So what if she may have had plastic surgery to enhance some things (I don't think she has btw..but even if I did believe it who cares?) Plastic Surgery is common today and EVERYONE is getting (I've had a procedure done). Plastic Surgery is not a miracle. You have to have some sort of foundation to make it look good and pull it off. Kim obviously has that foundation. YOu can't change your entire person through plastic surgery...you can enhance what you already have..that's it. Kim looks exactly the same from when she was like 5 years old...facially...apparently her body filled out when she was older. If you look at her sisters and her mother..they all look darn good.
