A lil' more makeup as referenced above, even a different hair do would have made her look absolutely beautiful...but YES she's working it.

She is gorgeous and natural beauty is great and all but she does need some makeup. When you dress up like that you need a little makeup..her bare face and dressy clothes do not go at all. Just a tad bit of makeup will pull that look together.
