: Remember a few weeks ago when MediaTakeOut.com told you that Siovaughn Wade was claiming that Dwyane wasn’t paying her anything … and that he gave her an STD??? Well it looks like Siovaughn is backing away from those allegations.
Here’s what the NY Daily News has to say about things:
Wade’s estranged wife, Siohvaughn, dropped her accusation that he gave her a sexually transmitted disease. Her lawyer, Dorene Marcus, wouldn’t comment on whether Siohvaughn had been misdiagnosed in 2007 when she first made her claim or on whether it was true …But MediaTakeOut.com has obtained another little tidbit of information. According to one of our EXTREMELY reliable sources, Dwyane made a SUBSTANTIAL payment to Siovaughn last Thursday (February 5th).Wade’s lawyer, James Pritikin, said: “We are pleased that these false claims have been dropped. In the interest of Mr. Wade’s children, we hope these matters can be resolved in a timely matter.”
Now wouldn’t it have been better if you just paid her the GWOP in the first place Dwyane … SHEESH!!! Then your business wouldn’t be all out in the street like this …

A "substantial payment" huh. Wade was wrong for dishonoring their marriage vows, but I don't agree with her putting their private business out like that. She pretty much blackmailed him. She could have taken him to court for alimony and child support if she wanted money that bad. Now she has to live with people knowing she had/has some type of std and with being stereotyped by some as a "gold-digger". His life will go on. He will still play ball, make money and have groupies after him regardless.
DWade is from a nice family with great family values. I can understand how some people would want to vilify him before any facts are really known; but to simply say his ex wife is a victim is downright wrong. We don't know what happened in his relationship! Siovaughn for all anyone knows could have cheated on him. DWade seems like a God fearing man, but I don't know about his ex wife. He has always taken care of his kids too.
Women who date/marry these professional athletes/entertainers pay a heavy price to be with these people...they are in the limelight all the time (the men) and they (women) have to put up with ***, groupies, several baby mamas before and after them...it's just too much *** to be bothered wit...then the persons family be acting a dayum fool with them thinking that every time that man buys her something, she trying to dig for gold...that's why I'm teaching my daughter right now to "have your own"...aspire to have your own *** in life...don't depend on a *** to give you ***...because when you do that you pay a heavy price...and you have to put up with all kinds of ***...and the same goes for guys too...everybody get your own *** first...have your own stacks...then come to the table later...do "you" first...relationships are secondary...don't be trying to be no dayum professional baby mama, case and point "Kim Porter"...Puffy don't and will never respect Kim...she ain't never wanted *** in life for herself...and it shows...you see J-Lo handled her dayum business...and Puffy was begging to marry J-Lo...men don't respect you when you on them to be your "get out the hood" card.
