Maybe we shouldn't be - given that we have 10 times the readership of any other African American blog. Or that, despite our focus on African American celebrities, we've been consistently ranked as the third most visited blog in the world (behind only Perez and TMZ).

I think it's a beautiful thing that people not only BET are finally recognizing that there is more out here in the world than just "white people" to admire, be inspired by or even talk about in fashion, entertainment, etc. etc. etc. It's surely about time we get credit where credit is due. I didn't know BET does *** like this. I think MTO should bow out. It doesn't deserve an award from BET. MTO says some of the racist ***. Since BET was sold, it just went down the drain. Sorry, you won't get a bigup from me MTO. If anything, BET need to put ya'll on blast. You steal other sites info and pics and act like you brought it out. And we have already read it six days prior.
If MTO wins, they will probably get booed by most of the people sitting in the crowd. They have lied on or dissed just about every celebrity that is going to be at the event.
