: MediaTakeOut.com just caught wind that some sicko on death row in Texas plucked out his eye and then ate it. We can’t feel to bad for him though. The man viciously stabbed and killed his ex-girlfriend and her 1 year old daughter.

A Texas death row inmate with a history of mental problems pulled out his only good eye, authorities said Friday.He deserves to have someone pluck out his other eye before he gets the needle…Andre Thomas told officers he ate it.
Thomas, 25, was arrested for the fatal stabbings of his estranged wife, their young son and her 13-month-old daughter in March 2004. Their hearts also had been ripped out. He was convicted and condemned for the infant's death.
While in the Grayson County Jail in Sherman, Thomas similarly had plucked out his right eye before his trial later in 2004. A judge subsequently ruled he was competent to stand trial.
A death-row officer at the Polunsky Unit of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice found Thomas in his cell with blood on his face and had him taken to the unit infirmary.
"Thomas said he pulled out his eye and subsequently ingested it," agency spokesman Jason Clark said Friday.
Thomas was treated at East Texas Medical Center in Tyler after the Dec. 9 incident. Then he was transferred and remains at the Jester Unit, a prison psychiatric facility southwest of Houston.

MTO U TRIED YOUR BEST TO STEAL THE STORY BUT TELL THE STORY RIGHT. THIS PIC IS A OLD PIC. HE PULLED OUT HIS ONLY GOOD EYE, SO BOTH OF HIS EYES ARE OUT. AND HE KILLED HIS EX WIFE, THE DAUGHTER AND U FORGOT TO MENTION. HE KILLED THEIR 4 YEAR OLD SON THEY HAD TOGETHER. HE CUT ALL OF THEIR HEARTS OUT AND PUT THEM IN HIS POCKET AND TOOK THEM TO HIS HOUSE. PUT THEM IN BAGS AND THREW THE HEARTS OUT IN THE TRASH. THAT'S WHAT HE TOLD THE POLICE WHEN HE WALKED INTO THE STATION WITH A STAB WOUND IN HIS CHEST.

I feel it's stupid as hell, on the judge's part to allow this guy to stand trial...he is obviously crazy, and to make a stupid azz comment like 'let him do it', is like saying to a child walking in the middle of traffic 'go 'head, you gotta learn someday'. He is clearly a danger to society and himself and should be treated as such. I'm wondering what his ex-wife/lady/baby mama saw in him that sparked interest, because you just don't go crazy ***.

SHERMAN, Texas - 7 April 2003 A jailed man accused of killing and cutting out the hearts of his son, estranged wife and her daughter plucked out his own eye and then quoted from the Bible, officials said Tuesday. Andre Lee Thomas is accused of stabbing 20-year-old Laura Christine (Boren) Thomas, Andre Lee Boren and Leyha Marie Hughes to death in the woman's Sherman apartment. The victims' hearts were cut out, and two of them were found at Mr Thomas' house. Mr Thomas was in a county jail cell Friday *** when he tore his eye out of its socket with his hands, said Grayson County Sheriff Keith Gary. Thomas, 21, then quoted the verse Mark 9:47: 'And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into hell.'

texas has a hard penality on the death row trials, they refuse to let anyone off of death row who has been put on..this man should not ever have been put on death row. no one is gonna argue for him to be taken off. and there should be a rally around the courthouse on this...why ? cause too many people are being sent to death row who are just mentally unstable.. this man did themost horrific crime I ever heard of.. hell is gonna be hot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and maybe god knows somthing we dont on this issue... god be with that womans family
