No parent automatically makes strong children (no matter what their race). The strength a child gains is what the see, learn and are taught by their parents (again, regardless of race).
Eric Benet may have been a great father as he should be since India is his child. What we heard from the reports of his divorce with Halle is that he wasn't a good husband.
