: MediaTakeOut.com just caught wind that NFL baller Larry Fitzgerald is being sued by his baby’s mother – who’s claiming she was abused.
Angela Nazario, a 38 year old cougar (reow), got knocked up by the 25 year old Larry last year and is in the midst of a bitter child support battle. And last October she brought her son to visit Larry – and things went left.
Here’s how TMZ is reporting it:
Angela Nazario claims she brought the couple's son to visit Larry at his Phoenix home last October when the former lovers began arguing.DANG!!! Ain’t if weird how she’s launching the lawsuit a few days before Larry’s first ever playoff game. Ain’t that a BEE-YOTCH!!!Nazario alleges in her legal papers filed in Arizona, Fitzgerald attempted to "diffuse the situation" by raising his fist and challenging her to a play fight. Nazario admits she responded by swinging at him and "may have hit his face."
Fitzgerald then turned from playful to enraged, allegedly pushing Nazario down to her knees. She claims he "grabbed me by my hair with both hands on the back of my head very very hard and tossed me across the room."
Later, when she tried to leave with her son, Nazario says Fitzgerald "grabbed the back of my neck and slammed me down on the marble floor ... [I] was disoriented for awhile and could not get up, I remember he mumbled something about 'that's what happens when you try taking my son away from me.'" As she got in the car to leave she realized she had lost "chunks" of hair.
She look trannyish. She was a cheerleader REALLY???!!! Anyway, only a bytch ass nikka (no matter who he is) would put his hands on a female, point blank. For a athlete or celeb to do it, is fukin retarded because they should know their business will be put out there in the media. Its a proven fact MOST men are naturally stronger than women. I dont care what the dispute was, there are so many other ways he could have handled this.

So it was stupid of him to even touch her, period. This nikka going to jail soon and that ugly bytch gettin paid.
I have NO compassion for a man who beats on OR hits a woman. He shouldn't have initiated a play fight and he should have NEVER put his hands on her - no matter what. So if he gets screwed - he should have thought about that before he put his hands on the woman. He SCREWED his self by lacking discipline and control in a heated situation. But he is still young. Hopefully, he'll learn from this ordeal.
I hope this isn't true. Since there are no police reports to go with it, I'll take it with a grain of salt. She may want more money from him.

4. She didn't call the police
5. He didn't get arrested.
6. Now she is suing him. Not pressing charges, but suing.
This has to be on the up and up.

And didn't this chick used to date Mike Piazza? So she has a "history" of going after athletes huh.
This shyt sounds suspect as hell to me...Nope, I'll wait for more info to be released, before I jump on ol boy. I don't believe everything the media reports, and there are just too many unanswered questions and things that do not add up.
I won't ever condone a man striking a woman, but again, this sounds fishy.

Like Lexia said, this broad is nothing but drama. I'm from the west coast and this chick has been going nuts before their kid was even born. He was messing around with her while she was a cheerleader and she was trippin trying to take him to court while she was still pregnant. She was pissed because he refused to acknowledge paternity of their son until after a DNA test could be done. I'm guessing baby Fitzgerald is the closest thing she has to a retirement plan so she's going to milk this for all it's worth. And not for nothing but she's a really old looking 38, when I saw her pic I thought she was like 43 or 44.
