She is pretty--from far away or if you have had a few drinks in ya. She has really bad skin close up.

I never understood why people have to bring up the negative in every positive. I'm sorry, but it just bothers me when people do that.

NOT tryna hate, but she has admitted to using Botox on a regular basis to keep herself looking fresh (Essence May 2006)...but all that aside, she obviously took care of herself over the year, b/c Botox can only do so much...

Agree with JAYDBEE. ^^^I've saw Angela Basset about 11 years ago and she looked her age if not older bc she had huge bags under her eyes. She may have fixed it w/surgery because I didn't see that on Meet the Browns. But she has beautiful features as well as Vanessa who uses Proactive.

She looks matronly and heavily made up. Her skin sags alot for a Black Woman her age. You can't see it on this photo. And why the white concealer around the eyes. That looks so crazy to me. She was definately beautiful in her hey day, but her white genes are showing. Most of us have them but hers are prominent. It looks like she got their aging gene.
