: Last week MediaTakeOut.com was the first news source in the world to tell you that Jennifer Lopez was pregnant. Since announcing her pregnancy, J Lo and Marc Anthony have repeatedly denied our report.
But we caught up with a family member who confirmed to us that the Puerto Rican songstress is in fact preggos. The woman, who asked to remain anonymous, told MediaTakeOut.com exclusively, "Jennifer has been trying to get pregnant for months and both her and Marc are extremely happy they were able to [conceive]."
But according to the kinswoman, J Lo's scared to let the public know that she's carrying a child. The source told MediaTakeOut.com, "The doctor told her that [because of her age] she faces a high chance of miscarriage - especially early in the pregnancy ... She doesn't want to talk about it until she has to. She'll make the announcement when the time is right."

She aint that *** old...if 50 or 60 year old women are having twins (w/ in vitro fertilization), JLo (with all her money) will be okay. She is blessed. They will have children one day. He(Marc)already has kids, doesn't he?? I honestly don't think she is pregnant. I think JLo may be as barren as a dry well. But then again, I thought that about Halle. So I may be wrong. JLo will have her dream baby one day and if not, she can always adopt, as long as she's happy.

you guys are sticking with your story huh? well I just saw pictures of Jennifer in Europe taken Friday and she did not look pregnant to me, in fact she was wearing a wide belt around her stomach and if was any tighter she would squeeze a baby out if one was in there. I read on mjsgossipspot.com that she isn't pregnant and since they have been right so far I will stick with them sorry. Kudos to you if she's pregnant though.
Nowadays a lot of women are focusing on their career, and waiting until later to have kids...
I know plenty of women who've had kids (and even just started well over 35)...
I had my 1st at 28, my 2nd at 36, and I plan on having 2 more by the time I'm 40...
It's a personal decision - To each her own...
The only thing is their is an increased risk for Down Syndrome - but I'm sure Jennifer L will be fine....
The risk is small - especially if you take care of yourself...
problems occur at any age i know a 20 something female who miscarried just as i know a 35 yr. old and a 30 yr. old carrying babies now. when you are 35 and over there is close monitoring and genetic testing and things of that nature to make sure that you are carrying a baby. a woman can have kids as long as she is not in menapause so to each their own! i'm happy for mary, and halle and whomever else wants to have a baby selma and kirk douglass just had a baby i believe. and what about that old *** looking chick from desparate housewives that had a baby not too long ago. the chick from law and order as well as crossing jordan have had babies at a late age as well and noones *** about that!
goddessgodiva...Having money has nothing to do with birth defects or complications that J Lo may face because of her age....It is a fact women over 35 who are pregnant have a huge risk of complications, birth defects and miscarriages...she just has to take care of herself and say a prayer....I hope all goes well. I like Jennifer Lopez. She's a great actress and entertainer. MUAH MAMA!
But Lexi25, JLo and Marc have enough money for her to receive the best care, the best doctors, the best treatment, and monitoring. Also, JLo can just rest all of her 9 months (of pregnancy if she really is) while normal 37 year old women (or how old she is..Im not sure) would have to work the majority of their pregnancy. Her money does give her more of a chance to have a healthy baby if this complications story is true. She will be fine though. If Nicole Richie's anorexic *** can have a healthy baby (I don’t care if she's 20 something or not, she was looking BAD) then JLo can pull it off. JLo has always appeared healthy :)
Lexi25, plenty of women have babies later in life after completing their education and establishing their careers as I have. Yes, there are risks, but you know that going in and take care of yourself throughout the pregnancy. Plus, like I said before, there is alot of monitoring by qualified health professionals. Lexi25, I have been there. Can u say the same? If not, put a sock in it!!!!!!
goddessgodiva Money won't prevent down syndrome,dwarfism,chromosomal abnormalities, etc.... But yes more money=better doctors...but there isn't a magical pill to prevent these sort of things....Do your research *** it. And mskris2u yes I've been there b!tch..my mom got remarried and had another baby after my brother and I...and she has down syndrome. You put a sock in it you ignorant *** b!tch.

I have this Essence magazine with Halle Berry in it at one of there parties she looks about 5 months pregnant. But they didnt write about it nore did u hear anything about it. But this lady never has a belly. this was about 3yrs ago.
These women need to be very careful. Not only is it harder to get pregnant but they could die or the baby could be born with problems. They need to freeze the eggs and have a serogant mom
