For all you guys who don't know what a "pumping party is - it's an event where women and transvestites gather in private homes or hotel rooms to get shots of silicone in their booty - to make it appear larger.

The Florida Department of Health announced the arrest of Anthony Donnell Solomon for the unlicensed practice of a healthcare profession, a third-degree felony punishable by up to five years in prison and/or a $5,000.00 fine.In early May, state investigators learned Solomon was providing cosmetic procedures for women in the Miami-Dade area, according to the press release. State and county investigators then set up a fake pumping party at a local hotel and arranged for Solomon to attend. He was arrested after he agreed to inject an undercover Miami-Dade detective.
