute when she 1st came to the music scene. I don't under why our black woman want to damage what are moms and dads have created. Friends can tell you things, but she obviously had personal issues within her self. No one would have that much surgery..multiple nose and boob jobs and lip enhancements without feeling self concious. Its amazing that you guys slam lil kim for it - because her surgery looks bad. But you love Vivica Fox and she's had the lip injections, cheek implants and boob jobs too..

I agree with only1marquay..the only thing she should have gotten fixed was that overbite that was the only thing wrong..I WISH THE LITTLE KIM THAT CAME OUT WITH HARDCORE STILL EXISTED. Everybody know what though: Lil Kim has probally always been insecure,to me I thought she was always pretty in her own way. Never ugly though when Hardcore came out men lusted after her, but when you are insecure it is never enough. Like I don't know if anybody watched her show on Bet, but she was all talking about how she didn't like how they were doing her videos. Talking about how they have to film her from her good side and certain angles and all that, at that time thoufgh she was already a little jacked up.
