MTO, ya'll warned me but I still kept on eating my breakfast. I must say though, the scars aren't as bad as I thought they'd be, but until she gets that midsection under control, she needs to wear a one-piece.
Not bad for a woman her age though. How many of ya'll young chicks can rock a 2-piece and halfway get away with it?
She does not LOOK that bad , considering that she lost alot of weight and she is an older woman...

I think she looks good in her two piece, considering her orginal size adn age..... She might be a dime in some older men eyes. F*uck them scars sh*it @ least you cant see any strecth marks................

I think Star looks good.. Errbody know she had the surgey...It aint like she gone have invisible scars. I'm sure most would say she should've opted to wear a one piece. But, she said *** it..Delishis wears her scars proudly. I think confidence is the best thing you can add to any ensemble. Just my opinion. I know when she was big peep said she needed to lose weight. Now she's smaller and peep going in at her sayin ***, she need looked better bigger. ***,can't get right with people no matter what you do. While I STILL maintain she is a Wilder-Beast/Wooly Mammoth from times long gone by, it doesn't look as bad as I imagined it would.
My question is what did she do with all the hanging, sagging and folding skin with nasty stretch marks that results from such drastic weight-loss?
Remember --- this was a big, 300 pound plus 747 JUMBO-JET before surgery...
Some folks you just have to give a pass to you y'all, lol. This woman's body has been through alot. She's carrying the visible scars of her struggles and triumphs. She also has that life-saving scar down the middle of her chest. Remember, Star ain't supposed to be here. Star had a progressive tumor removed at the age of 20, she was given a year or less to live. A tumor that doctor after doctor told her couldn't be *** wit... but thanks be to God, a doctor was found that could remove it.
So yeah.. we know Star ain't got no dayum business in that two piece, LOL... but hey, she's in it so.. WEAR IT IN GOOD HEALTH Ms. Jones.
She doesn't look half bad. I've seen much worse, like that picture of Donatella Versace in a bikini. Star has a few surgical scars, so what...no different than a c-section scar, appendectomy, whatever. She already has a scar on her neck and chest because of a lung condition that she almost died from. She looks better than that Flavor of Love mess Deelicious, with all of those large scary keloid scars all over her body. I'm no Star Jones fan, but there's nothing here to make fun of. If she was in a bikini before the bypass when she was 300 pounds, people would be talking about that; she went through some serious surgery to get to wear that 2 piece (even though she lied about the surgery in the beginning), so let her enjoy it.
It's official, Star is a Big Girl again! She has been covering up, wearing Spanx etc, but now the truth is out, she has gained alot of weight. If she doesn't get control she will be back to where she started, gastric bypass does not work for everyone if you don't change your eating habits. Look at Al Roker on NBC he had the surgery and he is back to fat all over again.
Now I know some of ya'll in her are big, so how in the hell you going to talk about someboby else. Star have something that we don't.....Money!
With that, she can put on what the hell she wants. That "BIKINI" maybe about $100 to $200, if that low!

People need to really start to focus on the bigger things...a few scars?...There are so many women out there who just wish that they could even TRY to wear a 2pc,don't let PEOPLE dictate...scars and all. But ok you got people who don't know what it's like to have weight issues and you get the..."oh nos...or the don't do its"....But give her props for at least being brave enough to go for it!...Step out on faith folx...do things that will raise your self esteem,don't let PEOPLE dictate how you live!
Go Star! Her scars aren't so bad, they just look like insect bites. I like the bikini, too. I know she is happy to parade around in a bikini, she used to be extremely heavy with no chin. And EVERYBODY made jokes about her body, and they still do! You just can't please anybody, but its important to please yourself!
so what MTO. not every body that goes in a bikini has to be fit. let her enjoy her self. not everybody could be a beyonce and she said her self that she is not perfect. they make her up to be that way. Even tyra banks said it. That is why alot of black women have low self esteem. because of people who always expect them to be who they are not. Not everybody could be a 10 so let her live her life and enjoy her self cas u dnt know what she have to go through. I am skinny and I like to be in pageants but stil get nervous when i am on the stage because i am worried of what others will say. this ish has got to stop!!!!!!
Okay, now Star, i hate to have to go there, but the fashion police must do their job! It's only right. Rule noumber one in the world of fashion and beauty is to never in life reveal scars and blotches. This is what make up and concealer creams are for. Please use them, Why make up your face so beautifully and leave scars in the midsection, all the while wearing a 2 piece for all the world to see? Is this some sort of defiance on your part? This is not classy, girlfriend, and i am so surprised at you. Normally, you keep it together! Well today, You get a ticket and a bench warrant for this one.
She probably hasnt worn a bikini since she was 5 years old for goodness sake let her wear the *** thing. On the flip side, she shoulda known someone was gonna be up in dat belly with a lens and at least rocked a half-cover up or something. BTW, what is she doing thees days now? Didnt she have her own TV show or something like that?
She seems confident, and ok with her body. I'd never feel confortable wearing a bikini and I'm an average weight with no surgical scars, so I take my hat off to her for that. Considering how big she used to be I'm surprised she didn't have the sagging skin some people experience after they lose all that weight. She looks ok.
We are beautiful flaws, scars and all. She looks good and she's healthy and I agree with bunny-eater, yellamama and SexyKimmie. Women are losing their minds, buying boobs, butts and botoxing everything from eyes to a$$holes because society makes us feel we have to fit a mold. We need to spend more time accepting ourselves than trying to be accepted. If I got some of the criticism these celebs get I'd probably be under a rock 24/7.
