: Looks like Ashy lipped actor Malik Yoba's been acting up. Here's what one of MediaTakeOut.com's faithful readers saw him doing:
I just finished doing a play by the name of Gossip, Secrets and Lies.I work behind the scenes so I see firsthand what's going on. On our opening night in Houston a few weeks ago, Malik Yoba was angry at his female co star Tondalaya (from Making The Band 2) or Tondi as we call her. She plays the lead role and this was his first time going up as her husband in the show. Initially he was playing another smaller role - but the actor who played her husband had to leave.Malik, you better give us a shout and straighten this out. Cause you soundin' like a real BEE-YOTCH right about now...Anyway, Malik and Tondi already were butting heads because Malik (AKA, Mr Know-It-All) kept trying to tell her what to do with her character on stage. When she [politely refused] to take his advice, he got offended.
On opening night, Malik [spazzed out and told] Tondi that if she didn't do what he said, he would [refuse to take the stage]. Tondi was basically like - well I won't change what I've been doing this whole tour to satisfy him. Malik ended up going up last minute.
But he would get her back. In the last scene Malik threw fake "cocaine" in Tondi's face and eyes on purpose. Then he left her on stage to finish the scene by herself! The audience thought that was part of the scene - but it wasn't..
Everyone backstage was horrified and Malik came off of the stage all nervous. Lisa Raye Misick, who's also in the play, confronted him and he came up with some lame excuse saying he didn't know the bag was open and quickly left the building not finishing the show (even though he still had another scene left).
Tondi was the real pro because she finished the show and then came off the stage ready to kick ass. But Malik was a coward and left.
NORMALLY, I DON'T POST. BUT BECAUSE I MET MALIK 1ST HAND IN WASH, DC I KNOW HE IS A BIG BABY AND A LOSER. AT THE MILLION MAN MARCH, WHERE BROTHERS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE ATTONING HE WAS IN A RESTUARANT TALKING ABOUT *** THIS AND *** THAT. I WISH FARRAKHAN WOULD HAVE HEARD HIM. I THOUGHT HE WAS SOME THUG UNTIL I LOOKED OVER AND SAW HIM. HE HAD NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLE IN THE RESTUARANT, AND I'VE HAD NONE FOR HIM SINCE. HE IS A STRAIGHT LOSER!

I did a Mariah Carey video with his kid's mother and she told me he back-handed her in the middle of the street in the Village, NYC with the kid in her hand! She seems like a very sweet woman. And I didn't feel like she was lying. He also admitted in an Essence Mag that he had a few incidents with her. So, maybe he needs some anger management and some BROWN TINTED LIPGLOSS, haha
MALIK YOBA STORY
For a while I heard about this site. I thought " Oh something for us online?" Now that I checked it out ..I see that MTO is a gossip and lies site. Funny that was the theme of the play. The fact that the most positive and foward pushing brothers in media and entertainment are being torn down on here is very telling. It would be interesting to see ya'll put your own nonsense, trials, accussations and lies on display ..Maybe we could all see something new instead of repacking of the same old *** here. As they say ..You all need some Jesus in your life and yes KARMA is something! People who want to know what happened with Malik Yoba during the play only need to go to his myspace page. I think it's www.myspace.com/malikyoba. The brother puts up blogs there every so often and you can read his truth. Read his bio. He's done and is still doing big things for us as a people. He's representing. The man is a champion and if you are about the betterment of African American people..rally to the front because he 's happy to have you join the cause. TRULY
How do I know? I have met him several times as I am in the industry on the business side and the man is a good ; no he's a great ..GREAT person. Go read the Myspace.com page and see what the real fans are saying about him. Read the industry trades to see what they are saying about him. Heck.. go read the Bible and learn about us as a people! Fact is ....None of us are perfect, but the attacks about character, appearance and all the like must stop. I'm noy out to attack but let's call a spade a spade if we must. This is not quality media people! MTO is the revenue poor ( aka " broke ***") Star magazine online no more and maybe less. Photoshop pics and lots of untruths. I don't see any big media companies running to buy it like say a TMZ or some other site with a reasonable buisness plan. There is no revenue here really so even if a celebrity sued..these poor souls would never be able to pay up. In order for this to be successful you have to show advertisers that people of a consuming , paying , strong affinity are on here. They are not!!! Get right and get your blessings. Oh and that is a good looking brother so lets' not go there. But of course MTO would it's a bunch of self hating and culturally dysfunctional people making their "life's work" out of defaming our people. Wonder what the eulogy will say when ya'll you know... and uh none of the hateful subscribers who don't pay you all much but more negative attention ...they won't be crying.
