Todays youth have been brought up without consequences. Our society has put it out there that disciplining children is a bad thing. This would not even be an issue if the teenager's parents would have disciplined him as a child. He needs a round the way beatdown. He should never be allowed to be around children. 2- the kid videotaping isn't being charged. why not? he didn't stop it so he's an accomplice.

Jesus :( I created an account just to comment on this. As someone with a small child, my heart hurt while watching this. I couldn't even watch the whole thing. If I wasn't a believer, knowing that ANYONE....man, woman or child, could do things like this would really scare me. That young man has evil in his heart, and I don't mean that figuratively. Mothers and fathers: pray for your kids! You must because this world and the people in it are corrupt. If you don't have children, pray for all children of the world! I mean, they are your future. If I was that baby's mother theywould not have to wait for the judge to decide his fate because I would have f-cked him up. I have a 13-month-old and just the thought of someone trying to harm her sends me into a rage. She is very petite and weighs under 20 pounds. That little baby reminded me of my own little princess. Where were the parents of these boys? My stomach turned watching that. These kids today don't think. What if the baby had hit his/her head or broke his/her neck. That boy should be tried as an adult! The law had no problem trying Lionel Tate as an adult and his actions were an accident.
