: The recession is real y'all MediaTakeOut.com has learned that Kwame from The Apprentice is son the verge of losing his home:
Here's what is being reported:
Kwame Jackson is about to lose his triplex condo in Harlem. According to papers filed with the city, a lien has been placed on Jackson's West 123rd Street apartment for nonpayment of common charges of more than $12,000, dating back to April 2006.Dang... source"We've had a few payments in the past," the building's lawyer, Lisa Breier Urban told The Post's Braden Keil, "but nothing has come in for the last eight months."
Guyy... I'm sorry- help me understand how Kwame' thinks he's white. He is a member of a BLACK fraternity, dates BLACK women. Is it because he speaks proper english and is gainfully employed??I don't agree with you on that one. Hard times can fall on anyone... no matter how successful a person is. I don't think he deserves this as a "punishment" for being on Trump's show.
Net Income = Profit less expenses
Kwame had to realize that Apprentice show was going to end. Unless you have sources of income to cover these outlandish expenses probably for Show only, you must ensure you have Income now and in the future to cover it. Sometimes spending things for the look of it is not a wise investment.
A “lien” only means that should he sell or attempt to refinance the property, the $12000.00 will be legally included in the amount for the creditor or party that the money is owed to. This is NOT foreclosure. I agree with poetical….most likely its additional fees (not his mortgage) that he doesn’t agree with and therefore has not paid.
Kwame is about the flash and bling. When he and his ex-wife lived in Brooklyn, they lived in an apartment they really couldn't afford but it was all about appearances. Although, his ex is black, I believe that he did *** to white women when his wife was out of town for a while. thus, why they divorced. Hopefully, he will learn some humility from this experience because his arrogant *** deserves everything that is coming to him.
