Stretch marks are a fact of life for many people and not all women keep them after childbirth as someone on here wrote. The issue is if you are a public figure who gets photographed all the time, you should hide that because most of us don't want to see it. Period. I'll bet you this will hurt her clothing sales and stop some appearances and thus her income. I know it will change the way I think of her forever. Stick with the glam squad from now on D.

However, she was on flavor of love and no one mentioned her stomach looked like this..so, I don't know if this is photoshopped or, if this is the real thing. She did lose a good amount of weight since she first came on the scene, so I'm not surprised. And she did have a kid. Thankfully my stomach never got stretch marks but I did get some on my thighs. It happens.

Amen @ mzarrogance. I peeped her stretchies on FOL and my tummy looks like hers...flat with stretchmarks. Just because it is flat doesn't mean anyone other than those close to me will be seeing it anytime soon. I have friends who had tummy tucks that didn't totally eliminate their stretchmarks, but they wear bikinis that cover them up...as she should have done.
I dont know I dont think its tasteful to show things like that. I mean there is nothing wrong with having flaws, we all have them, but like my mother always told me, you can accentuate your good points without having to show your flaws. I just saw Dee a few days ago, she was sitting next to me at FED EX / Kinko's, I didnt realize it was her next to me, but what i did notice was, she seem to be a great mother to her lil daughter whom was also present, Dee was very low key, soft spoken and polite. About the streach marks, I have them also, my husband loves my body and he wish i had the confidence to wear a two piece. But on the real, i would choose streach marks ova AIDS and CANCER any day.

Just from reading some of these comments you can clearly see the difference between maturity and immaturity....the difference between confidence and insecurity.
If she cared about what people would say obviously she would not have worn the outfit. But unlike a lot of sistah's in the US who try to live up to the European standard of what the ultimate female should look like we should stand behind each other as products of what our ancestors have survived and have produced generations later successful strong black women. Before we were wrongfully abducted from our homelands no one had a problem with how we looked other than those who felt inferior to our chocolate skin and wide hips, lips soft, and revered intelligence. The slave masters came back time and again for those stretch marks because it was not what they saw on the outside they wanted to destroy they wanted what was within us. After they realized they could not destroy what was within they talked about what was on the outside the same dark skin, big hips and wett lips. They did this because we were the miniority and no others in the states like us. So they came up with an image over the course of time of what they feel the ultimate woman should look like and we bought the lie hook line and sinker. What happened to being proud of who you are and understanding that pregnancy and the gift of life is a blessing and not a race to see who can get back to being skinny within two weeks. With Heidi Klum I can understand because that is her job but it is not all of our jobs. I love all my sistah's light, dark, ***, tall, bald, weave, stretch marks,acne,bow-legged, knock kneed, pin toed, cross eyed, blind, deaf, fat, skinny and if I missed any I add you in because I love you all just as you are!

Some women don't know any other way and probably lacking self esteem, mentors, etc. It must b hard to choose between the money and the class. But at the end of the day, her bills are paid. You share the notion of most black men...eventhough I understand where this is coming from...and you are correct in most of your posts...to generalize BW as *** and single mothers in comparing them to outside races is factually incorrect...but, If that is a issue that you have with BW solely...then I can understand your opinions...but if you want to go dollar for dollar about single parenting and *** amongst other races...all have sinned...BW have issues, serious issues...but other races issues aren't under a spotlight like our community...and for a reason.
I am glad you are stepping up to call for a higher awareness of class amongst our women...as most men should do...but to compare...we don't have the luxury to hide our problems as other races do...If your issues are with BW keep it there and offer some solutions with love....I'm sure the BW who took the time to groom that great mind of yours would appreciate that.

Okay...this comment is dedicated to all those who say that THIS picture was photoshopped instead of all the rest of the ones that they have seen of her. 1st off, I do photoshop AND I have had a child. From personal experience, what you are seeing now is THE REAL DEAL, thats how they look if you get stretch marks from having a child (more or less). Its mandatory that celebrities look the part of perfection cause thats what we expect of them so the majority of pictures you see of celebrities ARE photoshopped. Thats just part of the package of being a celeb. Even though deelishis is not really a celeb, her 5 min of fame entitles her to some professional touched up pics.
