I have a child and I am trying to establish paternity ... and I named [Michael Jordan] as the father.... he and his lawyer did not cooperate with the proceedings ... [Michael] and his lawyers are blocking me from doing what is well within my rights as far as the law.As interesting as this story was in the past, looks like it's about to get a whole lot more so.I am hurt, confused, and p*ssed off. I find almost amusing how the first reaction is, "She is white trash and should have known better because he was married at the time." HE was the one married (black or white wife...he's a cheater nonetheless) and HE was the one who had everything to lose, yet he ALLEGEDLY chose to lay down with someone else (WITHOUT A CONDOM) and possibly fathered a child. The "jump off", as they are commonly referred to, have no committment or allegiance to the wife or marriage vows. The cheater is the one who is mainly at fault. No one makes them step out on their spouse, it is a choice they willingly make, and if they slip up, the consequences are theirs to pay.
The simple solution is to have a paternity test. If the child is his, pay the price for your indiscretions. If the child is proven not to be his, move on with your life.
CORRECTION: The simple solution is to take your behinds home when you get horny and make love to your wives or husbands! At least if someone gets pregnant in that situation, there is no scandal!
