: Remember a few months back when MediaTakeOut.com told you that Charles Barkley was pulled over for DUI in Arizona? And that he told the officer to let him go so that he can get some NECK from his jump off.
Well now MediaTakeOut.com has learned that Charles will have to serve five days in jail after pleading guilty to all charges. The 45-year-old Hall of Fame basketball player admitted two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and pleaded responsible to a third charge of running a red light, according to an Arizona radio station.
Hes expected to begin his sentence on March 21 and, in addition to his jail time, will be required to enter an alcohol treatment program.

They are really tough on crime out there in Arizona. In most places for his first DUI he would have just gotten probation and treatment with no jail time. I like Charles in that he is one of the few athletes today with the guts to speak out on topics, but this is embarrassing for him. He's too old to be out acting like this.
