Well, the record company is usually the responsible party for selecting the date of release. It is their job to ensure that their artists gets the full benefit of the release date and possibly ahead of someone else who might be a contender. In my opinion, Michelle is not a contender and her record sales are no where near the concern of the Knowles camp. Beyonce' has well established herself as an artist and sales grabber. If anything, Michelle's record company would have sought out another date to release her ablum so that she might feel the benefit of at least 'trying' to sell some records. It's a musical game folks and only the best players survive.

Neither one of the titles to those singles make sense for her to be singin'! 'If I were a boy' didn't Ciara do a song about that and 'Single Ladies'....C'mon Bey!
