Didn't Jill Scott just get divorced?!!? How does she already have a fiance?!? She's an overweight woman that constantly needs a man in her life, instead of dealing with she issues that she evidently needs to deal with. Are u a psychologist? Has this woman sat on your leather shrink sofa and spilled her guts to you about her insecurities and ***? I'm thinking ummmm NOPE. You can't seriously believe that because Jill or Monique are plus sized they absolutely MUST have self esteem issues and absolutely have the need to have a man. I know PLENTY of slim and pretty women who have the lowest self-esteem ever!
Has it ever occured to u that Jill or Monique may actually have wonderful self-esteem? There is after all a possiblity that not every overweight woman feels validated by having a man in her life. No offense but I think that is an overgeneralization and completely unfair.
That being said. I'm pretty sure getting a mates name tattoed is a no-no. I realize that people do that everyday but I would never do it. Maybe some personalized panties or something. LOL.
Jill was recently divorced but I don't know her or her fiance' personally so peace and love to them.
I love Jill Scott, I saw an interview on youtube.com about this new guy. ([link to external website removed] She says he put up with her bs behind the ex-husband's f*ck ups.I think perhaps, maybe Jill and John were cool even whle Jill was WITH her ex-husband, and by chance, when the ex-husband decided to dump Jill, John helped; he was there all along. I do not want to judge, because who one loves and how is their own thing. I just hope that John is worthy to be called 'Crown Royal.' Anyway, time to listen to it...
@ QAMIL, good points, but I have all of Jill's CDs and I never heard her screamin about self esteem. She justs comes off as a woman who is secure with her womanhood. So I don't know what sweetesthing's comments were based on (maybe some *** Monique said). I like Monique bc she is so funny but she goes a lil overboard hatin on skinny women. Those look like the tats that a certain person draws/writes and it gets personally tatt'd on u. Like jill scott's fiance wrote john and they transferred it and made it into a personalized tat and inked it onto her. I think it's nice. She got that baby hair lmao. She's very pretty.
