: MediaTakeOut.com has learned that Kim Porter recently gave an interview with Essence Magazine where she hinted that the reason she left Diddy was because of his secret child with Atlanta woman Sarah Chapman.
You'll recall that MediaTakeOut.com was the first news source in the world to report on Diddy's secret child.
Apparently this interview was taken before Kim decided to take him back.
Here's an excerpt of the interview:
ESSENCE: After our last article (“No Ordinary Love", Essence, December, 2006), some readers responded by saying Sean was disrespecting you by not getting married. They said you should be trying to get that ring on your finger.KIM PORTER: Do you know how many rings I have? I don't even have enough fingers (laughing). That's not why I left.
ESSENCE: So if he called you today and said, “I want to get married, right now….”?
KIM PORTER: I would say “No.” And not because I don't want to get married, but because he's not ready to get married. When I get married, I want to stay married. I want both parties to be on the same page at the same time, and to leave a certain type of behavior behind. That's a commitment I don't think he's ready for.
ESSENCE: If it wasn't over the marriage, then why did you end the relationship?
KIM PORTER: I left because at this point in my life I want something different for myself. I invested ten years, I have children, and I've always stood by him. But now it's time for me and what I want to do for Kim.
ESSENCE: How have you two been getting along since you left?
KIM PORTER: You know how when two people go their separate ways, most of the time there's animosity? It's not like that with us. Sean and I have this bond, this friendship. It's not about 'if you're faithful to me, if I'm being faithful to you.' We're friends. I'm the person he can tell his inner most thoughts to and he's that person for me. He still calls me everyday and we talk. There's no ill feeling or 'I can't stand you, I hate you, don't call.' There's none of that. We have three children together so that’s just not an option. We're committed to our children even if we couldn't commit to each other.
ESSENCE: Speaking of being faithful, there have been rumors about Sean and a baby in Atlanta swirling around for a while. Is this why you left the relationship?
KIM PORTER: Hmmm... Well, that definitely was part of it.
Now that we know for certain that she's taken him back she sounds silly - don't she ....

I hope she left Diddy *** on the strength of his cheating doggish habits period and not only if he had a secret baby! What kills me about these dumb women is that if a man is showing signs of immaturity and isn't ready for marriage, then why would you spread your legs and make a seed? Kids needs stability, and she was all about the money bcz if a *** cant marry me but will give me kids, then what does that mean? Females are so dumb. Stop having these kids out of wedlock...if he cant wife you, then he aint ready for kids...kids are as big of a committment as marriage..how can you do one and not the other? read the signs ladies....He aint ready for marriage and he aint an example of a good father...just bcz he is balling doesn't mean that he is a father figure...3 kids later, dumb *** kim is seeing the light...
No she doesn't sound silly you do. Any one who has 3 children by someone cannot limit themselves to what some one else thinks sounds silly she did not consult anyone when she decided to sleep with him so she needs to make the decisions to take him back byu herself. personally i think she is handling her situation just fine. OK well we got why she's not married to him, the question now is why would you even be in a relationship w/ him when you (& the entire world) KNOWS you being cheated on left right & sideways? she still waiting on some fairytale *** to pop off & prince charming on a white horse aint showing up. she's been labeled a doormat & thats all the guys are gonna see her as.

I was watching this interview with Jennifer Lopez back when they were the it couple. The interviewer said to J-LO Diddy said if he was going to marry someone it would be her.
He was really in love with Jennifer and I believe no woman yet came and had Diddy that wide open like she did J-LO.
Did yall see that interview he did when he was crying talking about their break up and being hurt. ***! Jennifer had them all crying for real!
Kim was Misa friend at one time and Misa (Justin's mom) said that it was Kim in her ear talking about Diddy wasn't no good and this and that. Fast Forward! Kim threw herself on Diddy and ignite the flame and he bit the rest is history! Ok
