: MediaTakeout.com has just caught wind that Bill Cosby's Daughter Evin likes to talk reckless about Black people just like her papa. Here's what the chick told the NY Daily News:

“My own people used to say to me, ‘You speak like a white woman,’” said the youngest daughter of Bill and Camille Cosby at her chic new boutique, PB & Caviar, in Tribeca.

“What does that even mean, anyway? Everyone has their way of speaking and living their life. No one should be judging and assuming that because I’m black, I have to speak in that hip-hop way. That’s something I prefer not to do.”

“I always went to private schools - Bank Street elementary, Columbia Prep - so I was surrounded by people like me. Not so much African-American, but privileged. I don’t really have a connection to other people who didn’t have my lifestyle. But my dad is very into helping people from his own community in Philadelphia.”

Well excused the heck out of us REGULAR people. Ole girl got all that EDUCATION and what do you think she's doing. A big time doctor or lawyer - NOPE. The chick is selling tacky dresses out of a bootleg shop.

And girl loves throwing that "Cosby" name around don't she. Wonder how often she was dropping it when her papa was up on those rape charges ... OKAY!!!

Hmmm...okay.

Skysthalimit

WELL AIN'T SHE SPECIAL?

goldenchild

Okay then! But you are still black regardless.

Japanesefood

She's not relevant... especially, when she's making a comment like that. News Flash...her father was not born with a silver spoon in his mouth so she needs to get real.

monishan

well she is nothing special alot of people go through that..as educated she should be having gone to all those privileged schools she has no doctorate or something worth mentioning and had it not been for her last name she would not have been there in the first place so next..humble yourself.

DC_REALEST

well she need to get off her PRIVILEGED azz and do some volenteer work or something.

oh no, better yet...she should go adopt a white afician child. LOL

ibsexy

For her to be so DAYUM EDUCATED, She sounds a bit ignorant to me....

Some of her comments where better left unsaid....

FelonysHobby

U a ***ígger till u die.. If u a poor ***ígger u a poor ***ígger If u a rich ***ígger u a rich ***ígger But u never stop being a ***ígger And if u get to be educated, u just an educated ***ígger!!

-------------------------------------------------- I'm blessed, I'm big boneded, I'm heavily structured.--B.Mac

missdst8

She's wack because priviliged or not she needs to get out in the community and see what's going on! If her dad wants to write books about the black community and how bad things are one of the main reasons is because priviliged people don't come back to their own community and help out! Instead they talk about how they are not the same! Sorry sweetie Bill Cosby's daughter or not white people will always look at you as just another chubby black girl! What you should have taken from all your white girlfriends is how to be skinny!

moediggs

I think her comments may be taken a bit out of context. I don't think she meant to be offensive.

Exceptional

But it's true, she is just speaking about her experiences.I do not believe she meant anything negative by her comment, she was not saying that she was better than anybody as some of us might think. Come on people get understanding, I myself have encountered people who have said the same things "Oh she think she white or you talk white", No I choose to speak properly not ebonics. They feel you are wrong because misery loves company they do not have ans what you do have they want to take away because of jealousy and a lack of privileges.

DLDallas

I don't think she meant in a bad or negative way but, i do think she could have kept the speeches her father makes in mind tell other "BLACK" folk how to raise there kids or even live.

sharonmom1

She is just saying what she was raise up to say.

Goey00

Well good for her...

fik

she didnt mean it in a bad way. she just meant that she wasnt exposed to the hip hop side of the black people. so she doesnt used the word yeahimean and ma, yo. she dont anything other than speaking proper.

DISNIGHERE

RIGHT. DOES SHE CONSIDER HERSELF PRIVILEGED B/C SHE HAD MORE JELLO PUDDING POPS THAN ALL THE OTHER KIDS HER AGE?

PEOPLE RELATE TO WHO THEY WANT TO DEAL WITH. IT'S NOT LIKE SHE IS THE ONE WHO WORKED HARD AND GAINED SUCCESS B/C OF HER HARD WORK. SHE'S RIDING OFF HER DAD'S SUCCESS LIKE MANY OTHER CELEBRITY KIDS.

Broadcaster2B

Hmmm...

welllookahere

she looks pretty regular to me...

breisha

ugly *** needs to sit dowm , big *** nose, she is just like her daddy

darsco

I know what she means about the speaking white Thing, BUT OVERALL i agree with FelonysHobby, she jus a fancy talkin *** lol. In the USA you are either blk or wht NO IN BETWEEN!

SanOn2

Excuse me....Was she bragging when her pops cheated on her Mom??? Humm food for thought. That just shows they are just as human and no better than us. I am happy she has had a good life but don't look down on others or disassociate yourself from your people

mzzlisha75

Bill Cosby and his family are not humble at all. They sound like they are so full of themselves, the bible says pride comes before a fall. They are so quick to look down people with less money or less education but really how is that attitude helping anyone? They have a serious negative streak in them. They too will fall one day. . .it's a comin' And by the way Evin needs to back up from them buckets of chicken, all that money how bout you pay for a personal trainer and get your body in shape. She cruisin towards a heart attack, fat arse wench!

LADIVA9

There is nothing offensive by her comment. But seems like she would have all kinds of degrees being Bill's daughter and a bit upgraded.

liddymo

She's right, most regular Black people had to work for ours. She inherited hers. I blame Bill and Camille for not making their children (she said HER DAD helps the people back in PA) more involved.

mzzlisha75

i speak proper english too , but I dont look down on blacks who don't (like Bill Cosby and his daughter do) because some people did not have anyone around in their lives to teach them any better. My parents would crack our knuckles if we talked any slang in the house it was not allowed! Other people did not have that kind of upbringing. Talking down towards them is not going to help them however if you gently make some suggestions about the benefits of speaking proper english you might get somebody to listen to you. All them dresses from what I can see look raggedy as hell.

Brew62

Just because you don't speak ebonics does not mean your not ghetto. You have to see the way some of these "Upscale white people" act in my neighborhood. She looks like she gets driven to the rib spot in a limo and tosses the bones out the window when she's done.

carmel666

I WAS WITH HER UNTIL SHE SAID THIS *** I don’t really have a connection to other people who didn’t have my lifestyle.

SO THIS *** THINKS SHE IS ON THE LEVEL WITH PARIS HILTON, DOES SHE-YEAH UNTIL THEY CALL HER A *** AND A FAT ONE AT THAT.

I THINK IT'S IGNORANT, TO CLAIM SOMEONE IS SPEAKING 'WHITE' BECAUSE THEY SPEAK PROPERLY, BUT THIS *** THINKS SHE'S DIFFERENT FROM OTHER BLACK PEOPLE AND SHE NEEDS TO CHECK HERSELF.

I THINK BILL AND CAMILLE MESSED UP SOMEWHERE IWTH THESE KIDS. I KNOW HIS OLDEST DAUGHTER WAS ON HEROIN AND WHAT THE *** WAS ENNIS DOING *** AROUND WITH THAT STANK WHITE HO WHO GOT HIM KILLED. NOW THIS DUMB *** IS OPENING HER MOUTH. WELL I GUESS THEY TRIED.

KillaKookie

MTO roasted that saddidy heffa!!! Enough said!

ReggieBushGurl87

Whateva wit a fat ***, I don't like her daddy anyway nor his *** comments

LOL @ 121269

sweetchoc_let

everybody knows the difference between talking black and white. it doesn't mean you aren't proper or you can't speak clearly. but there is a difference. and she just sound stupid. maybe she wasn't thinking while she was talking.

Ari17

i seen this yesterday, and im gonna say it again. cry me a *** river, i live in the "ghetto" and dealt with the same ***, and am still dealing wit it. you need a slice of humble pie...well maybe not pie

KROW

OH PLEASE SHE LOOKS PERFECT FOR THE PORKCHOP DANCE I SAW A COUPLE POSTS OVER. GIRL STOP. IF YOU ARE SO PRIVILEDGED AND EDUCATED WHY IN HELL DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND THOSE COMMENTS YOU HEAR AND TAKE THEM WITH A GRAIN OF SALT INSTEAD OF BEING SUCH AN IGNORAMOUS? FATTY.

MsJackiO

SHES UGLY

grownnsexybruh

I agree with her somewhat. We as black people look down on other blacks who speak proper English. We say they ain't black enough. This type of foolishness starts in school where we have our kids "dumbing it down" because other kids say they nerds and *** like that. I know for a fact that many of our black kids are smart but they dumb it down for the sake of being cool. WTF have we done.

Ok I'm off my soapbox.

Kmack74

B*tch please. And by the way the chick just made a stereotype that all black people talk, how did she say it "that hip hop way". This trick needs to go somewhere. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree does it?

WomanOfACertainAge

What is she kidding me? She's a snobby azz heifer who needs to know that she's NO BETTER than any of us. At least my daddy didn't go out making illegitimate ***.

BajanRN1

so whats wrong with wat she said shes right .... some black people are not exposed to the "average" people only "rich *** famous" *** they dont speak like the "hip hop way" i dont .. i speak standerd english so every 1 will understrand me i cant speak for america but if u dont speak bajan dialet here ur considerd speaking "white" and she wasent pulling down any 1

BajanRN1

my gosh all shes sayin is that she lived a diffrent life to the "average" black person thats all she aint pulling no 1 down

Dre7Guevara

WOW!!!!

so what she's saying is that her going 2 private schools & college off the strength of her last name, not 2 mention not talking like "Regular Black Folk" puts the rest of us "underprivileged Black Folk" beneath her?

she's a sellout just likeher dad

THE_INDIVIDUALS

She is a Clown just like her jello(pork) selling daddy! Her father is the original uncle tom! He has been smiling and bucking his eyes for white people forever! Tell that *** to have a coke and a smile!

Fuhgeddabowdit

Wow, that's funny. I recall seeing her drinking out of a 40-ounce bottle at the Soul Kitchen in NYC when she was a lot younger. And that was a straight hip-hop crowd. Interesting, how we rememeber things...

Ajalyn

This girl needs to stop....she may be privileged but it doesn't change the fact that she could be a wide receiver for the New York Jets any day of the week...*** arms could stop a grizzly bear....

koko_kisses401

WTF????? The Cosby's lost themselves a long time ago. SMDH.

carrington

People always looking for something negative to say. It's clear that she was responding to a QUESTION from the first part of her answer. She started off talking about how African Americans related to her based upon the way that she speaks - and whether you people want to believe it or not, my nephew is 12 and he gets thats in 2008!!

What she said about not being able to relate to the day to day struggles of African America IS true!! Bill Cosby was worth $300 MILLION dollars in the 80's. So, doesn't it just make SENSE that she wouldn't be hanging out in the hood, or at the skating rink or walking through the projects with her "urban" friends?

THAT kind of money DOES come with a society where you are socialized amongst the white "priviledged" sect. Maids, butlers, nannies, private boarding schools - that world IS something that most black people can't relate to, so why is she wrong for saying that???

When I was in school, having parents with a "little" money (compared to Bill Cosby, it was DEFINITELY little) but when compared to most of the black people I knew, we were rich - and black folk gave me hell too, so I was forced to socialize with people who lived in my neighborhood, went to my school and those people just happened to be WHITE - I was *** near grown when I started hanging out with black people.

When will we learn to stop HATING on *** we can't understand instead of trying to get there too?

You know why so many black people hate Bill Cosby, but love Keyshia Coles' mama? Because most of us know somebody like Frankie. We don't like Bill because we can't understand his lifestyle.

bean117

Ok I get what she's saying but what turned me off was when she said ...I don’t really have a connection to other people who didn’t have my lifestyle. But my dad is very into helping people from his own community in Philadelphia.” That statement made it seem like she had an air about her....Like I'm black ..but I'm a different kind of black ...

nattiwks

WOW!!! I can not believe her comments.......She prefers not to speak in THAT Hip Hop way! Is she Fkkin serious?!?!?!

And she was surrounded by people LIKE HER....not so much African American BUT PRiviledge?!?! BYTCH...have you looked in the mirror......everythying about you is AFRICAN AMERICAN....that NOSE alone is all US babygirl!!!

SISTA.. you are priviledged because of the "African American community"!!

Excuse the language but I feel she was very disrespectful with her words to all African Americans. She's acting like if you're African American you can't be privileged. I hate to break it to you baby girl but YOU are an African Amercian WOMAN..at that.......priviledged...albeit...but you're priviledge because of all the African American's that supported your father and his ventures. Seems to me that she would have learned a lot more sense from all those prestigious, Private schools she left fall off her tongue....just to throw names out.

I'm disgusted!!!!

grownnsexybruh

Come on black people...let's get out of this box we confine ourselves to.

grownnsexybruh

Yall need to read the story carefully and quit taking a sentence out of the story and running with it. Saying hip-hop way may not have been a good choice of words but I see where she coming from. Other blacks criticize her because of the way she speak is stupid on our part. Nothing wrong with speaking in the street vernicular but speaking that way will not get you paid. Even hip hop moguls like Russell simmons, Diddy, Jay-Z all know how to turn it on and off.

nicaw

Well said "carrington."

I have said this before and hopefully people will start to understand, there is not one definition of black culture. And many peeople try to call you out as not black if you don't talk hip-hop or slang. Those people define being that as being black and talkign black. It's not.

Again, put it in context and try to understand that our realities are not always the same. So is what we are exposed to.

Nesha_Boo

She has a point, but it should be the other way around. It's not that regular black folk can't relate to her, it's that she can't relate to "regualar" black folk.

Her parents' decision to send her to private schools was a CHOICE. There are tons of "privileged" black folk who still choose to send their children to public schools and ensure that both they & their priviliged children get exposed to regular black folk on a regular basis.

queenof256

im not black and im offended! *** what a ***!!

knowtheledge

She didn't mean any harm. . . but not meaning any harm doesn't change the level of Ignorance.

Boosie

*** THE HELL UP FAT GIRL!

SIKE NAHH...WHATVER FLOATS HER BOAT...I DON'T CARE HOW SHE FEELS...SHE DON'T KNOW STRUGGLE...SO F**K HER! IF SOME OF OUR PARENTS HAD MONEY LIKE HER'S DID...MAYBE WE WOULD HAVE BEEN RAISED AS SHE WOULD SAY PRIVILEDGED!

Myna

HEY, HEY, HEY, IT'S FAT EVIN!

elledee

Lmao at missdst8. I think she's trying to put her name out there that's all. Anyone that makes comments that sound a bit racial or uneducated get a lot of attention. That is why she is her on MTO now!!

TiffanyXposed

i'M TOO THROUGH TO EVEN COMMENT SO I'LL JUST DITTO WHAT>>THEINDIVIDUALS<<SAID

Baskin_Robbins

If she dont sit her BIG PUGG NOSE azz down somewhere...oh I guess she "white" cuz she privileged...ole fake bougie ***! Prep school ***!!!

Baskin_Robbins

LMAO@ DallasBlackBarbie

fat *** make her way to stop by Popeye's or KFC in the hood before she return to her priviledged neighborhood. Ole Oreo ***!!! Its not what she said its how she said it...

the *** sounds stuck up...quote: I don’t really have a connection to other people who didn’t have my lifestyle. But my dad is very into helping people from his own community in Philadelphia.”

She dont have a connection with people who dont have her lifestyle but her dad help people in his own community...why it got to be her dads community. *** give back to the poor..it dont matter if you grew up with them...you should want to help your own race regardless if you can relate.

I agree with Bill about alot of issues he stated about Black people but is evident he didnt instill enough values in his daughter because she basically is saying she dont want to have nothing to do with the poor or regular working class blacks!!

BklynRogue

Yo I was reading this this morning in the Daily News and I choked on my *** orange juice.

This broad is a prime example on why I cannot fathom being around bougie *** black people. This big *** may have all of this wealth and reaps the benefits of her father's success, but the audacity of her thinking that she has too much priviledge to connect with people who share her same skin tone! Speaking hip-hop?! Is she sick?!

The children of our black celebrities really need a firm grip on reality, because a lot of them chill with all of these rich snowbunnies thinking they're best of friends, but the second they turn their backs they are being called '***' and ***.

So Evin Cosby, excuse my French, but FCK YOU and your Jello eating Uncle Tom daddy!

FatNFlirtashis

There is a helping of 'ignorance' in her statements. Her father isn't someone I'd be honored to be related to (disregarding his money, of course). To say 'regular' is a low blow. As for private schooled, privileged, and your parents...why sren't you doing anything with your life, forreal. I know alot of 'hip-hop speaking, ghetto, regular black people with they're own businesses, degrees, and probably more money than you. I mean your 'own' money, not your inheritance. What those dresses hittin' for? Humble yourself down a little bit, babygyrl!!...FelonysHobby...you when the "Comment of The Day" award!!

PHA

"Yall need to read the story carefully and quit taking a sentence out of the story and running with it" IT IS NOT A SENTENCE OUT OF THE STORY ..IT IS THE ENTIRE STORY..

"Saying hip-hop way may not have been a good choice of words but I see where she coming from" YA THINK!!!!

Other blacks criticize her because of the way she speak is stupid on our part. Nothing wrong with speaking in the street vernicular but speaking that way will not get you paid. Even hip hop moguls like Russell simmons, Diddy, Jay-Z all know how to turn it on and off. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH TURNING IT OFF AND ON BUT HAVE YOU EVER READ A STORY WHERE ANY OF THESE THAT YOU LISTED : RUSSELL SIMMONS, DIDDY, OR JAY Z, SEEMED TO HAVE FORGOTTEN THAT THEY WERE BLACK? NO AND YOU WONT...THIS GIRL HAS APPARENTLY BEEN LIVING A LIE AND THE COMMENTS BY OTHER AFRICAN AMERICANS ARE NOT TAKEN OUT OF CONTEXT IN REPLY TO WHAT SHE HAS STATED. YOU WOULD THINK THAT SOMEONE WHO THINKS THAT SHE IS "PRIVLEDGED" WOULD AT LEAST HAVE SOME ADVANCED DEGREE AND HAVE A PROFESSION SUCH AS AN ATTORNEY, DOCTOR, CEO ..

FatNFlirtashis

*aren't*....I spelled the word wrong!! *** those public schools!! LOL

WillYouMaryMe

Although I'm not privileged, I know she speaks the truth and from experience. Black can be ignorant like that.

Selector

FelonysHobby, speak on it...except the last 1 No such thing as an "educated ***" ***, describes an ignorant, uneducated, foolish individual

SMDH - “My own people used to say to me, ‘You speak like a white woman”

VicSage

'Just another nobody talkin ***.." Real Talk.Brooklyn Lives-FREE SHYNE PO!!!

jaybaby

Well then, I'm sure your priveledged *** can afford the weekly meals from Jenny Craig, ***...

deontaer

U people are ridiculous. She is speaking HER truth. How can you be mad at her because she IS privallaged and that is the life and people that she knows. THIS is the problem with our people. You glorify the ignorant side of our society for their glorification of drugs, murder, ***, crime..and call that being real. But when a black person from the other side of the tracks glorify her life and her experiance, she's a stuck up ***? Why? If the community she grew up in is the Hamptons, and she's doing what she can to support that community, then technically, she IS giving back to her community. Crabs in a barrel man! It's a shame. If we could stop being so jealous of each other for they have achieved, and go achieve something on our own, then you can sit and talk ***. But how many on this site will even stop to give a *** a dollar if he asked for it?

dutchyy_babyy

all of ya'll unpriveledged people need to stop hatin. i knoww exactly how she feels. people always tell me i sound white, and i ask, what does white sound like ? do you mean i sound educated because i pronounce my words correctly.

Myna

@Deontaer

Are you asking for a dollar?

acadiarose

I can understand where she's coming from with the first bit of what she said. I went through being called an oreo and all that *** growing up. But the part about her being privileged and not having a connection with people who aren't...That was very unecessary to make the point she was trying to make. And being privileged has nothing to do with anything. I grew up poor and still got called white and made fun of for speaking properly. Even with all her education, she still sounds incredibly ignorant.

deontaer

@Myna

A pure example of ignorance. The truth hurts, doesn't it? That's why black people have an issue with what Bill Cosby said. Instead of realizing the validity in his comments, you automatically take offense and start blasting your 50Cent CD's like life is utopic in the black community.

fcukrehab

This b*tch is the daughter of a cheating hypocrite. Is she serious?? By the looks of that picture, she looks less then privileged. Lose some weight, get a decent wig/weave and *** your pie hole.

Myna

@deontaer

It's not my truth. I'm white. Just wanted to know if you needed a dollar.

THE_WAY

First off, I'm not offended or surprised. One of the oldest divide and conquer strategies is class warfare. Her mindset has been altered by her surroundings growing up, just like many blacks have mentally lost conciousness of self, due to past mixing with "non-Blacks". What's the difference between her mentality and some OBVIOUSLY Black person telling you their not Black or can't identify with the Black experience because they speak Spanish. NONE!

Now those NEGROES who always reply back to people like Evin Cosby, by saying,"well you're still a ***!gger in white peoples eyes". SMDH! I personally don't give a *** about what a white person's view of Black people is.If you NEGROES knew more about yourselves, you wouldn't or least *** give a *** either.

THE WORD NGR MEANT GOD/ KING ON EARTH TO NUBIANS. *** was the Latin form of this word, which the Romans used;by adding vowels.Uneducated [EXPLETIVE], who didn't know how to read, mispronounced the word *** and pronounced it as ***!gger. This kind of history won't be taught in Evin Cosby's elite [EXPLETIVE] infested prep schools nor our [EXPLETIVE] controlled public schools.Wonder why? We must learn our own history and redefine ourselves according to OUR STORY and not HIS STROY(history). Maybe then we won't be so concerned about what they call us and realize that THEY SHOULD BE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT WE CALL THEM.

Btw yes! So some Negroes do have an inferiority complex when dealing with Blacks that speak proper English. Get over it!

msfoxxy

Like father, like daughter. Who in da hell does she think she is? Honey, reality check. Your a$$ is black at the end of your "privileged" day. "hip hop way" Is that supposed to mean black talk? Are you insinuating that all blacks speak in a "hip hop way"?

"Not so much African-American, but privileged." No she did not. So blacks are not privileged? Only whites huh. SMH For all that education you boasted about, you are still an ignorant negro.

Girl you know when you climbing that ladder, the same people you pass going up will be the same people you pass on your way back down.

getreal01

I get what she's is saying too. I think it was not meant to be offensive though. When you come from well too do or RICH parents yeah life is different. Daddy Bill donates 2 million or more annually to a college of his choice. When daddy has that kind of loot to GIVE away *** regardless of the level of education you have you do NOT have to work a real job. You simply set up some petty etty busy to say you are doing something for yourself. Rich people do not really have REAL jobs well unless you are Bill gates or one of his offsprings. They really work

reddyred

You black people are always allowing negativity in every aspects of your lives by letting folks talk in a way that shows and allows seperatism amongst our kind (M.T.O). Be proud and happy for this young lady that comes from a dual parent household and despite their personal hardships remained together and raised fine children that aspire to own their own business even if it's selling ugly dresses.I think a lot of you are mad because you were,nt priveledged. Don't be mad at her or her parents. Maybe you should copp your own or get mad at your parents. HI HATERS! And @dutchyy babyy it's hard to beleive that people tell you that you sound white, because your grammar is straight hood, and by the way it's called underpriveledged, not unpriveledged.

rebelspeaks

FIRST OF ALL YOU LOOK LIKE A MONIQUE REJECT CAUSE MONIQUE IS DA BOMB.. SECOND OF ALL YOU NEED TO TAKE A COUPLE OF LAPS ON THE TREADMILL ITS REALLY CALLING YOU.. AND THIRD OF ALL LET ME BREAK THIS DOWN TO YOU THESE WHITE PEOPLE THAT YOU WENT TO SCHOOL WITH THAT ARE SO MUCH LIKE YOU THEY LOOK AT YOU LIKE YOU JUST A PLAIN OLD *** THEY JUST DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH *** ENOUGH TO TELL YOU CAUSE YOUR CORNY FATHER IS WHO HE IS.... SO THE NEXT TIME YOU THINK YOUR SOOOOOO PRIVILEGED REMEMBER THOSE WORDS....

AND THE ONE PERSON WHO SUMED UP WHAT WHITE PEOPLE REALLY THINK OF US WHY DONT YOU LOOK AT WHAT DAVID RICHARDS FROM SEINFIELD SAID ABOUT US AT THE LAUGH HOUSE A YEAR AGO...................

ITS ON YOUTUBE OR ARE YOU TOO PRIVILEGED TO LOOK AT THAT TOO..................

vet0202

I feel her. she ain't say she wasn't black. she didn't even say she doesn't talk black. She said she doesn't speak hip-hop. We all know every black person can't speak ebonics ( or whateva slang she is reffering too) She said she didn't grow up around black people. What is wrong whith her sayin that. She hasn't, right? She is telling the truth. She will never really know what it feels like to b an average black person... That doesn't make her stupid or mean that she forgot where she came from. Cause she came from money.

reddyred

I meant priviledged

misssexytexas

Cant blame her.....Bill Cosby is her dad and you know how he feels about us "Urban Folk" just the way she was raised.......and dang she look just like her daddy!!!!

Karen71

There are A LOT of black people who grew up wealthy and privileged and STILL have a sense of social responsibility as well as the ability to relate to and get along with others.

DIANA ROSS has 5 of the most down to earth children around. I simply could not imagine hearing any of her children saying such mess. In addition to their private school educations as children, they also attended Ivy League UNIVERSITIES but Chudney still taught school and volunteers her time teaching kids to ski.

Tracee travels to speak on behalf of Barack's campaign.

They all have friends from every background.

Hey, was this the daughter Bill wanted to have declared legally stupid? Is this the one who struggled with drug use? That might explain things.

grownnsexybruh

As I said earlier, black folks have to get out of this box we confine ourselves to.

The first sentence states her own people say she talk like a white woman. That is us being ignorant because we do that type of thing. And the sad part is we teach our kids that too.

GET OUT OF YOUR BOX AND GET CULTURALIZED! if that is even a word

BlaqPrincess

I'm not mad at her.

People used to tell me that all the *** time. They tell me that i talk like a white person. Just recently i was at work talking on my BlackBerry and one of the black dudes said i looked like a "Sophisticated white girl". My brother gets clowned on at school because he wears his pants at his waist with a belt. But mind you, Those same people that told me that are now statistics (multiple kids from multiple partners, in jail, no job, living of the system). And notice at how i didn't specify race in that statement.

Nobody is trying to be like somebody else. Regardless of what color you are or where you live, you could live in the *** hood for all you know, It's about your upbringing and how your parents raised you. My mother taught me and my younger brother to read as soon as we was able to talk. Me and my brother attended private schools, But we both made the choice around the same age to start attending public school (the public school i went to had better programs than the private school for some reason). I don't think Evin cosby intended for that comment to be blown out of proportion like that. She's saying people in general expect her to talk like an idiot just because she's black. But that's not her style. I can relate to that. I live in florida now, and 90% of the time when someone approaches me and starts talking that southern slang, I look at them like their speaking another language.

Be who you want to be. Just remember that Etiqutte takes you VERY far in this world. If two black men walked into the same place to get a job, One had on baggy jeans and a throwback but had a college degree, and the other one came in with a suit and tie, but only had a GED, Who you think is gonna get that job???

TROOPER

FOR ONE WE ALL SPEAK DIFFERENT. AND AMERICA ITSELF DON'T SPEAK OR PRONOUNCE WORDS LIKE THEY SHOULD BE. THEY TRANSFORMED WORDS TO THEIR LIKEN FOR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE AND FOR RACIST REASONS. AND I HATE WHEN PPL SAY THEY CHOOSE TO SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH. OH, REALLY, SO WILL U SAY PPL IN ATL OR SOUTH DON'T SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH BECUZ THEY HAVE A SOUTHERN TONGUE????? OR PPL IN NY CUZ THEY DON'T PRONOUNCE THE LETTER "R" MOST TIMES IN WORDS OR ST. LOU WHO ROLL THE LETTER "R". TELL WHAT IS PROPER ENGLISH? OH I GET IT IT'S WHAT THE WHITE MAN OF THIS WORLD TOLD U IS PROPER TO SEPARATE FROM YOUR ROOTS AND PPL ONCE AGAIN. HE DID IT IN SLAVERY AND THEY DOING NOW. MY POINT IS THAT PPL SPEAK DIFFERENT AND WHEN PPL SAY U SOUND WHITE IT'S JUST BECUZ DON'T MATTER HOW HOOD THE FATHER AND MOTHER GREW UP IF U PUT YOUR CHILD IN A SCHOOL WHERE IT'S MOSTLY WHITES CUZ NOW U HAVE MONEY SHE WILL NOT TALK LIKE U ONE BIT. JUST LIKE WHEN A WHITE PERSON GROW UP IN THE HOOD THE SOUND AND SO CALL ACT BLACK.

Prudyy

It's one thing to be priviledged and another thin to go around telling everyone i'm priviledged. I have priviledged friends who are down to earth. So get a clue noone wants to be around a stuck up B!#CH. and get a trainer and loose about 30 bls thats what priviledged people do.

Tanzania

I'm mad that she was ignorant enough to say "hip hop way." So all the people who don't speak like you speak in a hip hop way? What is a hip hop way, please do tell?

She sounds like another one of those individuals who try to shed a negative light on hip hop.

Prudyy

When a white person look at her they don't see priviledged black girl, they see a fat BLACK B!#CH

carmel666

I THINK A LOT OF YOU ARE MISSING THE INSULT THIS WOMAN GAVE TO HER RACE. I ALSO GREW UP UPPER MIDDLE CLASS AND WAS ACCUSED OF SPEAKING WHITE WHEN I WAS YOUNGER, BUT LIKE THE STRONG BLACK WOMAN THAT I WAS TO BECOME. I BEFRIENDED THE PEOPLE WHO HAD LESS, I BROUGHT THEM TO MEET MY PARENTS, INSTEAD OF RUNNING AWAY IN TEARS LIKE A LITTLE WEAK WHITE GIRL.

YES MY PARENTS WERE MARRIED BEFORE THEY HAD ME AND BOTH COLLEGE EDUCATED WITH PROFESSINONS NOT JUST JOBS. BUT IN MY HOME THESE OTHER GIRLS WHOSE MOTHERS WERE SINGLE PARENTS AND SOMETIMES DRUNKS OR WORSE, AND WHO HAD SISTERS AND BROTHERS BY DIFFERENT FATHERS, WERE JUST- MY FRIENDS. MY PARENTS NEVER HELD ANYTHING AGAINST THEM FOR HOW THEIR PARENTS LIVED AND I DIDN'T GIVE A ***. WHEN I SAW THEIR MOMS FIGHTING WITH THEIR MEN IN THE STREET I WOULD WORRY ABOUT MY FRIEND NOT LOOK DOWN MY *** NOSE AND SOMETIMES MY DAD WOULD BE THE ONE TO BREAK IT UP.I ALSO HAD FRIENDS MORE LIKE MYSELF,BUT EVERYONE WAS TREATED THE SAME.

EVIN SEEMS LIKE SHE WOULD HAVE TURNED HER NOSE UP AT THE GIRL WHO DIDN'T SPEAK PROPERLY OR WHO DIDN'T HAVE MONEY FOR ALL THE LATEST CLOTHES.I COULD SEE HER JOINING IN WITH THE RICH WHITE KIDS,IN TEASING KIDS LIKE THAT. EVEN THOUGH I HAD FRIENDS OF ALL COLORS, BLACK ALWAYS CAME FIRST TO ME, NOT THE KIDS WHO DRESSED AS CUTE AS I DID AND SPOKE LIKE ME. I'M SORRY BUT I'M STILL LIKE THAT TODAY, I'M FRIENDLY TO EVERYONE UNTIL YOU THINK YOU CAN CALL A BLACK PERSON'S HAIR NAPPY OR JOKE ABOUT HOW DARK SOMEONE IS. *** THAT!!! THIS *** IS AN EMBARRASMENT. I'LL BET ANY MONEY BILL STILL HAS SOME FRIENDS FROM HIS OLD HOOD -HELL HE DID A WHOLE CARTOON ABOUT THEM.I DON'T KNOW HOW HE RAISED SUCH A NAIVE SHALLOW CHILD.

nattiwks

SELECTOR:

Where are you from?? I see your signature "Excuse me while I light my spliff"

You must be from the islands!! LOL!!! The only people I know to use the term SPLIFF are from the islands! :-)

I love islanders! St. Croix, V.I. baby!

barbinbmore

Well, I see she has the same tact as her father. It must be nice for them being these "special negroes".

lioness66

Some folks crack me up!! I speak correctly, but I find no need to put others on blast who doesn't. Only privlileged black folks feel the need to express that they are privileged. Also, what's speaking in a hip hop way?! I know many folks who hasn't been to top high-flutty and doesn't speak ebonics! It doesn't matter how privileged a person is...when you're black, someone, somewhere will still view you as the ***-word!!

nattiwks

Sorry guys - got off the subject a bit.......

SouthernGul

You know what, she's just clueless. She was raised with the finer things in life, her whole life. I think that's her parents fault, especially her dad, not exposing her to "all" walks of life. The world doesn't exist of just rich, proper talking black people.

vet0202

@Trooper (go jigga) we usaully are on the same page of music but I disagree there is a proper way to speak english and a wrong way. There are also many dialects. Slang isn't a dialect. It uses words that are thought up by people who are not scholars. that is why they don't stick and everyone doesn't use them. It sounds like pig latin to someone outside of that realm. If you only speak slang you can only communicate inside your realm. Since our realm doesn't write the dictionary the words we use in ebonics are improper english. It also goes against our language sentence structure (double negatives, misspronounciation, etc...

The diffrent dialects come from immigrants who don't use english as a first language. The rolling of the 'R' and the cases where the lack of the 'r' is present.

So technically no it isn't proper english. Amercan english is a dialect of Oxford english So technically it is a language. Poeple from all over the world learn it. It probably started out like ebonics ( I hate that word) but eventually became our countries language.

NickiDrea

Honestly... I don't agree with the sentiment of her statements, but I do understand where she is coming from. My dad is a surgeon and my mom, who also comes from family money, is a Vice President at a Fortune 500 company. My family was pretty wealthy and I did grow up in all-white neighborhoods, just like she did, because the places where we lived did not HAVE an upper-class black neighborhood for us to live in. My parents were more focused on the quality of education that I would get as opposed to which race of people I went to school with.

When I did meet other black people, I had experiences similar to hers- they told me that I "talked" white because my parents never let us use slang growing up, and because even as a child I had almost perfect diction and grammar. Black kids I met made fun of me for not being "black enough" and white kids made fun of me BECAUSE I was black. When I went to college, instead of congratulating me other black people were very nasty to me. Through my own very hard work, I became a lawyer at age 24 and all I got was hate from my own community. However, unlike many other people I know, as a lawyer I am giving back to the black community by working as a public defender and volunteering in community service project here in Philly.

Growing up black in a white neighborhood is a very difficult life ands I do sympathize with her; however, she also sounds like a snob who thinks she is better than other people. It's hard to feel bad for someone who clearly doesn't want to associate with others not of her "class."

vet0202

@anyone Tell me where she says she is better than the next person? White or black, fat or skinny, rich or poor?

mommahips

@VETO202

"SO I WAS SURROUNDED BY PEOPLE LIKE ME, NOT SO MUCH AFRICAN AMERICAN, BUT PRIVILEGED."

COME ON, I SEE WHAT YOU ARE SAYING BUT THAT WASN'T COOL FOR HER TO SAY.

PhreshKidFromDaSouth

WELL FUQ U 2 DEN! TROOPER IS RIGHT CUZ I TALK SLANG ALL THE TIME AND MY MAMA ALWAYS TRYING TO GET ME TO TALK CORRECTLY BUT IM JUST USE TO TALKIN THAT WAY AND IM FROM TEXAS AND MY FRIENDS SAY THAT I TALK REAL COUNTRY (I DONT THINK I DO THOUGH LOL)

PhreshKidFromDaSouth

LOL I WUZ PLAYING WITH THAT WHOLE FUQ U THING

vet0202

@mommahips that means she wasn't reffering to being black but being born into money. She was saying she was around people who were born with money. Not that she doesn't think she is black.

Lelani29

I wasn't offended by her comments. I too grew up in Private Schools/Magnet Schools as well and I use to get teased about "talking white" all of the time. Its not talking white its speaking standard English so to each its own. If you want to talk in slang terminology then thats on you. Bottom line you *** be judged either way but I think she was just comparing herself to the stereotypical black person and not degrading blacks in general. And to those saying she's not a Doctor or Lawyer what does that have to do with the price of tea in china ? Not everyone wants to be affiliated with those professions. Maybe she is successful with her boutique, I mean she is her own boss at least. BTW I did manage to graduate from FISK University (Double major) with academic honors in Comp Sci and Bus Admin and I have Oracle certification(s) and Real Estate License(s) as well....

papamurf

She didnt say Black people couldnt relate to her.

She's saying that most people in general, of any race cant relate to her, and she's right.

I grew as a middle class kid, and for *** sure cant relate to someone who grew up all private schools, with famous, millionaire parents.

She didnt say she was better than anyone. Now, I dont know if she thinks she is, but she didnt say she was, nor, did she imply that she was.

MTO worded the headline in a manipulative way, in order to get us upset.

We dont know what questions she was asked or the context in which it was asked, or answered.

Stop letting MTO *** with your heads.

papamurf

I cant relate to her privileged childhood, but I also cant relate to someone who, as a child was underprivileged.

We all have our own unique experiences in life. MTO is just *** with your heads again by taking her statement out of context, attaching a ***!t headline to it.

vet0202

Lelani you *** b offended. She didn't say anything wrong. About you, me or our race that is bad.

CP3_Lady

She's priviledged, big deal. Look who her Dad is!!!!

almi9hty

She's rite most black people can't relate to her because most black females aren't 200+ lbs. I bet she can relate to us black people when we talk about having a barbeque!!!!

papamurf

HOLD ON!

lioness66 said:

"I speak correctly, but I find no need to put others on blast who doesn't."

Who DOESN'T?

Dont you mean, who DON'T.

I'm sorry, I know you didnt mean it, or maybe you did it on purpose, but it was funny to me.

vet0202

You can tell alot of people didn't read the article they just remember the comment her dad made. Which I don't know what he said but I guess it was bad cause a lot of people were ***. They may have taken what he said out of context also. just like now. Media has a way of twisting things around. That's why you can't beleive everything you here or see on TV.

FASTBLACK

if this is the daughter that's in her early 30's she also neglected to tell people she was a drunk in her younger years. my daughter was in her company at Penn Relays one year & she stayed drunk!!

crw227

BLACK PEOPLE R EDUCATED.SHE SUCK UP GET OVER YOURSELF

hotamale

I agree with what she is saying. I dont think she was putting people on blast. I think she was pointing out how judgemental blacks can be if you come across as different in some way. You have to be honest, black people tend to accuse other blacks of trying to be white when you are using proper enunciation instead of country grammar or slang all the time. She grew up wealthy and was surrounded by wealthy children like herself, maybe her father *** her from that, so maybe she cant relate people of a different class structure. From what I have read above, I don't see how she was putting down the black race

vet0202

@Fastblack ask your daughter what she was doing at the Penn relays. Every year I was at the Texas relays down in Austin. I woke up drinking and went to sleep drinking. I was on vacation what else was ther to do. Plus I was young and dumb. What did you do in college. Let your latter years pass you by. Not me I had fun.

boxx22

@Blaqprincess, I agree with you 100%, I don't think she meant that in a derogatory way because speaks articulate and not ebonics people think she is not being pro-black.

NONSTOPRAIN

WTF!!! FOR SOMEBODY THAT'S SO WELL-EDUCATED, THAT'S SOME OF THE DUMBEST SH!T I EVER HEARD. PEOPLE ALWAYS TELL ME I TALK PROPER (OR "WHITE"), AND I'M NOWHERE NEAR PRIVILEGED. THAT GIRL NEEDS A REALITY CHECK. FAST

toine5

she needs to think before she speaks. Privilege and money are great but they can be lost easily. She sounds like a spoiled rich girl with no community connections unless her father is involved. Black is black...Wealth cannot change that....Ask Micheal Jackson...LOL

focus

I read the article in a NY paper and I don't think she meant it like that. She's saying she was raised in a privileged environment and people who don't or can't connect with that want to label the people as "elitist". I've had my share of hearing that.

Some people think once you get a car, home and good job and aren't still on their level they want to say you think you're "better" than everybody. You'll notice the people saying it are still in the same spot you left them in 10 yrs ago. It's a defense mechanism for their failure.

Obama grew up poor and so did his wife. They've achieved much and have given much after graduating from Harvard. They don't even appear elitist to me. I found his comments about angry, *** guns and religion to be so true, especially in the rural white areas.

If someone says you're talking "white" then they have no etiquette and don't seem to have any worldly exposure outside of their communities. I consider that a social problem for them, not me.

And for people to misunderstand what this woman is trying to say, they fall into that "you talk white" category. Give me a break. People say relate to your own people. Who are your people? I can't relate to all blacks because we have various upbringings. Many have kept their inferiority complexes right where they got them, at home and in their communities.

mommahips

@vte0202 that "but privileged" got to me, she needed to word that differently.

"talking white"/"acting black".....these 2 phrases are so ignorant, i mean can anyone tell me exactly what they mean?

Revolution

I think she hit it on the head as far as being privileged. But what comes along with privilege is a blindfold, a blindfold to reality. It works the same way with white privilege.

When someone is privileged, someone else is not. That's like saying you can have an up without a down. It's funny because this society uses the word under privileged yet we never hear over privilege.

sexymind

As a race of people, we inflict all kinds of "isms" on each other. We suffer from internalized classism (which is what this is) racism (there is a lot of complexion talk that goes on, even tday) sexism (much of hip hop:guilty), ***, weight discrimination - the list goes on. What's the point of all this? People from the same community can have vastly different experiences than their next door neighbors. Enid's brother experienced a violent death - something some people would say is a common occurrence in the "ghetto." And what fuggitaboutit said about her and that 40oz in Soul Kitchen I totally believe because its somewhat common knowledge that Enid had a serious drug problem some time ago. Serious. On top of that, even more common knowledge that Bill has a notorious reputation of being a huge womanizer in Hollywood. My point is, regardless of how much money and privilege you were born with does not automatically immune you from low-life behavior and experiences.

2BLESSD2BSTRESSD

I'M STARTING TO DISLIKE THIS FAMILY MORE AND MORE; WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT AFTER ALL THOSE YEARS OF WATCHING THE COSBY SHOW THAT BILL AND CAMILLE WOULD'VE RAISED SUCH A SNOB?

SHE SOUNDS LIKE SHE HAS NEVER HAD TO DO ANYTHING BUT ENJOY HER PARENTS' MONEY!! GIMME AN EFFIN BREAK!!

MIXEDLOVE

I knew what her point was. But she came off as if though she is superior. I can't blame her, she had a *** life. But I feel as though she is saying, "I'm better than the average Black American." She came off as snobby.

vet0202

Mommahips Talkin white = Proper english Actin black = bein a ***

sexybrain

who cares about her. it really sounds like she was offended by the comments black folks made about her the other day when she had that other blurb on MTO. cuz who ever heard of her before that and who would give a *** what she would have to say. that's all this is. cuz she is not famous for anything she's done on her own so why would any paper quote her on anything. go hide back under that paper bag, gurl. nobody wants to relate to a snob, anyway. and it still goes to show u that all the money in the world can't buy u true class, and certainly not inherited beauty either!lol!i.e, her and Tori Spelling!

vet0202

Not better than but diffrent from. She starts the convo off by telling a story of how she has been mocked by her own race because she grew up diffrently. Not the other way around. Which she has. Cause she was not apart of the averge black family. She says EVERYONE has their own way of speaking and living. Not copmparing or saying she is better.

JUST DIFFRENT.

Jamiejo86

@ NoONSTOPRAIN i agree w/ u on that 1 this chick is suppose to be so educated yet she's speakin a whole lot of nonsense!

esotericdredz

I think MTO is taking an excerpt from an entire article and trying to shade it in a manipulative way to get people to attack her...I dont think she meant what MTO is saying she meant...

There is race and there is social class....Now granted there are certain shared experiences on racial lines, but depending on what your class line is (below the poverty line, middle class, wealthy) you can have entirely different experiences, upbring, etc....That is just reality no matter what race people are. A white person from a trailer park in Appalachia is not going to have the same experiences as a person who grows up privileged in the suburbs of Orange County. Same applies to all people. It is what it is.

Now there are some negroes who get a degree, morgage and car note and feel like that entitles them to talk *** about, talk down to and disrespect other black people who haven't made it rather than reaching out and helping...That siddity element certainly exists in our community...But based on the statement posted I would not place her in that category.

vet0202

@Sexymind she also says she chooses not to speak hip hop(ebonics I assume)not that she is allertgic to hip hop or it's slang. Her family and friends don't listen to rap so why should she. It ain't her. She just being real. y hate someone for being real?

TROOPER

-------------------- WHO SAID SLANG, I SAID PPL KILL WHEN THEY SAY PROPER ENGLISH. IT'S MANY DIFFERENT FORMS OF ENGLISH, BUT THE TWO MAIN ONE'S THAT'S TAUGHT IS AMERICAN AND BRITISH. I SAID WILL U CALL THE SOUTHERN PERSON UNEDUCATED BECAUSE SHE OR HE TALK WITH A SOUTHERN TONGUE?? IF YOU WERE SPEAKING BRITISH ENGLISH U WOULD SAY "I'VE LOST MY WALLET. WILL YOU HELP ME FIND IT?" AMERICAN "I LOST MY WALLET. WILL YOU HELP ME FIND IT?" AND U CAN GO ON ON ON BUT WHEN U SAY SLANG THAT COMES FROM SLAVERY WHEN WE HAD TO SPEAK IN CODE AND WE KNEW WHAT WE WERE TALKING ABOUT AND SO CALL MASSA DIDN'T AND WAS MAD AND MADE THAT CONCLUSION THAT WE DON'T KNOW HOW TO TALK ENGLISH(AMERICAN ENGLISH) WHY U THINK WE PLAY LOUD MUSIC WE LOVE THE SOUND OF THE DRUM BEATS??? THAT WAS OUR WAY AND ANOTHER FORM OF COMMUCATION SO JUST BECAUSE A PERSON DON'T SAY "I'M GOING OVER TO MY PARENTS HOUSE TODAY TO SEE THEM, MY SISTERS AND BROTHER" BUT SAY "I'M GOIN TO SEE MOM'NEM" DON'T MAKE THAT PERSON "HIP HOP" OR WRONG. THAT'S WHY WHITES BE THE FIRST KILLED IN PLACE OF WORK. THEY BUSY SAYING "JIMMY WE NEED TO RUN BECAUSE JOE IS HERE WITH A TRENCH COAT AND HE HAS A GUN" BANG DEAD AND THE BLACK GUY TURN TO THE BLACK GUY AND SAY "RUN ***". NOW TELL ME WHO'S SMARTER?

Choclette

U guys are taking this wayyyyy out of proportion or u don't understand her statement. If you had no connection with hip hop or slang at all growing up, you wouldn't use it either. Just b/c she is black that doesn't mean she has to listen to hip hop or use slang. If she was talking all crazy out the side of her neck & doing donkey things, everyone would say, *** she came from a "good" home. Why is she talking & acting like that. Get a grip!!!

cutenkinky

I can't relate to a lot of "black" people either. What she said was probably taken out of context.

vet0202

@Trooper yes they are uneducated. What do you think other people think when we can't even speak our country's language properly. A place where your language is spoken everyday. that is ignorance. We aren't slaves anymore. It is ok to talk to your buddy and your family like that. I see black athletes everyday (who graduated from college) who can't speak proper English (which they went all the way through college to learn)in a simple interveiw. Yes it is ignorant. Very. You should want to speak correct english. Not make up your own just cause you made at slavery.

MsPraline

I know one shop in Tribeca that will never get my "Regular Black Folk" dollars.

Evin is irrelevant and ignorant. She need some press, that's all.

vet0202

mad at slavery I meant to say...

vet0202

@Mspraline read the whole article please.

MsMatthews

Why does it sometimes seem like the more privileged a person is and the more and more education they achieve, the dumber they become!!!!!

plumpolicious

She needs to stuff some Jello pudding pops in your mouth cause know one cares about what she has to say.

TastylikePastry

Naw...She was just playing! I know dayum well she couldn't have been serious!

esotericdredz

I do see her point on language too...Why does speaking formal english (I won't call it proper) have to be considered a "white" thing? It because it is a clearly rooted stereotype against black people, whom some white folks believe are incapable of speaking former english....

Think about it, how often have you heard people rave about Obama being so "well-spoken"? You sure as hell don't give that non-compliment to politicians of a lighter skin tone...lol

Point is, because of racism and stereotypes a person who does not speak formal english, especially in a professional or academic context, further puts themselves behind the 8 ball because there are a lot of people who will (unfairly) judge their intelligence and aptitude because of it.

Dis_Ya_Gurl08

MAYBE BILL AND PHYLICIA RASHAD SHOULD'VE HAD KIDS TOGETHER TO HAVE SOME BEATUTIFUL COSBY KIDS LIKE THE ONES ON THE SHOW. CUZ I'VE SEEN BOTH OF THEIR KIDS AND IT AINT TOO PRETTY.

bLaCkBeAtZ

MS PIGGY LOOKIN GIRL, AH HA!!! OWWWWWW!!!

bLaCkBeAtZ

GO GETTA STAIR MASTER or TREADMILL, BiiYAAATCH!! AH HA

AshY----LarRY

lol @ pb&caviar!!...........could it = Peanut Butter & Caviar?? lmao!!!

Dis_Ya_Gurl08

queenof256

B!TCH HOW ARE U OFFENDED? SHE AINT EVEN MENTION WHITES. I HATE WHEN WHITE PPL JUST WANNA AGREE TO FIT IN.

spoiled78

She needs to take her 'priviledged' fat *** to curves. She CAN afford it, right? Since she's comes from such a great background...

jade516

WELL I'M NOT DEFENDING HER BUT I MUST SAY:

I GREW UP IN THE PROJECTS AND WASN'T ALLOWED TO HANG/PLAY OUTSIDE. MY PARENTS ALWAYS SPOKE PROPER ENGLISH TO US SO NATURALLY WHEN IT CAME TO MYSELF AND MY SIBLINGS WE WERE CONSTANTLY BEING TOLD "YOU SOUND WHITE"...THAT IS THE MOST IGNORANT THING TO SAY.

I HATE TO SAY IT BUT I THINKS ALOT OF BLACKS ARE BRAINWASHED. ASSUMING THAT A PERSON WHO CHOOSES NOT TO USE SLANG OR CURSE WORDS AS A WAY TO EXPRESS THEMSELVES MAKES THEM ANYTHING LESS THEN WHAT THEY ARE IS A HUGE MISTAKE.

IT ENRAGES ME WHEN I SEE COMMERCIAL GEARED TOWARDS BLACKS AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE THEIR HEADS ROLLING, RAPPING OR ACTING THUG AS IF WE CAN'T RELATE TO A COMMERCIAL FOR MCDONALDS MINUS ALL THAT THE INDUSTRY PERCIEVES US TO BE.

spoiled78

OOPS! Spelled a word wrong. I guess "privileged" people don't do that...

MsMandy

forget about being black and proper....huh...She needs to go join "them" people...the weightwatchers people....lol!

TROOPER

@ vet0202

NO, THEY NOT. SEE YOU ARE JUST LIKE THE WHITES AND PREJUDICE PPL IN THIS WORLD. This is America and everyone is not going to speak the same if we did we would be robots. And to say a person is uneducated was a uneducated answer. Just like when I type in this blog I don't type out the whole word or so. I may break it down but does that mean I'm dumb???? It's not called proper English, not call trying to be white it's just common english that people of America is use to. But to say ppl are dumb or uneducated is not a wise choice of words. Because I know ppl with degrees up that *** and don't know ***.

mommahips

I'M NO WHERE NEAR RICH, I GREW UP, RAISED MY KIDS IN THE HOOD, MY KIDS WENT TO PUBLIC SCHOOL, SO DID I,AND MY GIRLS, ESPECIALLY, ARE ALWAYS ASKED IF THEY ARE RICH OR LIVE IN A WHITE NEIGHBORHOOD. LIKE SOME HAVE SAID, IT'S LIKE OUR YOUTH HAVE BEEN BRAIN WASHED. TO THINK THAT IF SOMEONE SPEAKS FORMAL ENGLISH(@ESOTERICDREDZ, I LIKE THAT) THEY GREW UP AROUND WHITE PPL, HOW COME IT CAN'T BE THAT THEY GREW UP THAT WAY, EDUCATED OR BOTH?

Blacque

I agree with Ms Mandy about finding a weightwatchers near her big ***. Where your educated or who your parents are doesn't give you the right to thumb your nose at anyone. Dr. Cosby is very outspoken but he is willing and able to back up everything he says with knowledge of the subject he's personally witnessed and seen its effects on his community. Find yourself and stop riding on Dr. Cosby's opinions. Yeah I said it.

papamurf

I really hate stupid uneducated people, who, instead of giving an intelligent response to what this lady is saying, in disagreement or not, just choose to call her immature names.

That annoys the hell out of me.

I dont care how old you are.

If you choose to choose to attack something like her weight, which absolutely nothing to do with subject, then keep your ignorant, immature comments to yourself.

hippiechic

My upbringing was similar to Evin's, so I get what she was TRYING unsuccessfully to say. The difference between her and ME is I don't feel the need to validate myself by boring everyone w/ the details of where I went to school, where I lived, how many degrees I have, how money we had, or who we knew. To me, the people on here who are doing that are just as bourgeois as she is!!! Who are you trying to impress? This is the problem with black people!! Crabs in a barrell.

papamurf

hippiechic

I see what your saying, but she is being interviewed, and we have no idea of the details surrounding the statement.

We dont know the questions that where being asked, or the purpose of her being interviewed.

This could be an article about the differences of the black experiences.

This is some more MTO ***!t.

They've purposely taken this out of context, and slapped a ***!t headline to it, just to stir up some controversy. Its just another way for them to get more hits and more comments, to show off to the advertisers, so they can make a dollar.

MTO is ***' with your minds.

soulsister310

DID SHE REALLY SAY "I don’t really have a connection to other people who didn’t have my lifestyle. But my dad is very into helping people" HOW IGNORANT. MONEY CANT BUY CLASS OR A BRAIN. I HOPE SHE WAS MISQUOTED. IDK

yeahright3030

I'm not falling for it MTO. You're trying to start some ish. I need to hear it from a legit source.

Dreayonn

She's privileged but she's still human. She must be speaking from a wealth & class stand point. People with money still go through emtional roller coasters and have their personal issues. Money doesn't remove ur human characteristics. She's probably more financially stable then the average black person. But there are many blacks who can relate to the issues she addressed in the interview.

STAYPOPPIN01

I've always said no one thinks you're special if you grew up privileged. I didn't grow up rich, but I was comfortable around people from all backgrounds.

I think it's a shame people tell their children they're better than other people because they have more lifeless material goods.

I've encountered snobs in my lifetime and they look ridiculous, because they're human to me, so I know we're more alike than different, even if they've traveled more than I did.

hellokitty19131

well...all of the kids' names started with "E" for excellence!

endure09

What the problem is that she has made a choice not to relate to her own people or it's just that she does'nt know how to.

giggles20785

Like the Cosby daughter you too are slightly misinformed Carrington. "So, doesn't it just make SENSE that she wouldn't be hanging out in the hood, or at the skating rink or walking through the projects with her "urban" friends?"

-Just because one is black and lacking wealth does not mean their extracurricular activities include hanging out in the hood or in the projects. And what's your definition of an "urban" friend??? lol. It certainly *** carry a negative connotation as your words suggest. Especially since it means to maintain a city dwelling. You do know that lots of people from diverse cultures and social classes are "urban".

"You know why so many black people hate Bill Cosby, but love Keyshia Coles' mama? Because most of us know somebody like Frankie. We don't like Bill because we can't understand his lifestyle. "

-Are you suggesting that most black people relate more readily to a Frankie than Bill Cosby??? And if so, are you basing this strictly on wealth? I hope not. I can't speak for the ENTIRE black population, but I am sure there are more African-Americans in this country with the same characteristics it requires to succeed: good character, morals, passion, education, common sense, and motivation...(which if you ask me, hold more worth than anything monetary) as Bill Cosby.

"When will we learn to stop HATING on *** we can't understand instead of trying to get there too?"

-And I find it troubling that you believe Blacks prefer to hate on other Blacks striving for success. I think "hating" comes into play when people like you and Evin Cosby attempt to equate success with anything BUT the black community. In a time where over 90% of the black population is supporting the first African-American democratic presidential nominee considered apart of the American elite, how do you figure that we would rather hate than support?? And that same presidential nominee was educated at Harvard and came from what many would consider a privileged upbringing. Yet, he holds such strong support because he not only associates and relates to blacks, but whites/Hispanics/Asians/women and the likes. His education and upbringing didn't prevent him from acknowledging and relating to his community. I think we praise leaders from the black community who are a direct contrast to the stereotypes the media would have you believe about blacks: ebonic talking, hood strolling, uneducated, poor, hating, "urban" dwellers. And boy do we buy the hype...more than any other culture in this country. There are two groups of people who manage to distance themselves from these stereotypes: those who have better resources and reach back to those who could do better and, unfortunately, those who have better resources and denounce anything that may associate them with a lesser, "blacker" class. But I could go on and on about the foolishness you and Evin have seemed to conjure up.

dondi

Okay...I'm praying to God that this statement was taken out of context or some ***.....this is why her dad's comments were not well received by the very same people he meant them for...he sounded elitist when he said them and the apple doesn't fall far from the tree! Both Bill and his daughter need to pick up a copy Carter G. Woodson's book....or she could be taking her priviledged azz to the gym...cuz she looks a bit chunky!

PROPERTYofMARC

@felonyshobby: that poem was highly offensive and I am not sure what it was supposed to prove. You are just solidifying what white folks have been doing to use for decades.

Moving on: I to grew up in a diverse and upper middle class home and have often times been accused of "talking white" so I can see where she is coming from. I don't think she was trying to say she is above black folks at all. She is just speaking from her own confusion and pain that she probably endured growing up never being black or white enough. This is a problem many mixed children have to deal with SO PEOPLE NEED TO BACK THE EFF OFF.

@Trooper: That statement about slang being a form of rightful expression is dead wrong. First of all, I have plenty of cousins, nephews 'and dem' who talk that way and they simply adopted it from the enviroment they grew up in. They didn't take it from hip hop or lil wayne or anybody else and if you are simply trying to copy what you see on TV then maybe its time you turn it off and open a book. You cannot put someone down for talking slang especially if that is what they grew up hearing. My ex boyfriend's way of speaking was extrememely ghetto and he used to have me practice with him to speak more "white" as MTO is calling it for job interviews and no matter how much he practiced he would just end up sounding strange and stutter his words. So I told him "baby, just be yourself." On the other hand there's a big difference. Ni$$az today talk that nonsense to be cool and tryna show off.

And Sexymind's comment was on point. Preach sista.

Amen @ Giggles20785!!!

LMAO @ JAYBABY....you hit the nail on the head....Hell I can speak both black and white...just look at my AVI. That b/i/t/c/h/ is ego tripping. She better hope that she speaks white enough to sell those fat azz clothes...because after that remark, I don't think black will patronize her store.

I TOLD "VET0202" THAT HE CANA'T PUT DOWN OR LOOK DOWN ON PPL THAT SPEAK SLANG OR DON'T SPEAK THE COMMON ENGLISH. SO YOUR SPEACH WAS HEART FELT. "PRACTICE WITH MY BOYFRIEND TO SPEAK WHITE" AHAHAHAHA GTFOH BUT NO ME MY DEAR NOT ME.

LovelyLibra01

UMMM WHY DOES SHE LOOK LIKE A BLACK KHLOE KARDASHIAN...LOL

focus

The bottom line is--YOU SPEAK HOW YOU WERE RAISED. The English language is taught to babies.

1) If you use profanity and slang all the time, that's how you were taught to speak and that's probably how you were spoken to.

2) If you enunciate and pronounce your words, that's how you were taught and spoken to. Wil Smith said his mother always corrected bad grammar; that's why he speaks so well, not because he's trying to act like any other ethnic group.

LuckyS

I so agree with FelonysHobby

Genesisbaby

Her and her father are both some jokes. I could care less who she does or does not relate to. She *** let that so called priviledge go to her head because as soon as she *** off the other color, they'll remind her dumb a-s-s, that she is black. Money or no Money. Her and he father watch too much d-am-*** TV they seem to confuse black culture with music videos on what is portrayed on TV, they are no better than some (not all) people of the other color who do the same thing.

TROOPER

@ focus

RIGHT, THAT'S WHY ME AND MY WIFE ALWAYS CORRECT OUR OLDER DAUGHTER THAT'S 4 WHEN SHE SPEAKS. WHEN I WAS YOUNG *** I GREW UP IN THE HOOD IN DETROIT. I DIDNT CUSS AS A CHILD BUT I SPOKE THE LANGO OF THE PPL BUT STILL KNEW WHAT WAS RIGHT AND WRONG. THAT'S WHY U CAN'T JUDGE PPL CUZ THEY MAY NOT NEVER CATCH ON TO HOW TO SPEAK RIGHT BUT IT DOESN'T MEAN THEY CAN'T DO GREAT THINGS.

mstwotwo

I don't see what all the hate is about. I feel what she's saying. I grew up in a middle class neighborhood, but once I turned 18 my dad told me to hit the road. Moved to the hood and been here for 9 years. I wake my @$$ up at 5:15am mon-fri to work hard and get up out of here.

People hate on me for wanting to get out of this hell hole. Just like yall on here hating on the jawn. Why is it when a person recognize's they can do better, people hate.

GET OFF YOUR LAZY @$$E$ AND MAKE MOVES!!!!!

MsVlicious

she looks like she's about to say "LIKE, OH MY GOD...LIKE, I WISH I HAD LIKE, A CHICKEN WING"

capricorn44

if that's what she thinks....that's what she thinks everyone has a right to their opinion that's her opinion now move on its no big deal

capricorn44

@focus

i agree

Genesisbaby

Ummm...Excuse me @ mstwotwo....

Last time I checked there was more than one person waking up in the hood at 5:15am or earlier to go to work to provide and strive for more out of life. Wanting more for yourself is great, but when you start to generalize a WHOLE culture that when thing get twisted, and do you dare to wonder why you have been in the so called HOOD for 9 years.....

retro_miss

I agree with some of her comments, but not the way she put them. Like..."No one should be judging and assuming that because I’m black, I have to speak in that hip-hop way. That’s something I prefer not to do.”

What is "hip-hop" way? There are plenty of words she could have used to replace "hip-hop" way.

I do agree when black people talk using proper english they're quick to be called "oreo" or are accused of acting white.

"I always went to private schools - Bank Street elementary, Columbia Prep - so I was surrounded by people like me. Not so much African-American, but privileged."

I feel as though that statement can be taken out of context QUICK lol.

It sounds as if she's saying there were no privileged African-American people where she was raised. She's actually saying she was brought up around people like her, not meaning African-American people, but people who were privileged.

I do understand her though.

retro_miss

A person is a product of their own environment.

sweetpeaches45

[SPAM].COM [SPAM].COM [SPAM].COM

HERE'S THE REST OF HER STATEMENT:

"What does that even mean, anyway? Everyone has their way of speaking and living their life. No one should be judging and assuming that because I’m black, I have to speak in that hip-hop way. That’s something I prefer not to do.”

The presidential candidate graduated from Harvard Law School - which some people use as an excuse to say he’s out of touch with the African-American poor — even though he was a community organizer for years."

maj6627

I can relate to her... I know a lot of sistas that own bootleg dress shops! Both she and her father educated, ignorant, BLACK FOLK. If it weren't for us regular black people her daddy wouldn't have a dime. I hate to see someone who did so well for themselves forget where they came from and put down the people that helped them get there.

mandingo7777

She's entitled to her opinion and I respect that but if this story is true... She may not be able to relate to us regular black folk but she darn sure eats like us because from the looks of her she hasn't passed up a plate of fried pork chops, collard greens, rice & gravy, corn bread, and pound cake. We are our own worst enemies.

APR

MTO, where is my ORIGINAL POST?????

ANYWAY, I'll try again.

MTO led this topic thread off by taking Bill Cosby's daughter's comments OUT OF CONTEXT! Her statements were NOT shocking & were similar to what a privileged daughter of a super wealthy WHITE family would reveal in comparison to common White folks... if asked. But, 1 problem is, Whites in the upper crust are EXPECTED to communicate well; articulate & enunciate. When Blacks are well spoken, "they're trying to be 'somebody else'!" Ridiculous!

MTO also alluded to Mr. Cosby's statements of several years ago when he publicly spoke out against a dilemna whereby Blacks were not embracing education & achieving as well as other races or ethnicities. True, Mr. Cosby should have refrained from ridiculing Blacks whose chidrens' names often end in "qua". That statement seemed opinionated & thoughtless. Yet, the entire context of Mr. Cosby's speech should NOT be taken lightly! We DO have a problem in our community & although TOO MANY did NOT appreciate the AIRING OF OUR DIRTY LAUNDRYn - DON'T *** THE MESSENGER!!!

MzNan33

what do u expect, she'z jus' azz ingorant azz her d#ck nose azz daddy. now that he aint the father of Summer, now he's the world greatest daddy. o but i bet they figure that is in the past. who do they think was watching the show all them years, they must of forgot black folks supported his punk azz. who cares about this child, her fat azz look like miss piggy. so what she's priviledge wit $$$$, we have something that she don't and thats pride. u don't need $$$$$$ 2 b happy, that's that illusion their type want u 2 believe. i'm happy wit the life God gave me, and I don't step on people, or put them down 4-my own enjoyment. They need 2 put his flacky azz in a home somewhere.

She_So_Fly

I'll admit that she should have picked and chosen her words carefully, especially when she stated her 'privileged' comment. I'm sure she knows that came out all wrong, given the backlash she's receiving.

But in a way I understand what she means. If she didn't grow up around ghetto mentalities, then why should she have that mentality just because she's black? All black people are not going to have the same qualities, act the same way or speak the same way. She can't help how she was raised. Her parents wanted the best for her.

Beryl85

....*** UP!!!! That's all I can say.

She look like a fat stuffed bag of hot air that oink, oink, oinks. Make you glad she don't have to come around the average, stay out of her shop with the rest of the stuffy wanna be blacks in Tribeca. Undercover bums by nature!

SO WHAT SHE WENT TO SCHOOL IN HARLEM..ON BROADWAY BTW 110-116TH STREET DOWN THE BLOCK FROM THE PROJECTS..WHOOP DEE WHOOP

really?? You may love directly chating online with hot babes about it on " I *** t e r r a c i a l L o v i *** g . C o M" where Men or Women can meet many sexual black and white girls or boys who love sports.

prettyfaceAKA

Sometimes people just talk too *** much...ain't saying nothing...focus on something positive like losing weight...not being "mean" just truthful...

midwestchica

Well if this story is TRUE, it's sad that she said that...this must be why Bill is always riding kids from the hood because he wants all Black kids to be an OREO like his children...

Her comments are absolutely disgusting...yeah, she was priviledged but I just assumed that Bill's children would be like how the real Cosby kids turned out, VERY DOWN TO EARTH!!! But you gotta respect her if she openly admits that she doesn't have a connection with people who didn't have the life style as she did...it's so funny because God will take everything from that ignorant child...despite how she grew up...

Also, I wish celebs all raised their kids like Rev Run did...they were definately priviledged kids but are so grounded in God and down to earth!!!

KellsT

Wow I went to private school for my entire life...even when I begged my mom to take me out at one point. But I can still relate to all people regardless of their economic situation, and when I talk, I don't speak in that hip hop kind of way she was talking about...whatever that was.

donthateonthegreat

That's a shame, look how all that nonsense her dad was talkin' about about black people has been passed on to her, She ain't no better than the rest of us, so she need to get up off that high horse!!!

lovesgossip

The idiot posters of MTO... yes you all are... this is probably not all of what she said...and so what if she did..she is rich..she couldnt relate..who the hell cares...MTO just put this up...so all you dumb ghetto hoodrats could say oh no she didn;t...with her FAT ***...lol...*** yall are some losers...

sweet_pea534

wow, she really sounds ignorant because the amount of money you have has nothing to do with you speaking correct english. It's alot of things we as black folks need to get away from and putting ourselves down and uplifting others is one of them. Why is speaking correctly considerd speaking white...All white folks speak correct english. I know this is totaly off the subject but it's like with good hair, why is kinky hair considered bad? wow, master know he did a number on us because it's decades later and he still got those shakles on us, except they are on our minds. We are our own worst enemy. Nobody else needs to destroy us because we are doing a *** good job at it already. Well done master, WELL DONE!

SouthernSpoken

I don't like that at all.......And the chick in ugly. She needs to do something with that nose.

SeanThePrez

Go fix me up some Jello pudding.

BeReal

SHE'S VERY CORRECT! MTO IS SO VERY MESSY IT'S NAME IN LIKELY IN THE DICTIONARY UNDER "MESSY".

IT'S TRUE WITH SO MUCH WEALTH MOST BLACKS CAN NOT RELATED TO THAT OR HER WAY OF LIVING. WE CANT JUMP ON A CHARTERED JET TO TAKE A QUICK VACATION TO RIO OR PAY 5000k FOR A HAND BAG OR LIVING IN A 10 MILLION DOLLAR HOUSE. SHE'S TELLING THE TRUTH.

AND SADLY SOME OF US BLACK FOLK THINK IT'S WRONG TO SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH JUST LIKE SHE'S SPEAKING OF. DUHHHH...EVERYONE DOESN'T WANT TO SOUND LIKE A DUMB ***!

BeReal

@ lovesgossip YOU SAID EXACTLY WHAT I WAS THINKIN SPEAK THAT TRUTH GIRL SPEAK THAT TRUTH!

Tooblakforu

Black people please.....don't let success and fame go to your head. In this case that's what you have here. She's just caught up in her own world right now but when she comes down to having nothing even Cosby to her name...what on Earth would her privileged *** do???

GotemStarStruck24

***....her comments are making people write books on here. I do think her statement could have been worded a tad bit differently, but she can only speak of what she knows. Ignorance runs wide and deep; don't forget that. Imgaine if you were born into the lavish life... Isn't that what most people wish?? But *** it. She's still a sell out! LOL

sweetangel34

This "educated" and "priveleged" sellout is ignorant as ***. I, too, went to private schools and was very priveleged in that my parents provided all the material things I could ever want but most importantly they taught me morals, values and NOT to look down on others who were less fortunate than us. Some of the most treasured relationships I've developed over my 36 years have been based on character... not whether someone was born with a silver spoon in their mouth. I take OFFENSE to this garbage!!!!

MrsPryncess30044

I bet she's voting for Mccain.

ttiiaa77

I can't exactly relate to her because I grew up in the hood but I do understand what she's saying about the urban slang we use. I was bused from the hood to the suburbs during my early/late teens (METCO). So thankfully I was exposed to the other side of the railroad tracks and got to see how the upper class lived and carried themselves. I knew the differences between both, I could NOT come back to the hood speaking as though I was talking to Rebecca Fitzgerald. It's the same with people from the Caribbean, they know how and when to turn their accents on and off. That's a skill many black people have not mastered yet.

When I graduated from high school, I was so glad to be done with white people and I IMMEDIATELY applied to an HBCU. That had to have been to biggest rude awakening I ever had. Everybody, and I mean everybody I spoke to asked where I was from and told me I sounded like a white girl.

My Mom made a comment a few weeks ago, as a matter of fact, she said "I'd rather my kids be white-washed in the suburbs, then end up statistics in the hood".

koko_kisses401

@Trooper

**************************************************** LMAO, I love your mind, seriously.

nicety38

This girl is buggin. Even though I was raised in the hood it does not mean I do not know how to speak to others. She talks out of the side of her neck just like her father. This is what happens when black people from the hood get a little money and forget where they came from. Maybe if she knew more of her history she wouldnl't make stupid comments. She needs a trainer to get rid of that priviledged fat.

tt1976

why are we so quick to get offended. you are right it doesnt matter where you went to school in order to learn to speak correct english. i didnt grow up rich, and i get called out saying i talk like a white girl too, but when im with my friends i also know how to let my hair down and not worry about if this is being pronounced correctly. I work in a professional environment and i have for 15 years and i learned a few things and just like moma says "there is a time and a place for everything". but we can't get offended by her comments because everyone does not know how anyone lives unless you know them and we all know "rich" people be in their own world, you can't get mad at her for that. Some make it and some don't. But you have to admit it has gotten ridiculous with our generation and its our fault!! Everyone i know my age has a 16 year old know and they are the ones out here cursing, sagging, robbing, but dressing..so WE have failed them. Bottom line. We all need to woman up and man up and just take our own whooping. Bill didn't air our laundry, hell we did. We are by letting our children behave this way and wanting to get mad at someone when they call us out on it. It's almost as if we are condoning it, and STILL not trying to do better, because we know better. But in her world, she probably DIDNT go to shchool with very many black children, they probably DID speak correct English. And she did not call anyone out by saying "regular people" so Mediatakeout needs to stop being so sensitive and start living right!

COBonner

Well I personally can't relate to her either but not because she's privleged it's because she's fat and BUSTED looking!

HardCore

Hey, I say let's call her up at her shop(PB & Caviar) and *** with her. 212-608-1112. Just don't buy *** here('cause the good white people won't)and she'll be out of business before you know it.

p.s. Sometimes I think Fred knows these people and make promises to get their names out there (good or bad publicity) for a fee.

KEEYSHAJ50

MTO WHO CARES...

buttafly6

ain't that a bytch!! i don't talk in that "hip hop way" and i'm not privelaged! i'm waiting on my privelages dammit!

msamazing

What does talking in the hip hop way mean, does that secretly mean she's saying that she doesn't talk ghetto, I bet you any amount of money let her get hit in the face and you gone see the ghetto come right out of here!!!!!!!!!

People like that trip me out with there comments, I bet when she was talkin she was holding her nose to sound snobish!!!! And she's one cheeseburger away from being huge!!!!!!!!

MzLilWayne17

*** PleaSe... She's Fat ANd Ugly....

wow... I do see where she is coming from. with the white girl talk. I got the same remarks from peers throughout school. I couldn't understand what that meant. It only screws you up later on for trying to please everyone.
