Word is that Jay and Bey are in love with Connecticut - for it's privacy and its proximity to the New York. MediaTakeOut.com has also learned that that Bey and Jay are looking carefully at two houses - one in lavish Greenwich Connecticut and one in Farmington, Connecticut - just down the street from 50 Cent.
Wonder what would happen to the property value in Farmington if they had two rappers in the same town????
oh my my my.....lets see now....when 50 moved out of the "HOOD "to connecticut there was so much said about it....so let hear it about jay and bey. i know there will be a lot of excuses for them...lol i don't blame 50, jay and bey or any other black person who makes it to move on. that is the point of making it big....to get out of the hood!!! i hear a lot of these rappers saying they will never leave the hood and i then i hear about alot of them being *** and killed because they refussed to leave. those same hood "friends' will start to show their true colors when you start making that money.
I live in Stamford, CT 5 minutes from Greenwich and yes the property sell will go up. If they see to many blacks coming in. In those areas they don't care if they are rappers with money. The only people who care are the white kids who are into "our" music.
About 2 or 3 years ago two black Knicks wives who live in Greenwich went to the beach (in Greenwich) and they were not allowed on the beach. That beach is reserved for the residents of Greenwich. Even after showing their i.d's to the attendant they were still not allowed on the beach!
In these area's they dont care how much money you have. You just betta keep your nose clean, pants up, your music down, no speeding through town and act like you got some class because they will lock you *** A$$ up!

At this point, I am convinced that MTO is so obsessed and infatuated with Jay-Z and Beyonce that they'd happily and eager lick fresh, hot sh!t from the cracks of both their *** if ever given the opportunity. CT isn't a joke. I love it. I was born and raised in New England. Besides 50 is never at that house anyway it was just on the market to be sold I just moved away from CT. We all know West Hartford/Farmington are neighboring towns and it is expensive just like Luxelife and 06902 said it costs to live in CT. We are the smallest state yet very rich.
Yup Greenwich could care less how much money you have these are generational wealthy people who will get together and keep you from being able to buy, build or even *** drive in thier neighborhood. To be honest there are is really only 3 bummy town in CT and that would be New Haven, Bridgeport, and Hartford and even these places are not bummy compared to other metro areas. Atlhough, Yale has New Haven on lock that area is nice.
Gotta love CT though.
