***(WHY) **** Honestly, I think 50 is big with loyalty. He loves Banks, thought that was his right hand n****, and Banks could spit, take it from a spoiled rap consumer like me.. real talk.
Banks had the most pure talent on G-Unit.. thing is other kats in the industry that wasn't down with 50 and his business practices knew that too so they employed the divide & conquer thing. They'd always show Banks love on records or in public but completely diss the resta G-Unit. 50 took that to heart and said as much. So outta spite, cause he know he's the hand that feeds... is gonna basically shelve Banks to make a point and send a message.
Mobb Deep same thing, Mobb ain't original G-Unit-ers.. they ain't gonna go *** out for 50. They were on lay-away for a while, 50 came with bags of $ and they signed. They don't feel a sense of loyalty to him, plus they got more street cred in NY from the time they were kids than 50 could have in 3 lifetimes, no matter how much they fell off.
Buck and Ya-Yo on the other hands, thought not as talented as either Banks and MOB IMO, are loyal to a fault. They KNOW 50's the meal ticket and run everything thru 50, from who they rap with away from the studio.. what anyone's saying bout 50 out in public.
They'd actually throw for 50, and Curtissss knows this and wants to show 'em that love and appreciation for their loyalty so they stay. Plus, it sticks to a guy like Lloyd even more. Just? Debatable. But it's his label, his grip, his empire so if he wants to be petty.. than I guess he can.
Morally, it's wrong... you should go and communicate whatch you feelin' to your bro.. it's better than pullin' the plug and the rug from out under his feet like that.
