And where were his wife and child ... Well sources tell MediaTakeOut.com that Mashonda was hard at work in Atlanta recording her new album and trying to keep herself together. According to our snitch, Mashonda is "devastated" by Swizz Beatz and the way he's been openly dating singer Alicia Keys. Tells the insider, "They are still married and Mashonda is doing and trying her hardest to maintain a cordial relationship with Swizz for the sake of their son. But [Alicia] just won't respect that."

@ ANTIDUMB...yeah there are women THAT desperate. I had been with my son's father for 10 years and of coarse being with someone that long your gonna have your regular problems..we all do. I got rid of him but eventually we got back together (PLENTY OF BEGGING AND CRYING AND THE LIKE ON HIS PART)That was Sept. of 2006. Well last year July 29..I came out the door to get in my car and she pulled up to his door and just started calling him all kinds of lying MF's and SOB's. Long story ***..he NEVER stop sleeping with her and I was like HOW...WE LIVE TOGETHER...WE ARE ENGAGED...HOW...WHEN...WHERE!!!!???? Well you know how the story goes she thought he would eventually come back, but once it dawned on her that he wasn't..she contacted me and told EVERYTHING. Come to find out, they had been dating a FULL BLOWN YEAR, she was 4 months pregnant but he forced her to abort. She admitted that when I would leave for work every morning (MON-FRI) she would come staright to his place and they would have *** (IN THE SAME *** BED I JUST LEFT),ooooh SHE TOLD IT ALL!!!!She was even able to repeat to me WORD 4 WORD a conversation he and I had a week prior...his words as well as my own. When I asked her how could she know all that she said she was riding his d--- when I called and I swear we talked for about 7 to 10 minutes ending the phone call with I love you. She also fessed up to the day that I got suspcious and I called a number I saw in his phone which later turned out to be hers but she lied when she answered and told me she wqas married and her husband (my husbnad barber) had used her phone to call him. She said immedaitely after I called her, she hung up, called my man, and he met her at the babrber shop where she ADMITTED to sitting dwon with him and they BOTH went over what she needed to do and say if I caught wind of them cheating. Karisma, please show me where Mashonda said they were separated. I read the EXACT opposite. She was QUOTED in a magazine saying they were NOT separated.

Karisma, I got you! And, I've not been one of the ones that has been screaming "Alicia is a homewrecker." To an extent, I too agree that no one can force someone's husband to leave their family. But, at the same time, that does not excuse Alicia in my eyes. As many have said on here, it would've been respectful to wait for a divorce or a legal separation. For that child's sake, there is no telling what kind of reconciliation could've occurred. And, I'm also under the impression that the married couple were not having divorce-type problems before Alicia and that she is the key factor to the impending divorce.
