: LAS VEGAS, April 8 (UPI) -- Entertainer Toni Braxton was admitted to a Las Vegas hospital after her show at the Flamingo Monday night to be treated for an unknown illness, officials said.
The officials at St. Rose Dominican Hospital told KVVU-TV, Las Vegas, the singer is in good condition, but did not offer details on why she is there.
The report noted Braxton has a heart condition called pericarditis, which she found out about after she gave birth to her second son.
Braxton is a spokeswoman for the American Heart Association.
Ticket holders are encouraged to contact the Flamingo to see whether Braxton will be performing Wednesday night. Her show is dark Tuesdays, KVVU said.
