Los Angeles Superior Court judge Marjorie Steinberg signed off on an agreement Thursday giving Kimora Lee Simmons sole custody of the couple's two daughters, 9-year-old Ming and 6-year-old Aoki. The couple's divorce was finalized in January. Kimora Lee Simmons filed for divorce in March 2008, citing irreconcilable differences.DANG …. What I wanna know is why does ALL of his visits have to be supervised!! What is that all about? Why does she not trust Russell to be alone with his daughters. Maybe its just be but thats kinda odd IMO!!
Also the part about the girls having to have a $60,000 dollar vehicle to drive at all times is unbelievable! I like Kimora but she is a bit far fetched and petty.
They base child support on how much you make. You have to take into consideration the girls attend a private school and have become accustomed to a certain lifestyle. They are bicoastal kids so they have to have 2 of everything. Did you all forget he sold Phat Fashions Kimmora is working still as the creative director of baby phat, phat farm, kls so she only gets a percentage of the money. Not sure why his visitation is supervised but more than likely the court felt that it was needed. Kimmora more than likely will put that money in trust for them because she got a nice piece of change in her divorce.
40K per MONTH??? He's already supporting her and the children!!! He gave her Baby Phat didn't he? She would be a washed up model without Russell, sure she contributed to building the companies but dayumn, what more does she need? I know that child support is based on the income status of the paying parent but seriously, these kids will never want for anything with or without the 40K per month!

I know there's a lot of brothers that don't pay their way, but I still think the system is broken and needs to be fixed. Russell is the reason this washed up model even has anything, he gave Baby Phat and all that. So he had to pay her alimony in the divorce, and now pay 40K a month in child support? That's some ***!
I read this on People dot com and it said that he has visiting right s but it has to be supervised with a nanny at all times and security. The way that sound to me is they dont trust Russell with his own kids but she got Djimon holding that 8yr old girl and spending more time with them than their own father...I never see Russell photoed with those girls...I dont know if he dont like spending time with them or if its Kimora and her boujie-ghetto bratty ways!

TMZ reported this last year. and Russell signed for the child support Kimora didn't ask for any just like she didn't ask for alimony, hello she's not getting any money from him the child support is for the kids and they can't touch that until they are a certain age. you guys on here reading this go to TMZ.com they have the real truth because mediatake out is full of it. and if you still don't belive me go to Russell's on blog on global grind.com he talks about how he wanted to pay that much. child support is based on income Russell is obviously making enough to pay that much for the next 10 years for his kids. he loves them and he wants the best for them.

she is not money hungry...those are russell d@mn kids he needs to help take care of them. point blank. so what if kimora has her on money. so russell has to pay about 6 million in child support. but he is worth about 300-500 million. so that is not hurting uncle russ to pay 1% or 2% of his net worth.kimora i'm not mad at you.

But being that I have to deal with child support cases on the regular..it does go according to the income so $40,000 is a mere percentage of his real income.

Round faced Asian Breed with the height of a supermodel, married a rich dude 15 years younger than she is (she was 15, maybe), lucked out on Def Jam money for over 2 decades, probably had an open relationship with her fruity husband, gave him kids to establish her permanence, dropped him when he wanted white woman, got half and the house, grew an empire off her baby FAT face, married an african who can't threaten her long money with his broken English and his typecasted movie roles.
Asking 40k when she already got his *** in a sling for at least the next decade. Doesn't seem much for a survivor like KIMORA. Its funny in ultimate wrestling a "kimora" is a move where you choke out the opponent. Go figure.
