I think Kim was going for a "porcelain doll" kind of look and the camera made her look really chalky.
But I don't even recognize her anymore. She definitely had another nose job and she looks like she had a full face lift and cheek implants. If you look at her face the corners of her mouth are real tight and are pulling back, which is an obvious sign of a face lift. She looks like she can barely move her face.
I feel bad for her in a way because she's going to look like hell when she's forty as a result of having too many surgical procedures done at a young age. If anyone doesn't believe me just take a look at Pamela Anderson nowadays.

wtf?! have she gone through EVEN more surgery?! I know she had some when she was younger but she looked fine. I don't like her makeup its caked on (but the red lips are cute) she has been so off these past couple of posts of her. It does look like she has a wig on, but everytime she had extensions you could tell cuz it would be chopped off on one layer and the second layer would be long as hell but it was still cute. Those who didn't know anything about weave couldn't tell the difference. I do like her shoes tho.

Kim looks nice. The makeup is no big deal. Sometimes the flash can make your skin look chalky if you are wearing a certain kind of foundation.
I can't believe how different she looks, and not different-better. I'm surprised MTO hasn't put up a before and after picture of her a few months ago compared to these recent photos. The differences will be obvious. It's a shame, her face will never be the same; Chloe and Kourtney are now the cuter ones.

She has definitely had some work done to her face/nose. To me, it seems that there is something deeply troubling a person, to have to keep getting plastic surgery to change their looks. This ought to show her fans that she is not that comfortable with herself and has low self esteem. These celebrities have such stressful lives regarding having to look good ALL of the time. I would like some of their money, but none of their headaches, because Lord knows there are days when I don't want to do a "thang" to myself. (real talk)

So sad. i'm so thankful to God that Ia m a beautiful black women who is blessed in every way and does not depend on plastic surgery to improve my looks.
