He vowed to Julia that her family would regret it and said he'd kill Jennifer ... The reason why Julia did't do anything about is is because shes too in love with him. On her page she wrote that loving him caused her her family, therefore, she is admitting that she believes he is her family's killer yet she still can't bare to remove him from her Myspace page along with lovey dovey captions directed at him.

This is a load of ***, if she was the target then she would be dead also. people you really need to read and listen to everything. The police are saying that William is a person of interest. This is a deep theory.
I have 2 theories. One surrounds Julia, the other, Jason. For those of you who have blinders on and want to treat Julia like the innocent victim- fine with me. However, as far as I'm concerned there were three victims and they're no longer here to tell their stories. The most defenseless victim, Julian, a poor little 7 year old boy who suffered the most unimaginable fate, witnessed the brutal killings of his grandmother and uncle before being *** twice in the head. We must fight for this child and if this means by exposing his mother- then so be it. I come from a realistic world where unfortunately, mothers sometimes murder their children or contribute to their demise. This is my opinion and if you're one of those people who live in untainted worlds, I ask you to move to the next post because this will probably upset you.
Theory 1: Julia Hudson's Involvement
There are too many holes in this story:
1)The body of Jennifer Hudson's mother Darnell Donerson was found by Jennifer Hudson's sister Julia around 2:45 PM Friday. Julia called 911 to report the ***. She also reported her 7-year-old son missing. Police arriving on the scene found Hudson's brother Jason *** to death in a bedroom.- okay I got this from CNN. My question is how could she report her son missing if she never went through the house? She claimed to have walked in the door, and after seeing her mother's body in the living room, left out the house and called 911. She then went to the police station to report Julian missing. How did she know he was missing and not hiding in the house or somewhere murdered in the home? Apparently, the police discovered her brother's body- she did not. As I said, she only made it to the front door.
2)Friday was a teacher's work day in Chicago. Therefore, children did not report. Julia is a school bus driver. Why was she working then? If her son didn't have school, she *** have had to work. All Chicago schools are basically charter schools. Another caveat: How did she get home if Jason was her ride?
3)Police have stated that Jason Hudson was *** when the gunman *** through the front door. He also received defensive wounds. However, his body was found in an upstairs bedroom. If you've seen a picture of him- he was no small guy. William, a man of small stature, could not have taken him upstairs alone. If Jason was *** in the thigh, he would have needed a very large person to help him upstairs. I always wondered in that type of area, *** they have a gun in the home?
4)Shell casings were found in Julian King's bedroom, yet police are saying he was killed in the SUV.
5) The small *** only went through the wooden door, so the door should have still been locked. How did the killer get in? If he *** at the door first, who in their right mind would have opened it for him?
6)Why didn't they come at *** when most murders occur? The whole family would've been there, and they could've killed everyone.
7)Sure, the police could've been monitoring Julia's MySpace, but I doubt it. This is more along the lines of the FBI and they didn't jump aboard until late Saturday. I'm sorry, but I just can't imagine with your mother and brother being tragically killed, and your son missing, the last thing I'd be thinking about is the *** computer. And if it was her on the computer, and William was a suspect, why did she keep him as her #2 friend? His *ss would've been gone with a quickness. Why did she feel the need to explain her actions on Myspace yesterday? Why has she been seeking support from her fans on Myspace when I'm sure she's surrounded by family and friends who love her? I'm sure her closest friends/family know how to reach her. Is she enjoying her newly found celebrity status? To live in the shadows of a famous little sister. All eyes are on you now Julia. A word of advice- ask Jen for some acting lessons- your performance to date isn't Oscar worthy. My little cousin was gunned down a few years ago in Detroit and my Aunt joined a support group for grieving mothers. She said during her meeting yesterday, the women unanimously agreed that something wasn't right about Julia Hudson- even the grief counselor said that she's exhibiting questionable behavior for a grieving mother.
8)Her appearance at the press conference was a little too calm and collected for me. Her hair was fly, she looked pretty well-rested, and she said Julian was more 'like a little brother?'
9)On Friday *** when Julian was missing, why was she on Myspace instead of in someone's car driving around the city looking for the white Suburban? The first 48 hours are the most crucial with missing children, and you're chilling on the computer? WTF?
I pray that I'm wrong. Lord, I do. I just can't imagine a mother being involved in something like this, which is why I've held back on posting this. But something isn't adding up. If they had something on William, they would've charged him. I think they're trying to get William on technicalities.
Theory 2: Jason Hudson's Involvement
Jason Hudson has had a few run ins with the law. Perhaps he owed some people some money and they were coming after him. I'm not sure what Ms. Donnerson's schedule would've been like on a regular school day and what time Julian went to school. Maybe she normally took him to school, and didn't come home from dropping him off until around 9:30. If the killers had been watching the house all week, and noticed this pattern, maybe they didn't expect to find Mrs. Donnerson and Julian there on Friday. I mean, it wasn't like it was a major holiday. This would've explained a few things:
1)Why Jason went from being *** downstairs to going upstairs in his bedroom. Did he have something in his bedroom that the killers wanted? Otherwise, why did they let him walk upstairs instead of *** him in cold blood like they did his mother?
2)They weren't expecting to see Julian. I think this may have really posed a problem for them as they struggled with what to do with him and the person couldn't bear to kill a 7 year old kid. I mean, they had enough heart not to kill the dog- but then again the dog can't talk. Whoever killed Jason and his mother probably didn't kill Julian- they got someone else to.
The sad thing is, this poor boy witnessed the murder and became a liability.
I hope the Chicago Police does a good job and looks at all angles
This case is getting crazier by the minute. I'm serious I think it was a hit. Hitmen do not give a *** about no one. Children no one, and the person that ordered the hit probably got someone that could easily get in the home without causing a commotion persay. There was no signs of force entry, yes there were a few rounds *** through the door as reported on the news, but the Killer eventually got in, not by force either. So either the door was open, there was a hidden key, or they were lit in by the baby. Either way the mother was killed walking through the room.
This was a sloppy job, and these people were amatures. And the gun that they found, who would leave a gun in broad open daylight like that. Either this was placed there as if to trap someone, or the Killer was dumb *** hell. And i don't blame him by not given a liar detector test. They were not allowing him the rights to an attorney,hell i wouldn't either without legal representation. You guys no how the crooked *** [EXPLETIVE] cops can be. They would rather nab or apprehend someone then to look clueless. I'm telling you Juila had something to do with this. And watching that press conference convinced me even more. I feel bad for jennifer, I honestly think she is the victim in all of this. Because her mother and her had a special bond. And to loose your brother and wow your whole *** family. But juilia that broad makes me wonder....Stay stuned for some real clues. If I was there I would have this *** case solved in two shakes. The Police could be doing one thing, as I think about it. They could be trying to by sometime, with this William Belfour person. Maybe leaking this to the press so they can blow it out of poportion as usual. While the real killer is laxed thinking they have the suspect. And once a killer or guilty party starts to get to laid back ...yep you guessed it they start to *** up. So I dunno know with this one.
Why the hell didn't she move her mom out of that environement? Or did she offer and her mom refuse.

I hate to be critical of Jennifer, but things must have been pretty desperate for her moms cash flow situation to allow Jason to deal drugs from her home. If it is in fact true that Jason was a drug dealer as it has been reported, which means the mother had knowledge of it, and was probably getting money from him as is common practice when you have adult children living at home. Jennifer did not offer to move her moms out of the ghetto as has been reported. This is a public relations disaster for her and she is doing damage control as to why her moms was living over there in the first place. If Jennifer was giving her mother money she would not have to let Jason and Julia and the ex-husband all live there who I'm sure all chipped in to pay rent and bills. There are not too many mothers that I know that would say I prefer to live in a house filled with mice and roaches and my drugdealing son, ex-con son in law and grown daughter who lists her hobbies as looking for "good ***" over a nice condo over on a nice safe part of town.

Since Julia and William are still legally married, the car in question is considered community property. He didn't "steal" her car.
I don’t think Balfour committed the murders either but I do think that he has a good idea as to who did it.
Up until the point when the report was given about past drug dealings in the home, I didn’t think Julia could have had anything to do with the murders but more and more, I am beginning to get the sense that she also may have a good idea as to who did this.
I agree with the people who think this could have been caused by a drug deal gone badly. If Jason Hudson was still involved in drug dealing, that would explain why William wanted he, Julia and Julian to move into their own place. Being around drug activity would have been a violation of his parole. That would explain how the drugs could have ended up in his car over the summer. It has been said that both Jason and Darnell did not like William. If police were to find drugs on him and he went back to prison, that would be a sure fire way to get him out of the house.
I think Jason was the intended target. Unfortunately, poor Darnell and Julian just so happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
They may have been expecting Julian to be in school but when they discovered that he was there, they took him. As the police search escalated, the killers/kidnappers became nervous and decided Julian was more of a liability than an asset, so they killed him.
When Julia stated on her myspace page that she did what was natural for her and loved a person and it cost her her family, she could have been talking about William but she also could have been talking about her ex-husband, Julian’s father.

For some reason, I just don't feel that William did it. For the life of me, I cannot understand how he could kill a child that was his stepchild, one that he had come to love, I suppose, after marrying the mother. I could almost fathom him killing everyone else, except him. No one could be that crazy or uncaring!

I don't think Jennifer Hudson was the personal target at all. There are others involved in this terrible tragedy. As I said on a previous post, the CPD is not telling the public everything about this investigation because it's ongoing but I do believe that they are close to solving this heinous crime. I've read some of these theories and I'm going to play devil's advocate. I've never thought William Balfour was guilty. I think he is a patsy. As far Julia logging onto her MySpace page, so did Jennifer. So did *** James. People grieve in different ways. We don't know how much idle time she has and she probably was really wanting to read people's offers of condolensces.
Also, even if she does like the attention, it doesn't mean she did it. I know many people that have lost a loved one and when they become the center of attention, they become even bigger "victims." A girl broke down screaming at my job and ran to the bathroom and locked herself in when she found out her grandmother died, I seriously doubt she would have responded that dramatically had she found out at home where there was not an "audience." Some folks are just dramatic, and fame is addictive. Doesn't mean somebody is guilty. It is what it is. Hell, Ron Goldman's family (O.J. Simpson case) wrote a book about their son during the height of the media attention. People capitalize, no matter how much grief they may feel, if there is a media frenzy, people still find a way to capitalize.
And why does Julia got to be broke down on T.V. hollering about finding her son. Why does the public have to witness someone's pain and misery to be convinced that they are genuine? We don't know how she responded behind closed doors.
And as far as people wondering why her hair was done during the press conference, I'm pretty sure she had her hair done before all of this happened.
Anyways this is my Theory:
Jason or William got into a bad drug deal where they owed some money. William sold Julia's car to try to pay back what he owed. It wasn't enough. He had a deadline, he missed it. The drug dealers then came looking for him at the Hudson House. They blasted their way in. Julian witness all of this. They kidnapped him. When all the media attention started coming in, they panicked and *** him.

What do they need Balfour to take a poly for? I'd refuse too - if they got the weapon, one of his girls blew a hole in his alibi, people heard him make threats then its open and *** case right? Second...I posted this question late last *** but I want to post it again on this thread to get other views.
Julia said when she was out with her friends(who we now know one of them was William) celebrating her birthday Julian wanted to go home.
Julia also said when she took Julian home she had a hard time waking him up. Julia's mother was waiting for them at the door with the porch light on and she handed Julian over to her mother and that was the LAST time she saw Julian.
Now....when Julian came up missing it was said "he was last seen wearing a striped polo *** and pants".
When Julian was found he was wearing a white T-*** and basketball ***. Now either Julia did not come back home after she dropped off Julian or she did come home but did not check in on her son because Julia said he was last seen wearing the pants and striped polo ***.
Where did the T-*** and basketball *** come from? Did Julian change his clothes and put on the t-*** and basketball *** before he went to bed?
If Julian did wear that to bed then the person(s)who snatched him had to have *** him from his bed early in the morning?
What happened to the his clothes he was wearing at the birthday celebration? Are they still in the house or did someone put different clothes on him after he was killed? I know there had to be a lot of blood on the baby after being *** so many times and nothing has been reported about the T-*** being covered in blood.

it means alot once you've been on the page and you've done so much other activity on it. If you thought someone murdered your fam would they be in your top? would there be more pics of him on your page than your murdered family? If you've got the time to add friends, change your headline, update your mood, check messages, add new photo of your new "friend" at work, change a caption under one of William's pics, etc...Surely you've got time to post your son's pics, who was still missing at the time, all over your page in the hopes someone can help find him, send out a ***, or at least remove him from the page. Its a little outside normal behavior for someone who is supposed to believe this person murdered 3/4 of their immediate family. It either exposes a deep emotional and mental deficiency or complicity/knowledge of what really happened.
See that *** that julia supposedly saw Julian last sparks up some questions from me. I wonder what time it was that she dropped him off and what time she got home.... she did go home right? SO she could go to work the next day so her brother could take her to work considering he was her ride to and from to work. there is something FISHY about the whole story with Julian supposedly falling asleep in the car... William Balfour REFUSED to take a polygraph last Friday after he tried to say that he was still getting along well with this family. This info can be found on the Chicago Sun Times website.
Now I said I would admit I was wrong and that until I saw more evidence I wasn't going to judge (hell I even said i wasn't going to comment anymore but I had to share this). There is definietly a cover up going on and I think they are trying to protect each other. I have always felt she knew more. I am still a little skiddish about what level she's involved at but they both claimed initially that there were no problems between them. Then came the stories (from other relatives and friends) that they indeed were at odds about a car. I do still beleive he is guilty, especially now since police found a gun possibly connected to all three murders near where the truck was found and blocks away from where he was picked up. Now if this gun is only found to be connected to the baby's murder and not the others then there is definitely cause for alarm and Julia might be the one to set it off.

Balfour was a bad person. However, as the sordid details come out about this family and the drug dealing in the house, the crime ridden neighborhood, something was bound to eventually explode. When you allow evil to enter your home what do you expect?
The Hudson home was raided for drugs in 2002. Julia's baby's father was arrested, along with her brother Jason. Julia has a history of choosing losers. I guess she doesn't know any better.

Contrary to what MTO readers think, its been reported that JULIA is the one that told investigators William Balfour threatened to kill her and her family and take Julian away. No one else heard him say that. There are reports that said neighbors witnessed a loud argument between the two a week prior to the murders, but no one said they heard him say those words but her. My point is, Julia is the only person who has supplied a motive for William to commit the murders. The only people who could confirm her statements, or the status of their relationship are dead. Just food for thought.

We as Black people still would like to believe these are the things only crazy White people do. But as we've seen over the last 8 yrs or so these incidents have been increasing in our community. I don't think this was a drug deal gone bad or a contract killing.I thought they said the little boy had multiple gun *** wounds.I think that has to be someone that knows them to commit an act of passion like that, a contract killing more than likely would have been one fatal ***. It's just certain details that go with a crime of passion.

Her Myspace Page indicates a woman with many insecurities. Her need for love and desire to be famous spills out to me. Like I said, her logging on to myspace had nothing to do with her finding her child. It probably was more for the thrill of having fans like her sister.
William didn't sell or steal her car - when he and Julia split he took the car but he stopped making the payments on the car and then the bank starting garnishing Julia's check and she said that she called William about the car and that's when all this started- but
A. Banks don't just wake up one day and say I'm gonna start garnishing her check B. She knew that Julian was dead long before the she appeared at the press conference. C. Why was that truck just sitting in a residental neighborhood bearing the license plates and noone looked at the plates nor did anyone report seeing the truck that had been on the news ALL WEEKEND? There was a neighbor interviewed by a news reporter that said he witnessed William Balfour threaten to kidnap her son if he didn't "quit playing with him." Various other family memebers have said he threatened her and the family as well. It was also said that he didn;t get along well with their mother which was why he was put out of her home on several occasions.
Now I'll play devil's advocate here and say this: No disrespect to the dead but while we sit here in judgement of Julia's choice in a husband, her mother allowed this man into her home as family. Whether she did it to keep peace with her daughter or not had it been my child they would have had to find somewhere else to live and support themselves. Also, as big a brother Jason was there is no way in the world he should have allowed this man to disrespect his mother in her own home. My teenage son be checking grown *** men if they look at me sideways on the street!!!! There is plenty of questions as to why this family allowed any of this activity in the home. I worked for MySpace for over 3 years and assisted law enforcement before in cases. You'd be surprised how many people snitch on themselves, and plan their activities on myspace. The latest assasination attempt on OBAMA was foiled because of MySpace. Countless missing persons cases and what led to a teen's suicide are solved through info received from myspace accounts.
So the fact the police are even investigating the myspace account make your point moot.

I would like to believe most people feel that way because they've not bothered to get any facts on the case. So, I, and a few others have just been pointing out facts, inconsistencies and holes in this case so people can be better informed. We can "Let the police do their job." That they will do. But when it comes to our community, how well they do that job often depends on how much we (the community) exhibit we care. How many unsolved murders do we have in our hood? I go to chicago tv's website for updates on this case and everyday a new body is poppin up out there...one in the Northside today. If we sit back in the cut and don't ask questions they can feed you any answer they want to at the end of the day.

I know a lot of people are saying we should stop with the speculation and just allow the Chicago Police Department to do their job but with shows like Law and Order, CSI and Forensic Files and with so many of us (myself included at times) playing arm chair detective, it is hard.
In the midst of all of the disagreeing, I do think most of agree on one thing and that is we want to the killer or killers caught.
Jennifer Hudson and her “inner city girl rags to riches” story has touched so many of us, in a way we feel as if we are her family too.

I don't doubt that Balfour made those threats, but it doesn't make sense for him to kill the others if he was aiming for her. Since he's family, I'm sure he knew she was in Florida.
To take the little boy away after killing the adults does not sound like a contract hit. What use would the boy have been to them at this point? It leaves a easier/detectable trail for the FBI. To take him somewhere else and then get rid of the body and a big suv quick and discreetly is a big hassle.
I think this killer was very angry at Julia. This was not carefully planned out due to the timing and the way the child was found. To take the baby away after killing the adults and then *** him in the face? No that was done by someone with strong emotional connections to JULIA. I would not be surprised if the low life family of Balfour and/or one of his jump offs helped him. Hopefully this will all be disclosed soon.

Almost a week after the brutal slayings of her mother, brother, and son, Julia Hudson inexplicably remains friends with estranged husband William Balfour, the "person of interest" in the case -- at least on the Internet.
Julia Hudson has logged onto her MySpace account numerous times in the last few days -- as recently as today, according to MySpace -- but has yet to remove William Balfour, who goes by "Flex" on MySpace, from her list of friends.
She has changed her personal photo and replaced written passages on her page, among other things. And as of today, she describes her online mood as "numb."
Anyone can say what they want and whatever their concious and moral values allows. When something this horrific happens and it in the news its everybody business, especially those that live in that community. I dont have time to be nice when three people in the same family has been brutally murdered and blown to bits, thats some Charles Manson *** right therr, Koolworld is on the otherside it aint over here and
I dont believe William Balfour had ANYthing to do with any of these three murders. Like I said Cook County better not summons me for jury duty if cause whoever they arrest they better have all their ducks in a row, cause I dont bye into public speculation or cops that dont want to do their job. Im sure someone will be arrested the day before Barack Obama becomes this country 44th President. show me how my second post is defending Julia? lets debate as you say. I'm clearly stating that the police's whole operating motive where William is concerned was provided by Julia and there's no one to co-oberate her. If she said William beat her last Tuesday and Jason witnessed it, it would be her word against William's. Thats not enough to build a case around especially considering Julia was the last to see them alive. She could easily use that "argument" to point suspicion in his direction.
I hate to admit it, but the National Inquirer has been pretty on point with their stories lately (John Edwards, Paul Newman, the Bristol Palin pregnancy scandal), but I’ll take this new theory with a grain of salt.
However, this has all the hallmarks of a gang-related drug/extortion hit. While he might not have been the triggerman, I definitely think that William Balfour was somehow involved. Whether he owed someone money and they decided to teach him a lesson, or he and some accomplices hatched this plot to get money out of Jennifer, or he was in league with someone who had a beef with the brother and/or Julian King’s father and wanted to send a message, he was involved. That would explain why he’s still a “person of interest” and his taking the 5th and refusing the lie detector. He might not have *** them, but he’s involved. This would also explain why Julia is acting so strange. She knows who did it and why.

This is the link for the press conference that Julia Hudson pleaded for her son's safe return. But here are a few points that I think that everyone should take a look at.
1. She said "your beef is with me let my baby go", what beef Julia do you know something that the police don't? 2. She said" I hope he's ok", no mother says that. Most mothers would be saying my baby is fine and I can't wait him to walk in the door smiling at me. 3. She said" my son was always with his grandma", no child is going to leave with someone that has hurt their grandmother especially if they had a relationship like she says unless it was someone that he trusted more than grandma. 4. She said" I don't know if Julian is in the truck but the police are stopping all white trucks. What do you mean I don't know if he in the truck, sure you do you put him there or you had someone to put him there and if the police was stopping all white trucks why didn't they find your brothers truck until days later with your baby in it. 5. She said"my greatest fear has already happened", as a parent my greatest fear would be outliving my child but she already knew that her child was gone. I think that when Jennifer announced that she was getting married some people (family members) started to trip- why because ain't nobody's husband gonna let them take care they grown a$$ brother and sister, Mama yeah but not no grown a$$ siblings. I think that this was a plot to make some money or something crazy that went horribly wrong and m=not only did Jennifer loss her mother, her nephew and her brother but I think that she has lost her sister as well.

I had just said earlier when some one stated with my theory that neighbors said that they heard *** at 8-9:00am. I told them that I was not going on that hear say because the one and only neighbor that was interviewed on tv was the lady who son always played with Julian and she said Friday morning was quiet and she left her house at 10:30am and when she returned at 2:30pm police were everywhere. Please don't waste your time arguing with ignorant people on here. Everything that we were saying is coming to light.
