: (Reuters) - Former Playboy Playmate and billionaire\'s widow Anna Nicole Smith has died at the age of 39 after apparently collapsing in a Florida hotel, her lawyer said on Thursday.
\"I can confirm that she is deceased. It\'s as shocking to me as to you guys,\" Smith\'s attorney, Ronald Rale, told Reuters. \"I don\'t know anything further. (Her lawyer and husband) Howard (K. Stern) obviously is speechless and grieving\".
Smith was found in her hotel room and given CPR by Seminole tribal fire rescue and Hollywood fire rescue workers, said Michael Bloom, president of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
Smith\'s nurse called hotel workers at the hotel at 1:38 p.m. and security went to the hotel room, hotel officials said. Fire rescue workers from both the Seminole Indian tribe and from Hollywood arrived minutes later and Smith was taken to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood at 2:10 p.m.
UPDATE: Access Hollywood is reporting that an employee of Anna Nicole Smith found her in her room in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. The employee pulled back a sheet and discovered that she appeared to have choked on her own vomit.
The same source claims that Smith took what was referred to as a \"children\'s sedative,\" and had \"kept passing out\" before her death.
Radical i was thinking the same *** that you said that *** is crazy for her and her son to die so close together like that. I feel bad for he daughter the "husband" i'm not sure about cause they wern't legally married anyway and I bet her mother feel like a *** now for accusing her of having something to do with her sons death. It is so sad to hear that she past away today. The poor baby will never really know who her mother or father really was now. This is a sad story, first her son dies, then she gives birth, now she is dead in the midst of lawsuits and paternity suits and the lawsuit with her first husband the billionaire not even finalized. I never really personally loved anna but when i read this my heart dropped. She lost her son, had her baby, and then she has all this drama in her life and not many people looked at her in a respectable way. she even just got that tattoo of her son and daughter I feel so bad for her daughter because she doesnt have a mother or brother anymore. Im devastated by this news!!! I was always an Anna Nicole fan for some strange reason, I guess b/c she didnt care what folk thought of her and wasnt ashamed of where she came from. My heart goes out to her daughter, too bad she will never know her mom or her brother!! This awful strange though but she was going through alot with al the law suits and paternity and her son passing away so maybe she couldnt take it and the stress killed her!! Then again...................
I also liked her, although she seemed to be always heavily medicated at the end of the day she was someone's daughter, mother and friend so please lets not forget that.
Her life has been tragic for the past year and when I heard she died I immediately became suspicious plus one of the reports said her nurse found her, why do you have a personal nurse. I think someone close to her gave her a deadly concoction of something.
So sad and tragic, from beginning to end her life, deep down there was something I liked about her, because of humble poor roots in Texas, then somewhere along the way her life took a wild and unsettled turn. Nicole had a estranged relationship with her mother, so I pray they were able to reconcile, which I suspect was not the case. Rest in peace, you are finish with all the world's ill, and I pray for mercy on your soul and for your precious little girl..she is in my prayers so much right now..this is so sad, I am crying for the family. I am so shocked that Anna died. When I heard about it I was literally in shock even thought of course I did not know her personally but hearing about her all the time and with the death of her son it is a real sad situation. I want to know WHERE WAS HOWARD ***. STERN?? Any other time he is right there in her face when you see her you see him. It is a shame because I think he took advantage of her. Where was her daughter? It is going to be very interesting in the days to come. It is just a sad situation.
It was quite obvious for some time that there was something not right with Anna Nicole and sadly enough with all the problems she's had these past few years;lawsuits,the death of her son; you would think that she would try to fly the straight and narrow but she only seemed to get worse every time she was in the media. Shinar is exactly right. I was looking at that photo and clearly that is not a hotel room...even if a room has marble floors like that, 5 or 6 women would not just be standing there on the side line. Anyway, I read this on my local news website and my heart dropped because it was unbelievable. I was just watching an "exclusive" interview with her on E! about some conflicting details about the paternity of her daughter, etc. and was hoping that everything worked out for her. I truly hope her daughter is okay and isn't thrown into the battles that Anna ***. had to fight. RIP

Wow, that pic is too much! No one helping her, just a lot of people standing around. BTW South Florida news stations are reporting that it all went down in the Casino at the Hard Rock. A popular radio DJ from Miami was there and saw it all. He said she was walking thru the Casino and then just fell out. She was having seizures and foaming at the mouth. (You can see her foot is moving in that pic) He said that her bodyguard jumped in and started CPR and that her crew surrounded her to keep her from view. He said they took her out quick and the next thing he knew was a few minutes later he was outside and all the news choppers were circling...so he knew she died. It was sad watching the entertainment news shows and they had her early pics and footage on. She was stunningly beautiful, and well spoken. Just so sad.

Second of all Anna recently got two tattoos on her back, one of her daughter and one of her son. Why don't I see them???? Howard ***.Stern is a sneaky slimy ***, he has always been a "suspect" to me from the beginning..I feel he had mind control over her with drugs..there is more to this tragic sad story, and I feel drugs were in involved, and Anna had so much on her, she is still grieving over her son death, maybe a sense of guilt who knows? I was watching E.T. & The Insider last *** b/c before the whole death of her son and paternity thing I knew of her, but those stories gave her a lot of exposure. Anyway, she was really trailer-ish in the beginning and then she came into a lot of money fast via playboy, Guess etc. I think that she just couldn't deal with the pressure, stress and fast times of celebrity life. That's why I feel she turned to drugs and alcohol hard body. You have to think about the fact that she was a substance abuser for years, she had the case with her late husband's estate, then her son died, then she had this paternity thing going on...that's a lot of stress. I think that the death is going to be determined as foul play in some way or another.

Her son died and her ex husband son who was fighting her in court passed way..That leaves who ever the bady daddy is to fight over the 400million dollars that will be awarded to the child. Anna's death comes as no surprise. While it's clear that she was a heavy polysubstance abuser, I think that she was extremely close to her son. When he died, I think the reality of her indirect involvement in his death, by teaching him directly and indirectly that substance use was okay pushed her over the edge. She was grieving, she was scared that her mess would catch up to her, scared to lose her home, her money and of a long court battle. I think she just said, "bump it" and checked out of life. It's still very sad because a child has been left behind who will one day grow and learn the truth of her parentage & how she lost a mother and a brother. This is a tragedy.
Ana Nicole did not want to live anymore plain and simple. She was heavily into drugs as it was and I think once she lost her son and then all the drama that followed with her daughter's paternity it was only a matter of time. It is so sad, I just hope that her daughter will be able to live a more normal and happier life than her mother and her brother did. I liked Anna Nicole, and i'm sorry she passed the way she did. I don't know about Howard. I don't believe in coincidence, and the events of the last six months make you wonder. No grieving mother would 'marry' under those *** unless someone caught her straight vulnerable, which is what i think he did. Howard is the child's legal guardian at this time because his name is on the birth certificate. I hope her daughter ends up being ok after all of this is over. I hope Howard didn't kill her, but i won't be shocked if it comes out that he did.
I keep reading how Howard 'kept her drugged out'. Come on, y'all, let's think back. ANS has had drug problems for years and years and years. Remember a few years ago when her boyfriend OD'ed in the hotel room with her and died ? Besides, no one can 'keep you strung out'. You keep yourself strung out. Here's what's interesting, though; she died on Native American land, so they are running the investigation. If it turns out that they don't have a lot of experience on this kind of case (think Jon Benet and the Boulder, CO police dpt), they don't have to turn to anyone else to help if they don't want to. They operate as if they are their own state to a degree. The FBI will only be able to get involved if her death is ruled a murder. Tell me Howard didn't think about that. Also, I agree when someone commented that Howard ***. Stern was CREEPY. I watched him on Larry King a few months ago when he declared that the baby was his. You could tell he was straight up lying and was high on something. He probably had the entire family drugged up on something new--Danny & Anna Nicole. I don't believe he killed her though. For some reason he was infatuated with her. Reports said today that he had found Anna ***. face down in her pool before. Lawd knows how many times that woman almost died. The heart can only take so much.
The more i think about it,that "husband" of her's Howard Stern is starting to look SUSPECT!!! First, he's around when her son dies, now all of a sudden she dies at the tender age of 39???!!! I personally want to see what her will says. If everything is left to this "husband", somebody needs to be calling 911 and quick!!! On the real though, as soon as she gets with Mr. Stern, they move to the Bahamas!!! As long as Anna Nicole as been famous she NEVER moved out of the f**king country!!!!!! Mr Stern, we are watching your a**!!! You might have had Anna fooled but you aint too slick for the rest of us!!! Anna stayed high, i dont think ive ever seen her sober!!!
