: Guess which two reality stars are moving into the world of legitimate acting. MediaTakeOut.com just learned that Deelishis and Tiffany NEW YORK Pollard will join the cast of The Vagina Monologues. Also in the cast are actresses Ella Joyce (the wife from the show "Roc") and Yvette Wilson (she played Andell on the show "Moesha")
Here’s what New York told the NY Post:
"It's kind of a serious actress type thingy and that's what I'm striving to be," Pollard says. "I really want to kind of lend my voice and let people see that I'm there and I'm focused and I want to be a part of it."Good for you ladies. But is it a good idea to have Deelishis and New York on the same stage … We can see something POPPIN OFF before the show’s run is over.

Every monologue somehow relates to the vagina, be it through ***, love, rape, menstruation, mutilation, masturbation, birth, ***, the variety of names for the vagina, or simply as a physical aspect of the body. A recurring theme throughout the piece is the vagina as a tool of female empowerment, and the ultimate embodiment of individuality. THE PLAY HAVE MANY BLACK ACTRESSES IN IT. IT'S NOT STARRING THESE TWO. THEIR JUST PART OF THE CAST. PLUS MTO COPIED AND PASTE JUST ENOUGH TO MAKE PPL HATE ON SOMETHING THAT'S ACTUALLY EDUCATIONAL. I've seen enough Vagina monologues productions to be able to say that they aren't all good. It's juicy material, but it means pretty much nothing if you don't have the depth to pull it off. And I doubt either one of them do, so i'm not even bugging. But who knows? Good look for them anyway, I guess.
