: MediaTakeOut.com just got word that the L.A. Times story that claimed Diddy was involved in Tupac's shooting was a fraud. Yeah, you know, the story that forced Diddy into hiding.
Here's the L.A. Times apologizing for their story:
A Los Angeles Times story about a brutal 1994 attack on rap superstar Tupac Shakur was partially based on documents that appear to have been fabricated, the reporter and editor responsible for the story said Wednesday.You know, every day those so-called journalists over in the mainstream media trying to criticize what we do here at MediaTakeOut.com. But we can say with unequivocally that we would notReporter Chuck Philips and his supervisor, Deputy Managing Editor Marc Duvoisin, issued statements of apology Wednesday afternoon. The statements came after The Times took withering criticism for the Shakur article, which appeared on latimes.com last week and two days later in the paper's Calendar section.
The criticism came first from The Smoking Gun website, which said the newspaper had been the victim of a hoax, and then from subjects of the story, who said they had been defamed.
"In relying on documents that I now believe were fake, I failed to do my job," Philips said in a statement Wednesday. "I'm sorry."
MTO said, "You know, every day those so-called journalists over in the mainstream media trying to criticize what we do here at MediaTakeOut.com. But we can say with unequivocally that we would not"

who gives a flying f*ck..Diddy loves the attention anyway..its another way to keep his name in the media..and now that he has all of these corny *** Bad Boy artists coming out with records, its perfect timing for him to be in the news for something scandalous..DIDDY IS NOT MAD AT THIS..hes a media ***..any press he can get is more dollars in his pocket..dont feel bad for anyone..Tupac is a genius and legend, but in all honesty, he was living reckless and talking reckelss and made so many enemies..even if Diddy didnt do it, someone else would have eventually..he was on drugs and out of control at that time..he was beyond saving and he sealed his fate
