: Violence nearly popped off behind the scenes at the VMAs yesterday. MediaTakeOut.com spoke with a show insider who claims that rapper T.I. nearly came to blows with R&B superstar Chris Brown.
One of MediaTakeout.com's insiders watched the whole thing unfold. The insider explained, "There was almost a fight at the [VMA] rehearsals. T.I. and Rihanna are doing a duet and when they were trying to practice, but Chris Brown was there messing things up."
According to our snitch, T.I. and Rihanna weren't able to properly rehearse because Chris Brown was distracting everyone by clowning around on stage. The insider told MediaTakeOut.com, "At first it was funny. But after a while it was disruptive."
But the Atlanta rapper wasn't about to have his set disrupted for long. The insider told, "T.I. was like - can someone get this little [dude] out of here. And Chris Brown said something smart under his breath - I couldn't hear it."
That's when, according to MediaTakeOut.com's witness, things went left. The tipster tells, "TI was like, 'I'm not playing with that boy, I'll hurt him.' And security quickly got Chris out of there. T.I. was definitely NOT joking."
Tonight T.I. and Rihanna are going to be performing a duet. It will be interesting to see Chris' face while his girl sings with the dude who bee-yotched him in front of dozens of MTV staffers.

Keeping things light, the rapper sorted out some sound problems while waiting for Rihanna to rehearse their VMA performance of “Live Your Life.”
But before the rapper could really get things started, Rihanna strolled in with Chris Brown. After getting a hug from his collaborator, T.I. asked Chris if he’s ready for Monday: the morning after the VMAs, the two begin production on the heist caper film, Bone Deep.
With T.I. and Rihanna’s rehearsals underway, Chris took a seat to watch… but not for long. “Chris Brown, don’t you wanna be in the mosh pit?” the stage director called out over the microphone.
She needed some stand-ins for the audience, so Chris waved his arms in the air, pretending to be a frantic fan. It didn’t take much to get Chris Brown to make some moves — a little while later, he made his way to the front of the stage and started dancing.
We can’t reveal much more of what happened at Ri’s top-secret rehearsal, but check out photos of Rihanna’s dancers getting into their supernatural hair and make-up.

chris is very immature when interning for essence fest in july he kept skate boarding around the arena while me and other interns were trying to run errands for other stars and get artists from point A to B it was very annoying having to maneuver around him and his friends

I believe it. I love me some Chris and all, but you can tell that he's still immature and as an artist, he should understand and respect the time and dedication that is required to rehearse and perform. Rhianna should have had that *** in check. He's lucky T.I. has some sense in that head, because if it was a street dude who didn't have that money, career or fame, Chris would have gotten his *** rocked.
Either way, I saw the performance. Rhianna sucks! She needs to practice on her head VOICE instead of just giving head. (head voice is falsetto for those of you who don't know) She was sounding like a mess.
