: There goes another couple. MediaTakeOut.com is sad to report that Hall of Fame NFL player Jerry Rice and his wife Jackie have decided to separate. The couple had been married for more than 10 years and have three children together.
No official word on what happened. But MediaTakeOut.com is hearing that it may have something to do with a twenty-something year old Mexican woman that Jerry's been spending a lot of time with.
Keep your head up though Jackie. And look on the bright side - in this day and age, so long as he ain't with a man - consider yourself lucky....

why is it that black men are leaving black women at a enormous rate. I was reading a article the other day and it said that over half of black men in america will marry outside of their race within the next 10ys. Well black women I quest we better start looking outside our race, because it don't look to good for us.
The 80/20 rule is from Why Did I get Married and it was basically stating that in relationships you go in thinking you're gonna get 100% of what you need but you really only get 80% which is enough to get you through. Well that missing 20% comes along and it's looking good to you, you know, like something you need in your life, and you end up leaving the 80 for the 20 thinking that you'll get more(the whole 100) out of the 20 and you don't. So basically you just downgrade. I LOVE whoever came up with that rule! Probably Tyler Perry, regardless of what they say about him, he knows about those relationships

Now don't get me wrong I love Black Men. My Man is a Black Man. I have four sons, and four brothers, plus my Father and my step Father. But the truth is the truth.
I've been told that I was a bitter Black Woman before, but it was told to me by a no good, unsuccessful, uneducated, ill mannered, blak dude that was stressing me out. And I WAS bitter at the time. I had every reason to be.
But I've also been told that I am a good woman.. My (Man of the last 5 years) tell's me that I'm the sweetest thing he's ever know. He tells me all the time that the Black Woman is the strongest and the sweetest woman on earth. And we deserve all the best things that life has to offer.. I love him and he loves me.. We are proud to be with and represent each other. He has lifted me and loved me through all of the pain of the former losers I was with.
So I guess what I'm saying is, let those black men who want to leave go. Don't chase them or even care, they are not worth it. Don't be offened... They are not good for you anyway!!
And the ones that want to stay... Love them they deserve it.

You say you love you some black men, but most of them aint worth the words you writin. WTF? How do you feel that way if you were surrounded by all those positive black men? Because of that one dude, most of us aint $hit? The sad thing is most of you feel that way because of all the stereotypes. If you don't want us because we "sorry as hell", why would we want you (as a black woman)?
