: MediaTakeOut.com has learned that the Los Angeles Coroner released a report today concluding that Kanye West's mother - Dr. Donda West died of a hearty attack.
As first reported by MediaTakeOut.com nearly a month ago, the coroner recognized that plastic surgery DID play a part in Donda's death. The exact cause of death, according to the official report is "coronary artery disease and multiple post-operative factors due to or as a consequence of liposuction and mammoplasty."
Dr West died after receiving a tummy tuck and breast augmentation surgery from noted plastic surgeon Dr. Jan Adams.

The first Dr she went to told Dr West he did not feel comfortable performing on her because of a heart arythima if (I'm not mistaken) because he ran all the preliminary health tests required prior to surgery as any good dr would do, so she then went to Dr. Adams and we all know what happened, he should be sued for malpractice, he took this woamns life, I understand she probably signed papers saying she was well aware of the risks, but as a physician, Dr Adams had a responsibility NOT to do the surgery knowing about pre-existing health conditions.

Ms. West had CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE! This means that she, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, should have pursued plastic surgery after her doctors advised her of the risks.
Criticize the surgeon if you want, but I'm sure he made her sign a waiver due to her serious condition.
I am sad that she passed for sure. However, we must take our medical health serious. It's that Cali living...she probably felt that she had to get surgery with all those other plastic surgery patients walking around coupled with a myriad of surgeons.

I really wish she would have taken heed to what the first responsible physician told her. I remember watching a show last year on the Discovery Health Channel with Dr. Jan Adams and on a particular episode, he talked about older women and surgery and showed Lisa Raye's mother getting the same and or similar procedure last year on the channel, I think Lisa Raye's mom is older than Dr. West, her surgery on the show came out ok.maybe she did not have the health complications Dr.West had? Either way, I am sadden by this unwarranted passing. It was said that Kayne advised his mother against this, and supposedly, she did the surgery when Kayne left the country. If you remember, Kayne was in England when it was reported she had died. It's just so sad...MTO...Let it go and let Kayne and his family move on!

Donda West was not obese. she could have started eating healthy and in moderation and lost the excess pounds within about 6 mo to a year with exercise to tighten her body up. She needed to get her teeth fixed before a tummy tuck and from the pics her breasts looked fine. She could have learned how to put on makeup like Oprah, eventhough oprah hires makeup artist to do her's. Donda was never going to look like halle berry and why would she want to.

But thats one thing that we must not forget, that WE can not SAVE everyone, MAKE everyone pretty through plastic surgery, and PROTECT everyone from dying. This is an unfortunate situation and I hate that it even happened. But this lead me to think. I work in Social Services here in GA and of course I try to save the world but when you have teens that does not want any help and go out there and get injured or even worse get killed, I am sure I will be ridiculed about this because the MEDIA will say I did not do all I could have done to protect this child. But with that said, I am not making light of the situation and saying that things happens! While I do not want to sound insensitive to what the family is going through I am glad that the facts surrounding her death is finally coming out. Maybe this it will help stop (or at least slow down) all these people rushing to go get plastic surgery. People are risking their lives just to "look good". Better love yourself first before you worry about who else will love you. I remember when I had my son the anesthesiologist told me he had to go back and calculate some stuff cause he didn't realize I was so short and didn't want to give me to much anesthesia. I told him to take his time cause the baby can wait.
I'm deeply saddened that this tragedy has happened in anyone's family. Please ppl, be careful when seeking other alternatives like plastic surgery. Sometimes a quick fix is not always the answer, but just in case some ppl prefer that quick fix; do your research, prepare your body and get a thorough physical. They said that her arteries were 60% blocked! And of course surgery was a factor. You know how much money the cosmetic surgery industry stands to lose if people think that tummy tucks are unsafe? There is no excuse!before any surgery there is a process you must take to find out medical history...all that stuff having to do with her ateries DID NOT develop while she was laying on that operation table.
