I would not believe every claim someone says during a divorce. Most of the time people say outrageous stuff to humiliate the other person in an attempt to get more money out of them. I know of no law that will allow her to sue anyone for getting an STD. The judge will tell her that her sexual health is her own responsibility and she would have used protection.
