: What’s going on with The Source Magazine. For weeks MediaTakeOut.com has been getting conflicting reports about the magazine’s financial health. And last week an anonymous poster sent in the below – a legal document which seems to say that the magazine’s assets are being SOLD AT AUCTION this Thursday.
MediaTakeOut.com reached out to the magazine and its reps. And so far, we haven’t got any explanation of what’s going on.

MTO stop braggin about being the first to tell bad news about people. You are the main ones copying people all the time. MTO is not smart enough to get their own news. BTW the person posting these threads is WENDY WILLIAMS. Yes Fred might have put the money up but when you read the post it is all Wendy Williams personality. She is all about the trash anyway. I knew that would happen soon. I interned there for a period of time. They were not following through on payments to photographers, hair stylists, fashion stylist, models etc. I remember when the editor I was working under was having a hard time booking anyone because of past due invoices. I know when Hoops won Flavor of Love and asked to shoot for the magazine that made it clear that she would not be paid. They G the video/reality tv Vixens by saying it will be good exposure for them (HA!). Anyway the office was really hood to. Hopefully, someone will purchase Source and give it a facelift.
