Here's what she said on her official website:
Yesterday, "Beautiful Nightmare," a demo I've been working on for possible inclusion on my next album, leaked on some websites. I want to thank all my fans for the positive response to the song, but I want to tell you that this is just a work in progress.It is not my time to put out new music. If you really want to hear some really great music now, you have to support my girls Kelly, Michelle and my sister Solange.
Kelly just re-released her album digitally in the US, so check out "Ms. Kelly: Diva Deluxe." Michelle is about to put out the first single, "We Break The Dawn," from her album and Solange's single, "I Decided," is already one of my favorites.
The song sucks. Kelly never stood a chance standing in Beyonce's shadow. She know *** well she don't give 2 *** about what Michelle does. Her sister doesn't stand a chance simply because she's her sister and doesn't have an eighth of the talent. Nice of her to try and act like she cares about someone elses success other than her own though :-|
Beautiful Liar...Beautiful ***...same concept different song. Plagiarizing other folks music without permission...jackin' past artists' concepts and style and using conversion to pass them as her own ideas...using subversion to steer the destiny of other girls' livelihood...I can go on and on. This girl is a xerox copy. A rich one nonetheless.
i need to listen to the final product on the radio as well as check out the vid...song ain't bad but i still need to feel it out...& bey if you're & your ppl's are so supportive & wish much success of the rest of the dc girls, they why is it that they're career isn't anywhere near as hot as yours????????....especially if your father is behind this????????.....oh well

But Definitely agree...this song is not HOTTT! Doesn't deserve that many t's either. This song sounds like many of her other songs and something regurgitated from the 80's.
I appreciate good music but you know it ain't good when the song isn't rememberable.

I think it's nice that they don't want to put her music out there to compete with the other girls however, clearly pretty soon no one will remember their names. She's going to be around a while, because she writes her OWN music so, basically, she's got talent for all those people who are saying she's fading out. She has sold so many cd's and people are still buying the old ones now. She needs to get rid of the 90 pounds of weave though it's too much.
The only reason she is saying she is sorry is because she knows she sabotaged Kelly (although kelly's cd stunk and now digitally stinks). but she still wants to keep her as a friend and don't make the people hate her more. Get real! her and camp reads the internet. And no matter what those celebs say They read MTO
Im glad she released this statement because it is obvious an overzealous producer leaked the song to see if it would pop off. AND IM glad SHE said "It's not her time to release new yet "and she pluged Kelly , Michelle and Solanges projects So Tell me Hater Why did MTO come up with bougus story about Kelly suppose to be confronting Bey and Matthew that should tell all you haters right ther it's not true
BBB must be beyonce's biggest stan because that chick be one of the first ones to comment on every beyonce post.lmfao But stop lying beyonce had 3 million views on Youtube of this song and most people were feeling it. I hope kelly does switch managers then when she still flops we'll see who the kelly stans blame next. beyonce is going down in history but kelly? Hell naw.
*** she & Polow are buggin for not puttin this song on Itunes. IDK about all this,"No one supported it" stuff yall talkin bout, becuz on youtube it got 2/3million views in less than 24 hours. And if it was on I-Tunes it woulda hit atleast 100,000 copies sold in a week or 2! This song had some momentum behind it!
