Diddy is dispensing plenty of career advice to his rumored girlfriend, singer Cassie. But does that include losing her ex-boyfriend Ryan Leslie? Leslie, Harvard-educated singer-producer for Beyoncé and Britney Spears, "discovered Cassie," says a source. "He also has her sing the hook on his own single, 'Addiction.'But now that Diddy has his eye on her, Diddy is telling her she doesn't need Ryan anymore."

I seriously doubt that there was ever any tyoe of personal relationship between them. The first time MTO said Cassie and Diddy was creepin', I didn't believe it. Now, for some reason, I do.
