: MediaTakeOut.com had a chance to speak to Monica yesterday. Here\'s how the interview went:
As you probably already know MediaTakeOut.com has done a couple of articles about you. I figured it\'s probably best to talk about those and get those out of the way early on. The first article that we ran was regarding some weight loss that you had. And some people are saying that it may have been the result of an eating disorder, what do you have to say about that?
\"If you look back I have been the same size now for at least 10 years. I have never been more than a size 4 ever. I am at my largest now. If you look at my video Every Time The Beat Drops, that\'s the largest that I\'ve been in my entire life. Weight is more of an issue in Hollywood. But that\'s not where I live and that\'s not how I live. If you look back to all of my videos - anything prior to this album - I\'m the same size.\"
I think that\'s part of thing that was surprising to people. You were on the slim side but some photos came out and you were looking a little too thin. Almost Nicole Richie thin.
\"Maybe they were doctored. But the things that we\'re in control of like my album packaging or my videos. Those are the realistic things. Once things hit the internet it\'s kind of out of my control. I don\'t know what people have done. It\'s possible that they were doctored because that happens all the time. There\'s a doctored photo around right now of Beyonce and it\'s supposed to be of her on the Sports Illustrated cover. If I wasn\'t in the industry and wasn\'t aware of how those things happen I probably would believe it as well.\"
But we found someone that says that you have an eating disorder. What do you say to them? \"I would love to hear someone them say that. It\'s just not realistic. It just doesn\'t make sense. And things fall so out of the blue. When you do what I do you kind of get accustomed to just brushing it off. But it\'s definitely not true. So don\'t worry.\"
The next story we did was regarding your relationship with J Records. Some people at the label are saying that you may be getting dropped. What do you have to say about that?
\"Well I don\'t know who that someone could be. But if it wasn\'t Clive Davis then that someone was no one. Not true again. We\'re in the midst of shooting my 3rd video [off my new album]. We\'ve had a long and good relationship – when I met Clive when I was only 12 years old. And we\'ve sold over 14 million records together. So to be apart really doesn\'t make sense.
Just because something not taking place the way it would be expected once in a ten year career [referring to her album], it would never create a divide in a relationship that\'s been that long or that successful. So that wasn\'t true.\"
After J Records cam out and disputed our story, we went back to our source. And that person stood by their story - that that there were rumblings at J records you were going to be dropped.
\"Well I don\'t know. If that\'s the case they must know something that myself and Clive do not know.\"
Next I\'d like to turn to an alleged assault that occurred between your fiancé Rocko Hill and a woman at an Atlanta club. She\'s claiming that Rocko punched her in the face. Can you tell us what happened?
\"To my understanding it is absolutely false. Tons of people were in VIP and they said that this is completely false. My only thought on it is the only reason she\'s saying this is so that she can bring a lawsuit. It seems like something that\'s money driven because if he had touched a woman that is 4\'11 and 100lbs in Atlanta, Georgia in a public place amongst so many different types of people. I mean from all different walks of life
We entered the party between 11:45 and midnight. I don\'t know what time she claims that this took place. I was away at the rest room. When I returned the woman was being thrown out of the club. Her and her friend that she was with.
When we exited the club, the police approached us with her story. It was so far fetched that I didn\'t really give it that much attention. But I see that it has basically grown because she created some kind of a Myspace page. I did see the pictures myself. I saw it. It looks horrible but it appears to me that whatever took place was way more extreme than an altercation that could have happened in the VIP station in a crowded club.
It appears that she has been assaulted to the extreme. And we believe that that\'s something she did. And the police here in Atlanta said that they don\'t believe it. And they don\'t feel like it\'s something that I should give a whole lot of attention to. But because of her blasting it. I guess through an email blasts and different things she done to allow people to hear her story, they have forced me to respond. It will be dealt with through my lawyers and the right people to be handling that. I think she\'s looking for money. That\'s what this all boils done to in my opinion.\"
The woman mentioned that at one point you got involved and said something to the effect of \"I got the piece in my Louie.\" And I believe the Louie she was referring to is your Louis Vuitton bag.
\"That\'s silly. That sounds silly to me. I have to be honest and say that the reference to the purse or gun all sounds very, very childish. It doesn\'t sound like anything I would say. And at the point the police were there. So I don\'t think they would have let me say that.\"
GhettoFabulousDallas has a question about the Brandy car accident. The question is, \"What do you think about the whole Brandy situation? Have you reached out to her since you learned of her tragic accident? Do you think the two of you might reunite for another single?\"
\"Well I don\'t think we\'ll reunite for another single but we have reunited as people as human beings long before the incident took place. She and I are mothers now. We brought our children out and we spent the day together just about four months ago. Of course she doesn\'t live in Atlanta, but I do plan to reach out to her. Because I know what it\'s like to be in a position where tragedy is already touch so many different people. Her family is going to be affected just as well as the victim\'s family. In no way did she do something like this on purpose. And to be have to faced with lawsuits and stuff like that. I would just want to lend my support. These are the things that happen to us only because of who we are. This is part of the downside of being a celebrity. It was an accident. All we all know that accidents do happen and I would want to lend my support to her at some point in the near future.\"
Cheetah and djbrosco want to know, \"What do you think about the situation with C-Murder? And do you two still keep in touch or when was the last time you talked to him?\"
\"My brother is actually signed to Cory\'s label. I think that situation was sad as well. You have another incident that was sensationalized by who it was. And I don\'t think he was done any form of justice. From what I understand that situation is not over yet and I just constantly send my prayers out to anybody that has experienced a real life situation that has a celebrity part to it.\"
MsAngel and a number of other readers want to know what happened between you and Young Buck?
\"We just didn\'t work out. The good thing about it is that we both understood that we were in two different places. So we never split on bad terms contrary to popular belief. He was working on his first album when he and I dated. And I was deep into my third. I was very much settled and stable and he deserved the chance to get out and really explore life. To enjoy what he was about to experience without being tied down - which is just my demeanor, my nature, just automatically. So we understood that and we walked away from each other with that understanding and there were never any hard feelings.\"
igotsomesense noticed that you weren\'t wearing an engagement ring during the BET Special. We\'ve also noticed that you haven\'t been wearing it. What\'s the story behind that?
\"Oh, I do wear it. It\'s not anything that\'s intended as disrespect. Nothing like that. Even people that have married for years like Jada Pinkett or I have seen Kelis - where she has on something stylish - she may not have on her wedding ring. She may have on costume jewelry. It\'s not intended as any form of disrespect or me sending a particular message. I wear one at different times.\"
So you and Rocco are still happily engaged. You\'re still planning on getting married?
\"Everything is still in order.\"
msdixon and Bsuggs asked about the young woman that you were helping to raise. How old is she now, and how is she doing?
\"Well actually, I know exactly who they are talking about. She is going to turn 11 and she is living with her grandmother and she is doing extremely well. But time really did fly, she\'s almost 11 years old.\"
Is this a "completely" true interview? Monica, if you're reading this. Don't sweat the bee-ess girl. You were a little thicker in Everytime tha beat Drop and you looked good. And yes you have been the same size since you were like 13 (excluding Tha Beat drop video). These are just hatas.
Oh, and MTO, why did you feel the need to copy and paste the interview twice? You wanted people to think that this was a long interview huh? Get a grip.
Those photos of Beyonce' were not doctored. Those were actual pics of her on the SI cover. I guess that it was unbelievable to Monica. Regarding her weight loss she did lose a lot of weight in a small time. The weight she gained when she was pregnant, she was big for a while after that then all of a sudden the weight fell off like in the matter of a month. I do believe also that her man hit that girl in the eye. You know Mon likes the roughnecks. Still love her though. MediaTakeOut needs to do better interviews.
If you look at the video the boy is mine or the video one of those days, then look at her interview on 106 and park from a few months back when she was releasing her CD or her recent videos, it is CLEAR AS DAY that she is NOT the same weight. It don't matter if she still fits in size 4, hell I was 115 in 4's and after having kids I weighed 140 and I was still getting in 4's. Clearly, it sounds like denial or she just hasn't got on the scale.

MISSHONEY get a grip. Hell I am a grwon a$$ woman with two kids and outside of being pregnant I never weighed over 100 lbs. I can fit clothes I wore at 14 and I am in my 30's. Not every woman gets big as a horse just because she has kids or has gotten older. Some folks are meant to be small just like some are meant to be big. Monica is obviously meant to be small.
And she has talked about that little girl before. Her ex boyfriends daughter that he was raising when he committed suicide. She kept the little girl for a while after he died.

My apologies to every one who commented in the Rocko Hill post. It was deleted by mistake. Rocko was nice enough to call me earlier today and tell me his side of the story about the incident that occurred this past Sunday (2/11) at the Velvet Room.
I also spoke to Monica who called me after Rocko did. Monica was very concerned, as any fiancee would be. She was as much concerned for the young lady who was injured as she was for her fiance. Monica stated she had spoken with the young lady about an hour before the incident occurred and the next time she saw her, the girl was being ejected from the club by club security. At the time of the incident, Monica was in the ladies room and did not witness the actual incident.
I've pieced together the story from both Rocko and Monica's accounts of what happened at the Velvet Room on Sunday ***. Rocko reserved a section of the VIP area as he normally does. He paid for the VIP section for Monica and their 30 guests. The young lady in question was not an invited guest in his VIP section.
The club was packed and the VIP area was very chaotic. Rocko said he saw the young lady in his seating area and he asked her to move. "I got the receipts from where I paid for the whole thing and she's sitting in my seat! She tried to disrespect me [and] I said, 'look, that's not even called for. Could you just slide over a little bit?' I'm in my space which I paid for, minding my own business and she grabbed my glasses which I paid for and crushed them to pieces! When I come out I don't come out to start trouble. I'm not like these other guys."
Referring to his accuser, Rocko said, "She tried to see who she could see [and] meet who she could meet. Matter of fact, the police told me that someone said she was trying to go into my pockets," he said. "All I know is she grabbed my $2000 Cartier glasses and crushed them to pieces. I didn't hit her. My entourage - there was a lot of us - all I know is, I saw security throw her out. That's all I remember."
In response to the accusation that he punched his accuser, Rocko said, "Of course she's going to say that because she sees dollar signs! I know I didn't hit her. If Monica wasn't already in the back, she probably would say Monica hit her." Monica also seconded that saying, "I would be the one more likely to hit anybody than Rocko."
Monica disputed the young lady's account saying, "I have experience with this man for the past 6 years. He would have to have a total out-of-boy experience to punch out a woman!" Monica also stressed that she has never been punched or assaulted by Rocko.
I also spoke with an inside source independently of both Rocko and Monica. My source has provided me with good info in the past and his credibility is solid. He also had a VIP booth and has no reason to lie about what he saw. His exact words were, "how could he punch her? There were too many people around. She was running off at the mouth in VIP and club security put her out." My source was adamant that Rocko did not hit the accuser.
As for Monica making references to carrying a gun in her purse. That's not in Monica's character to say that especially with the police standing right there.
The young lady definitely sustained an injury to her eye, but there is no corroborating evidence that Rocko was the cause of her injuries. If I knew Rocko to be a hooligan in the clubs I would say there's a possibility, but I've never witnessed that.
I dont believe for one second monica did this interview. if she did, they should have mentioned the *** i said about her. that would have been interesting. and she wont the same size when she came out. when she came out she had a round had now her heads is more long and skinny. my head has been the same shape since i was little but i sure as hell aint the same size. nobody is. come on monica. even if you were to manage up your weight you still wont be the same size when you were 13 or 14 or 15.
Crazy. well i think its 3 sides to every story, her side his side and the truth. how did her eye end up like that? somebody had 2 hit her. Cartier's?? I woulda punched her *** too but i hope he didnt hit her. but as for monica, shes in denial. Crackish denial. we all know dan weel, unless we jus can see, that monica is nicol richie small. and she's always had a lil thickness to her. jus a lil. I hope she gets healthy and out of denial.
