It would be difficult to find a celebrity who has not had some type of cosmetic procedure. Their image is part of the reason why they are so popular coupled with their talent. There is a lot of pressure to look as close to perfection as possible. That is the way the game is played, and if they want longevity, sacrifices have to made. She looks better now anyway.
Wow she had a major nose job,but it definitely made her look prettier. This is no big deal because EVERY female entertainer/actress has had a nose job in addition to other surgery whether they're black, white, spanish whatever.There isn't one woman in Hollywood who hasn't had cosmetic surgery despite how much they try to deny it.
It grows, yes. But I don't think cartilege actually changes shape as you get older. Her nose is drastically different from how it was when she was younger and make up can't make it look that small, if that's the case I need to pile make up on certain areas of my body that I dont like. That girl got a nose job, ok?
I don't think that she did. That is a picture from when she was 12, and she's what, 25-06 now? If you're gonna compare a pic, make sure it's a more recent one. Plus, her nose has been the same since she first came out.

It seems that with all of the tanning that she does, she's not trying to look more European. So, her getting a nose job doesn't make much sense, since it doesn't seem like looking black is what she's trying to get away from.
But, while I don't think that she got a nose job, plastic surgery isn't always done because "natural beauties" are "ashamed" of their heritage.

I don't blame her either. Every other performer is augmenting their features 1 way or the other, especially nowadays. Some people may recall Halle Berry tweaking her nose sometime after the movie 'Risky Business' & it didn't hurt her any.

I read a couple of years ago that her nose was 'extended towards the tip' to reduce her ethnic appearance. If memory serves, the reasoning was that it was 'too flat' for the future ***.

Obviously, MTO skipped basic human growth and development in college. All of those who did attend class know Keys has had no nose job.
During puberty (ages 10 through 14 or so), beginning with the outer extremities, children grow rapidly. That growth begins with the arms and legs, which often seem too long and gangly for the slow-growing torso. Facial features such as the ears nose and lips also grow to their adult size at a much faster rate than the cranium, which catches up later in the teenage years.
To sum this all up, Alicia didn't have rhinoplasty. That's just a picture of a 12-year-old looking exactly like a 12-year-old should.

I wasn't going to say anything but it looks like she's had a mini face lift. Her forehead looks pulled back and her eyes.....it looks like the skin was slightly pulled up just above the temples to give her eyes a slant. Her nose does look like it was narrowed on both sides. Don't get me wrong I'm not hatin' she looks great or maybe it's that her hair is pulled back so tightly? Weva

hell yeah she had a nose job...there's not that much shading and makeup in the world that can take your nose from a 10 to a 2, no way. she had work done early in her career. And yall can stop that *** about her growing into her nose; your nose simply does not change shape that drastically.
She looks good with it, so to each their own.
@ efkat....I have the same nose now as I did when I was twelve. I will say it is a tad smaller and my face is a tad slimmer, but the overal sahpe is the same... Lets use common sense people, that is a nose job. Nobodies nose gets that *** narrow with out help.
