: (AP) SACRAMENTO California officials are hoping the threat of public humiliation may prompt tax cheats to pay up.
The state's Franchise Tax Board last week launched a Web site listing the names, addresses and past-due amounts of its worst 250 scofflaws. Among California's most delinquent: singer Dionne Warwick, comedian Sinbad and O.J. Simpson.
As of Wednesday, those three remained on the list. But for dozens of others, the effort appears to be working.
In the weeks before the site went live, 26 offenders who were warned about their upcoming Internet debuts set up payment plans to keep their names off the list. Another scofflaw has since contacted the state to offer to pay up if it will mean being dropped from the Web site.
A tax board spokeswoman says the agency has collected $300,000 in payments from those on the list in the last 30 days.

The income tax is used to pay the interest on the dollar accrued from borrowing our OWN money from the privately owned Federal Reserve.

I'm glad that I'm not the only person that realize this...We are not required to pay TAXES. Yes your right people need to open up their minds because the ish that's going on in the government is crazy and unconstitutional. The next step ( which they have already taken) is our freedom. The will truly become a police state, one world government. I did not believe this until my history professor told us to watch the steps the government take because they know that the young generation is not paying attention and that their into their music, reality shows an hollywood.

Instead of idolizing the stars, take some time to go to whitehouse.gov and read up on some laws so when you are racially profiled and pulled over that you know what to do.
