: Radio personality Steve Harvey has found himself in some hot water. As MediaTakeOut.com reported to you a few weeks ago, his ex-wife Mary filed a lawsuit claiming that the comedian stole money from her during their divorce proceeding (she also claims that Steve abused her mentally and physically). Yesterday, the Kings Of Comedy star was in a Collin County, Texas courtroom and the judge dropped a bomb on the comedian.
You see, the judge was deciding a motion of contempt against Steve concerning finances and property in question from their divorce. It was supposed to be a routine hearing, but then the judge dropped the bomb.
MediaTakeOut.com learned that he told Steve that if he finds that Steve was in contempt - he may throw Steve Harvey in jail. The judge is expected to rule on the matter in coming days. We'll keep you up to date on any

I can't stand this man. His talk show is not funny, he's ignorant and very insensitive to people when reading the "Strawberry Letter." Very cruel and unhappy brotha...he's got some issues....I really wish they would cancel the show. First of all she just trying to get an extra check. She was represented by her own counsel. She should could have used mental and physical abuse as a ground for divorce. If she got screwed then it is the fault of her counsel. I am not walking away from a marriage I got my AZZ whipped daily from with nothing. Also what type of woman is she, that she was not aware of the total finances. I think she is mad because he has re-married so fast or that he became more famous after thier marriage and made more money. We have got to stop trying to make men pay for us for the rest of their lives. She needs to move on and let him be. I am not a big fan of his, but what is right is right and woman tend to use the court as as a way of payback for a failed relationship. She should have done better research and hired a better attorney.
Steve Harvey is a good guy. Some of these judges are power crazy. They feel like they can do anything no matter who you are. Steve is a sucessful black man, who has never carried himself in a shameful or derogatory way. If true, this is just another instance of discriminatory practices in the justice system. Whether it been against a black man or a celebrity.
Fame went to his head! He has done time before, so he knows the drill. I believe everything Mary Harvey has said about him. I lost respect for him after he married this new chick and he snapped out on a lady for wanting to take a picture with him and did not want his wife in the picture. He cursed this woman out and had the nerve to tell her she was rude and disrespectful to his wife. Karma is real and you can keep putting foul *** out there if you want to, just be prepared when it comes back to you.

Regardless of what Steve personal life is he trys to project a positive public image. I don't see anything wrong with that seeing there's so much negativity in the media about black people. As far as these abuse charges by his wife is concerned, I find it difficult to beleive a woman would trust a man she claims was phycially abusive and neglectful in marriage not to get her own legal advice when getting a divorce. I want to hear Steve side of the story.
Karma isn't knocking at Steve's door because of MTO, it's knocking for all the deceitful things he's done to his "friends" in the past. Those people thought they were friends to Steve but Steve's other personality had differing thoughts about that. I hope Mary takes him to the cleaners. She was civil and classy during that marriage, despite all that came out about him.

You were very disrespectful to Kanye and his family following the death of his mom and just because Steve Harvey called you out on it now you try to find anything on him. If he abused her then why didnt it come out in the divorce in the first place, all of us sisters know that if this were one of us we would have got paid,FIRST TIME! People claiming they work for the courts yet in the same breath saying Steve Harvey filed bankruptcy to avoid paying child support. Must be the court janitor because anyone in the know already knows that NOTHING prevents child support payments other than going on the run. Not tax liens, bankruptcy, etc. If you're ordered to pay, you're paying, period. Even though I listen to Steve's show daily, I have zero tolerance for any man who physically/verbally abuses women. Men who do that are nothing but cowards. Mary stuck by him from the beginning of his career, and this is how he thanks her?? Steve, no good will come of this. If what they say is true, you will pay and pay dearly. By the way, don't be surprised if Steve shaves his head his next birthday.......hint!!
