: If you thought that 50 Cent was a gentleman, you'd be wrong. MediaTakeOut.com has just learned that the platinum selling rapper is going to court this afternoon to have Shaniqua Tomkins (his baby mother) and her two children (one of which is 50's son Marquis) from their Long Island home.
Here's what Radar magazine is reporting:
In February a judge hacked Tomkins' monthly support checks from $25,000 to $6,700 (her fault, mostly). Tompkins and Marquis were allowed to remain in Jackson's home on condition that the money be used in part to find a new residence. Fiddy says they didn't even try and that Tompkins is taking advantage of the situation (gentlemen callers, perhaps?), as the house is in Jackson's name and all bills are presumably forwarded to one of his faceless accountants in Hollywood.But if you think that Shaniqua's going out without a fight, you'd be wrong. Here's what she plans on arguing in court:
Though the house officially belongs to Jackson, Tompkins claims it was initially promised to her (some of Jackson's supporters seem to agree) and that Fiddy reneged just prior to closing the sale on the property. Early claims from both sides were that the house was bought so Marquise would have access to quality schooling, but it is unclear where she'd take her son if she got the boot. Fair to say, though, that they wouldn't be able to remain in their current tony district.

Let me start off by saying I am not a 50 fan. But, I am going to have to back him on this venture and tell him to do his thang.
Yes, this woman was getting 25G a month for child support and 50 was paying all of the bills plus, had his son in a nice private school. She took 50 to court to get an increase in the child support payments. When the case was heard in court the judge asked her if she wanted to drop the charge and continue to take the 25G that 50 offered and SHE said NO!!! So the judge, not 50 took it upon himself to say that she was being greedy and money hungry (I agree) and reduced her amount to 6G a month. That is exactly what she gets. She didn't have to pay or do nothing for that child because he is always with 50, all she had to do was collect the check and invest....invest...invest.
She needs to move the hell out of the house and get her own, I am with 50. No need to be taking care of a women forever because a they had a child togehter, as long as you take care of your child and from what I see his son is well taken care off. So.....don't down 50 for what he did, blame her for her greed.

I have mixed feeling about this whole situation. I do think this woman needs to have her "Own" dinero. However, what is 50 doing? When he ousts this woman and her children out of their Dix Hills home that includes his son. Now according to media and Mr. Loud Mouth himself. He's making mills why is this woman only getting roughly $7000 a month? Child support is based on a percentage (20% ??) So what's really going on with him? This bothers me. 50 Cent wants his baby mama and son out da house - and a Long Island judge is obliging.
"I'm a winner. What can I say?" Fitty, who's real name is Curtis Jackson, said after a hearing in Suffolk County Housing Court, where Judge Stephen Hackeling OK'd his bid to boot Shaniqua Tompkins and his son Marquise from his Dix Hills mansion.
Tompkins, 32, said, "Any man who would evict his son out of his house is evil. He's an evil, disgruntled man."
Fitty's lawyer, Brett Kimmel, said his client is paying Tompkins $6,700 a month, and that includes cash for her to find a new place to live for her and Marquise.
Tompkins maintains that the "In da Club" rapper bought the house for her, but he testified that it's his. He also made it clear that he wasn't happy that her new boyfriend was living in the $1.5 million home, one of the largest in Dix Hills.
"To have her living there with her boyfriend and several other people is inappropriate," said the rap star. "She's in the house with people I'm not responsible to pay housing for."
Fitty, 32, was the only witness to take the stand. Asked his net worth, he said, "I feel like I'm worth a billion dollars."
"She doesn't want to work. She doesn't want to do anything," he went on. "She had a sense of entitlement over me because she was around before I had success."
Tompkins said she helped nurse the rapper back to health after he was *** nine times in May 2000, which has added to his musical hype.
The judge gave Tompkins until the end of the school year to clear out.

50 Cent accused of trying to evict ex from LI home
A lawsuit filed in Manhattan by 50 Cent's ex and the mother of his son alleges that the rapper is trying to evict her from his Dix Hills house, AP reports. Shaniqua Tompkins is accusing 50 Cent of "breach of contract" because he supposedly promised to buy the house for her and their 10-year-old son. The house is now in his name -- Curtis Jackson.
Public records show he bought the 5,000-square-foot house in January 2007 for $1.4 million. Taxes are $16,815 a year. "It's a very big home," says Paul Catsandonis, Tompkins' attorney. The house is located on an acre and has six bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as a three-car heated garage with a dumbwaiter to the kitchen. The house, built in 2002, also has a pool. The previous owner, builder Robert Defeo, built the house for himself and his family.
Someone close to the deal says that 50 Cent wanted to buy the house so that his son would be in a good school district, Half Hollow Hills. "He actually came to see the house," the source says. "He was very shy ... polite ... humble ... lovely."
But it was clear at the closing last year that there was a problem. Tompkins was at the closing; 50 Cent was not. "It was obvious that she was very upset," says the source. "She wanted the house, or at least half in her name." But the deed only had his. After the closing, Tompkins was seen crying, the source says.
