With each album she takes her music to a higher level. Not only is she a wonderful singer (in the category of Patti LaBelle & 80's Whitney), but her videos are off the chain. To have a music video with an actual story-line is incredible, especially in 2008. To make a video based on Spike Lee's School Daze is no joke. This should have been done earlier, but I'm not surprised that Ms. Keys was the one to make it happen.
Ms. Keys is part of the small number of truly talented singers. Unlike Beyonce, 30 to 40 years from now Ms. Keys songs will still be playing on the radio.
that joint was hot, i like this song alot, i kinda slept on her, i always knew she made hot music and ***,its just i didn't feel like downloading it or buying...i bet i downloaded that *** earlier....i always liked her music, she's an around the way chick all day, good to see talent and good looks coincide. on the same token, she's always struck me as a ***, or atleast bi-sexual, either way it doesn't change my opinion of her and her music......who cares? I like the song...but this video is garbage. How you gonna have a teenage love affair in college? This song is more fitting for a high school type setting to me. I like A. Keys, but she never "wows" you with her music. It's just average. Her persona is more interesting.

Absolutely Stunning! Alicia Keys is a true musician. Her music is at it's highest in purity and good feeling.
Alicia Keys has sold 25 million albums since she came out in 2001. She has sold out concerts in on every continent w/the exception of Antartica. ALL of her album were #1. She does philanthropy in Afica. That is what people DREAM of. KUDOS to her. Her and Beyonce are killin' it.

It takes us all back to the first time we had a crush, and nobody could tell us this wouldn't last forever...love the song. There are other great songs on that cd too -- loved the entire cd!
