Everybody that signed [to Poe Boy] had gotten their advance money, but when it came time for me to get my advance, I had to f-ck for my advance. It was ten stacks ($10,000) and I had to f-ck for it. So naturally it wasn't something that I'm proud of doing. And I don't advise any female to get into no business - be it music or whatever - and get exploited like that ...DANG Ma ...[E Class] told me I had to have sex with him to get the ten stacks. That's how me and him got into a relationship. But that was the situation I had to face, and I made the wrong turn.

@ Fendi, yeah, the cost of living in Michigan is one of the cheapest states east, it was on *** News a little while ago. They talked about a trend of west coast population that are retiring to the east coast to make their pensions stretch farther.
Here in michigan, which is also the foreclosure capital, you can get a hell of a house for not a whole bunch of money, of course the suburbs are more expensive, but Detroit in a really nice city and has great neighborhoods
Food, gas, and cost of living on here is a lot cheaper compared to other parts of the US.

And as far as the taxes goes, here in michigan when a house is sold/purchased the taxes are re-assessed and increase dramatically. That's why when you are buying, make sure your paying attention to the previous owners taxes, as well as looking up the taxes of the other residents (and how long they have resided there) and use that as a basis. MY house is a 3 room cape cod, original hardwood floors and trim, finished basement, only have 1 1/2 baths though, huge living room, formal dining room, large kitchen, large garage w/workshop (detached) and a great yard- (Aint gonna lie,in the hood- but a really nice clean area- one block from an suburb). It was a foreclosure, under $100,000.
