From the pics, it does appear that way (nose job); BUT, you can have your makeup put on a certain way to make your nose appear refined like that. In other words, could just be the makeup.

Look at the angles on these pictures! You can't tell if she has had a nose job. MTO have you ever thought about the fact that you can contour your features with makeup? Tyra Banks does it all the time. And even if she did, what difference does it make? That's her body. She can do with it as she pleases. That's whats so wrong with us as a people now. Society has downed women about the way that they look so much and has painted an image that we all have to look a certain way, that people try to live up to those standards. We were all made differently so we should accept that! I love every curve I have. I love my big thighs and ***. I love my wide nose. I love me period! I think more people should begin to love themselves as well!
Apparently she had some work done to enhance her image. Definitely the nose (but it works for her; she fcucked up when she pierced it ---piercings are disgusting!)and we know she had some cosmetic dentistry work done (again, it works for her). If she decides to do anything else, it should be to get rid of those ugly tattoos, that ain't a good look AT ALL.

That’s what happens when you make it big and get money; you start to change your appearance over time. She looks good don’t get me wrong but she’s over doing it, it seems she’s trying too hard and even though I hate her hood style, I really don’t care for her trying to over due being someone that she’s not. You can be classy without changing your whole character.
She definitely had a nose job, and it looks really good, very natural. You can tell her old nose was just really wide with no definition, it looks like the surgeon narrowed it and gave it more of a shape. Looking good Keysha!! And by the way every woman in entertainment has had a nose job, black or white from Britney Spears to Beyonce, so I don't see the big deal.
She definitely has had a nose job. Nowadays rhinoplasty is a requirement for both BLACK and WHITE actresses/performers in the movie and music industry. I was looking at an old photo of Nicole Kidman, and even SHE has had one. The same goes from Halle, Beyonce, Tyra Banks, Kelly Rowland, Kate Hudson, Sharon Stone, Angela Bassett, and many, many others.
I am pretty CERTAIN she got rhinoplasty. When I was looking at that pic, I thought, wow, she looks amazing! And usually Keyisha Cole look like a ***-faced Hoodrat. I think her nose nose makes her look SO MUCH better. But almost ALL celebs got their nose done. Beyonce, Halle Berry, Ashley Tisdale, Jennifer Aniston, Kelly Rowland,etc. I think Halle and Kelly's nose came out the best; It looks natural.
No I just think that she has some obvious concealer on her nose to make it look narrower. Look at the bridge you can see how it is highlighted to make it appear pointier. All celebs use this trick. Look at JLO's honker. She has the ugliest nose and it has a huge dent in the middle. With all the makeup it looks much smaller. These are tricks of the trade. Yes, Halle had her nose done in spite of what she claims. If you look at her earlier movies like Strictly Business her nose was rounder. Now it has an obvious point and it looks natural. Jennifer Aniston needed it on her honker. Kelly needed it too she just ain't a cute girl. Beyonce definitely had nose work done

I also think Kelly and Halle got very natural nose-jobs. Nowadays you can find certified African American surgeons who specializes in ethnic rhinoplasty. Many black entertainers have gone this route because the black doctors will give one a more idealistic and natural ethnic nose as opposed to a white surgeon who doesn't understand our features. This is why the current Black performers have these subtle, natural looking new noses.
Micheal jackson, Janet, Latoya, and Lil Kim went to white surgeons who didn't understand our nose anatomical features so they gave them "white" appearning pinched noses.

I don't think Black celebs plastic surgery to look more European or less black, I think it's a vanity thing. Because their careers are obviously based on their looks. Nearly all celebs had some "work" done. I think the goal is to look better, not look more or less ethnic.
Hi GuessJeans! :) I went on this other site with rhinoplasty results of African Americans. Most of them had broad noses, and the after effect was pinched noses that looked un-natural and ghastly. I have a small nose and I like it. Actually I get compliments that it's cute. But I do wish it was a little bit pointer, but I am afraid of them making my nose "pinched" or too small...
@Mixedhearts- I was also browsing through this African American site and stumbled across a certified Black surgeon who specialized in ethnic rhinoplasty. In the site, it had a catalogue of pictures. There was one catalogue for men, women, and teens before and after surgery pictures. I then saw a catalogue which featured Black actresses and singers before and after photos.
I was AMAZED by the pictures I saw. There were before and after photos of Lil Kim, Kelly Rowland, Beyonce, Alicia Keys, Donna Summers, Angela Bassett, Janet Jackson, and Amerie. When you see the before and after mug ***, there was NO DENYING it! All of those stars had rhinoplasty and judging by the before and after photos, it was obvious these stars did indeed alter their noses.
Anyway I'm not knocking them. At least they were smart enough to get a subtle ethnic looking job rather than go for the all out pinched look.

People see one thing physically, but think another. I'll never forget that time when The Game(Rapper) was on 106 and Park, and they asked him , how was it to work with Keisha Cole? Would you not be able to say the same thing for Kanye? Would it not be plausible to think that Kanye sold a piece of himself to stay relevant in the game as being an undercover DL brother. On topic. Her nose is obviously more bulbous in the old pic and the new nose has more defined angles. She got rhinoplasty just like Rhianna, Kelly roland, pepa, Halle, Amerie, A keys and any other black women in the industry that is well known and successful

It most certainly does look like Keisha had a nose job. Go back to the blog that talks about Keisha looking too mature and it is obvious. When i saw that pic the first time I noticed that keisha looked different but i could not put me finger on it. I hope that she dont start going plastic surgery crazy. Plastic surgery is very addicting just like tatoos.
