: Word on the street is that Jay Z's pockets are about to get $120 million lighter. MediaTakeOut.com has been hearing for weeks that that LiveNation deal that you've been hearing about is not all that it seems. According to insiders, LiveNation isn't "required" to pay Jay anything and they have an "out clause" in the agreement - that they're now considering using.
But don't worry - we're also hearing that Jay has his own "out clause." According to one of MediaTakeOut.com's snitches, Jay Z has been having serious negotiations with Kevin Lyles about taking his label over to Warner Records.
Oh well ... easy come, easy go ... It ain't like he REALLY needed that hun'ned milli anyway...

Please he need that doe. He is another washed up rapper. He clearly proved that he can not run a label with the fiasco at DEF JAM. He needs to pay his workers from 40/40. No one is going to invest in a failure. Live Nation does most of their stuff overseas. He is not a sell out artist in that venue.

mdl- bro dont hate on the South. what a lot of people dont reaize is that a lot of these southern cats BEEN making paper way before they became mainstream. If you dont like the music dont listen to it. you east coast cats mistake the type of music they making as the artists themselves being uneducated. This is wrong on so many levels. I know that a lot of these Texas cats have college educations and beyond. Don't get mad because nobody wants to listen to that east coast s**t anymore. Don't hate on the south now! Underground has been a ritual in these parts for a long time...when mainstream didn't want to hear it the south did what they had to do to eat!!! So if the EastCoast Rappers oh excuse me "Hip-Hoppers" can not figure out how to get their music played outside of the burroughs then shame on ya'll (yes ya'll) LOL!

Look at this. Folks just want to see a black man fall and fall hard. What did Jay Z do to everyone. The boy provided music that changed the face of hip hop and now you want to put down that face that represents the American Dream and hard work of every black man in America.
