: MediaTakeOut.com just caught wind of a pretty interesting interview that Solange Knowles gave to a UK newspaper. In the article, Solange told how she would considered adopting a child in the future. Then the talk turned to Kelly Rowland.

Solange, who has a son Daniel Jr. with Smith, would love to follow in the footsteps of stars like Angelina Jolie and Madonna and adopt a child - because growing up with singer Kelly Rowland showed her you don't need to be blood relatives to form sisterly bonds.We know where you're trying to get to Solo. But it sounds a little disrespectful for you to act like Kelly Rowland was adopted.She adds she would love to have more children, "even if it means adopting".
She continues, "If there are two people devoted to nourishing and growing and developing their love for a child, that is a beautiful thing.
"Kelly grew up with me since I was about five years old, so she is my sister. She didn't come from my parents, but there is nothing I feel differently for her than my sister. I have definitely explored that option... But I've got to find a man first!"

She is lying to seem "A List"..why would a woman got pregnant before she was even married and is now raising the child alone look into adopting? You came by every day, though, and cooked dinner, and we'd all eat as a family. It was because of your strength and sacrifice that I was able to dream so big.
And Mama T, you took extra time to rehearse with me when I got my first lead song at 12. My voice was so small then, and you'd tell me to "sing up," just the way my momma did. When we lost our first record deal, you didn't let us get lazy; you encouraged us. You've taught me so much about following my gut, honoring my boundaries, and keeping an eye out for red flags in my relationships. It doesn't matter if the question is business or personal, I know you'll always have the answer. Your spirit is so sweet, and your wisdom is endless.

Hey- There's really nothing like having people to call family when you're at a loss for your own blood. While the Knowles' may not have legally adopted Kelly, I'm sure she was treated like she was listed as a dependent on the 1040. When we were "colored" we used to raise 2 or more families in one house. Black folks are too stuck up to take care of each other now or we just don't care that much.
