: MediaTakeOut.com has learned that Brandy's mom and manager Sonja Norwood is suing Kim and her sisters for illegally charging over $120,000 to her credit card.
In court documents obtained by MediaTakeOut.com, Sonja claims that Kim, who was Brandy's stylist in 2004, "was authorized to make one (and only one) purchase on behalf of [Sonja]," using her American Express card. Sonja also is claiming that Kim's siblings Khloe, Kourtney, and Robert Jr., participated in the credit card fraud. The unauthorized charges amounted to $62,793.83 in 2006, and $57,841.82 2007, for a total of $120,635.82.
And there's more. MediaTakeOut.com has learned that the suit claims that most of the thousands were spent at the Kardashian's own stores, Dash and Smooch. Right now it's not clear whether any criminal investigation is underway...
I believe it and being broke has nothing to with it. Kim's ENTIRE family are silly as f*ck and I can't stand that WWF CHINA DOLL lookin skank either (the oldest sister), who probably put Kim up to it. She just LOOKS obnoxious...UGH! As far Mrs. Norwood not knowing her acct was jacked, she could have been aware of those accusations, but maybe the courts are just now looking into it. Suing takes time...years!
And ya'll know how MTO is with these stories...there's no telling how long this has been pending. It's not that easy and you don't get your money the very next day!

Ya'll will believe anything about Ms. Norwood. LOL She wanted to wait and sue Kim while she has the show with her family. She let Kim borrow her card only for items that Ms.Norwood wanted. The credit card company gave her the amounts and she took it court to file the lawsuit against Kim. That's why she didn't want to have it removed from her account because she knew that something wasn't right about Kim. She wanted to do it at the right time. Kim had been doing it since 2004 to 2007, she knew didn't know what this girl was doing to her credit card and was stupid for giving it to her in the first place, but still it's Ms. Norwood's money and she should sue her for every penny she had. Of course Ms. Norwood's broke but because of Kim's dumb ***. I knew Kim and her family didn't have enough money from her father, so she used Ms. Norwood's credit card and then when her and Ray-J broke up she gave it right back to her. Now you know why she's coming forward with this info.
Please just because people are on TV does not mean they are well off. Look how many actual stars are broke because of poor money managment. By the way her dad was one of the laywers on the OJ case. The mom could have had the bank/CC company reverse the charges if she had reported the transactions as fraudulent in time. Usually, it's about within 60 days of receiving the statement on which the charges appeared. Since the charges are so far apart and the first was 2 years ago, calling them fraudulent isn't going to work as a case. She'll be better off claiming that the extra charges were unauthorized and settle for reimbursement of the additional purchases only, or claim that Kim promised to pay back any chargges that she put on the card (as in a loan).
Kim, is not rich- Her father divorced her wrinkled mom 15 years ago. there was little money left for kim and her sisters. They live off of Bruce her stepdad and you notice all kids live at home. They are not rich at all. Kim the *** used Brandys mom. The family is real shady. I know of people who have their own shop and are not making any money. clients

LuckyS, I know when it comes to credit card fraud, there is no time limit when it comes to a cardholder making a claim. Perhaps Brandy tried to file fraud with her credit card company and they denied her for whatever reason; Possibly because she did authorize KK to use the card, even if it was just for one purchase. So the bank may have told her to seek other avenues, which would include legal action.
Yup, I believe it. Sonja has got it out for Kim Kar-TRASHIAN, since she pretended to be upset about the release of the *** tape, and got paid. Kim is TRIFLING, and I'm sure that those expenditures were intentionally charged and covered up. Isn't it ironic that the majority of the purchases were made from their *** store. I have been there, and alot of that cheap looking *** is also sold downtown L.A. That was an elaborate scheme to justify her embezzling. I'm in law school, and I'm sad to say that Sonja may as well hang it up because she waited too long to file a complaint.
Courts always take long to process cases. Now for the charges, she was probably unaware of it until she discovered it. So the time goes by when the charges are discovered, not when it actually happened. There must be a strong evidence, which in this case is, against Kim. Now it's time to pay up, Kim (she probably paid for her new breast, *** implants, lip injections and face reconstruction).
